Like all publix, this one is very good. The most friendly staff ever encountered in a supermarket, and I’ve been to a lot. 42 states and 31 countries. Bakery could have more variety, but that’s a common complaint of mine at all publix. They redeem themselves by having nice balls of freshly kneaded pizza dough.

Super clean store, everything is in stock, and well laid out. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.Publix has some of the best buy one get one free deals around.

This Publix location has undergone a revamp and it is beautiful! Great job! Got to the deli at 9:15 (they close at 10) to order two sub sandwiches. I asked if they could toast them and the guy said the toaster was off and that it takes 30 mins to warm up… Don’t know why the toaster was off 45 mins before the deli is closed

Mary Ellen is the most caring dedicated pharmacist. Always wants doing been 4or 5 stores because I get the best care possible and follows up with me and make sure Me refills and refills from Dr are ready to pick at the same time every month She goes more than the extra mile

5 stars for Chad in the deli. The Southern Cobb is one of my, or our, favorite Publix salads so I usually pick one up when Im in the store. They didnt have one out but he stopped what he was doing (breaking down and cleaning the deli area) and went to check for extras...and came back with my salad! I appreciate the extra mile!5 more for Carrie, the deli manager! She listened to my aggravation with patience, and promptly addressed the issue. Although it wasnt her fault, she apologized and genuinely seem to care. She was just gracious and had an amazing attitude. She definitely went above and beyond and I appreciate her.

We placed our order, we got a notification saying our order was ready. We went to the store to pick it up and they would not give us the order saying it wasnt in their system. They said the order was pulled and ready but that they couldnt give it to us because it would be like giving away free groceries, even though we paid and our card had been charged. So they told us to come back two hours later and see if our order magically appeared in the system. It didnt. They still wouldnt give us our groceries. So we had to go to another store and buy everything again and get everything ourselves. It doesnt make any sense that they didnt have the order when all the groceries were pulled and ready and the app told us that they had already been delivered. Very bad experience. At the end they just told us there was nothing they could do for us. Didnt offer any resolution, just told us to call the app and talk to them.

Publix customer service rates right at the top with Chick-fil-A. Publix always have their riding carts fully charged and ready to go, this means so much to me because my mom depends on these carts. We never have to drive around looking for any of these carts, I can pull up in front of the store and run in to get a cart for my mom. We have left Kroger, and Walmart because either they dont have any fully charged, or working carts, or we are circling the parking lot. Thank you Publix for your great concern for the needs of your customers.

Favorite publix in the area! The deli is top notch and every one that works there is awesome especially Brad and Amanda. The store is always clean and rarely out out of stock if anything.

I love this store! I have been going there since they opened their doors. It is clean, well stocked, and wonderful lighting. The employees are awesome!

I am very disgusted at this location. My mom waited over 5 minutes at the deli counter and never once was acknowledge. There were 3 employees working at the sub counter that was not even 5 feet away. After I went to customer service to try and get her some help, I found out that one of those employees was the deli manager. Needless to say, we left without being helped. Next time I will go up the road to Kroger for my deli needs.

Always well stocked and clean. Deli area is always loaded with fresh food. Every single employee I come across makes sure I find what I need and are very pleasant and polite.

The cashier forgot several of my items. The lady that was bagging named Leisa, discovered it and ran after me in the parking lot to give me the rest of my order. She went above and beyond.

Being an out of towner. I thought the prices were in the $$$$ range. They do have a nice selection tho.

It’s not easy finding a place that sells Breyers brand ice cream that stocks coffee flavor. I called customer service who happily checked their system inventory. He said it showed 3 in stock but wanted to go actually see if they were physically there before letting me off the line. I arrived to the store and couldn’t find them, if it were a snake.... The same gentleman came over to point them out for me and I ended up buying 2. I know it didn’t win a huge sale for Publix today but I always have a wonderful customer service experience there. And it’s Always so clean! Also, there were plenty of lines open to avoid having to wait in a long line.

This location is perfect for me just 2 mins away from home.This location is clean and carries a large variety of items.Cost of goods are fair aswell.Staff are friendly.I just wish they had self checkouts like the other locations.

I always have a good experience here. I do have to wait 30 min or so if Im ordering a sandwich but at least they are super friendly and apologetic about the wait.

Chicken tenders here are never crunchy taste soggy

So clean inside. Employees can be seen actively disinfecting high touch areas. Including shopping carts and refrigeration handles. I feel much safer shopping here as a result. Also the quality of their produce section easily beats their competition down the street.

Had to get a few last minute Thanksgiving meal prep items and the staff there was very helpful .. the associate was stocking the shelf when I approached to ask about the location of an item .. he immediately stopped what he was doing and personally walked me to get all 3 of the items on my list .. that is WORLD-CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE .. wished I had gotten his name to give him the recognition he deserves

I’d like to start by saying that I normally receive great service at this location, but on this particular day, I felt I wasn’t given proper consideration by one of the cashiers (namely RHO). I was in a hurry and finally made it to the register only to have this particular cashier instruct customers behind me to go before me. She didn’t even ask me if it was ok to allow these guest to skip me in line. She just looked over me and said allow them to go because they only have a few items (I had maybe 10). I felt that was improper but did not want to make a scene at the counter. I gave three stars because of my previous experiences here were good.

They are Operating on bakery manager discretion right now. Making up stuff as they go. I thought I was at Publix. Bakery manager stated, I needed to get bakery receipt go pay at register and then take my receipt back to the bakery manager then they would make the cakes. After I ordered in person over a week ago and could have paid then. Full review coming.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoy our shopping experience at this particular Publix. They are very friendly and most adhering to sanitization recommendations in order to avoid the spreading of COVID-19. Today, Suzie was our cashier and was practicing every measure to keep everyone safe .

Publix has a great culture for customer service and it is the best place to buy your groceries in the area. The place is very clean and the prices are not too bad. Everyone who works there will go out of their way to assist you always.

It’s a great store but the deli NEVER has potato wedges. The server claimed that they don’t have the capability of cooking them, but if they can cook chicken tenders then they should be able to make potato wedges. I know it’s petty, but that’s what a majority of people want with chicken tenders when they order.

Usually great shopping there. Lately the fruit being sold has mold all over them as if no one even bothers to look at the fruit. Very disappointed with Publix for this one.
