Tried to visit today at 5:45p. The Open sign is on, but the door is locked and no one answered the door or phone. Disappointing. This will be my first and last time coming here.Edit: Gentleman showed up after about 5 minutes, and was apologetic and very polite. Hopefully today was a one-off.

Its 1:43 on Sunday and the store hours are supposed to be from 1-6 today. I try to support blacked owned business but sometimes they make it hard to.

The store had exactly what I needed! The owner was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Ill definitely be back. You should not go to any other beauty supply store in Kennesaw! This is the only 1 that matters. You wont receive better customer service than here.

I need to give a black owned business such a bad review but I am so tired of the unprofessionalism at this place. I have showed up to this place 3 times during business hours that are posted and the open sign is lit. yet no one is there and the doors are locked not to mention many of the products are highly marked up in price.
