Is it illegal for retailers not to have a return or exchange policy for their merchandise even if you just walked out the door with it?? This store does not. Most American businesses have this policy and allow this courtesy to their customers. At this store you better be exactly sure of your purchase when you walk out that door because greed succeed at Beauty Island. Will never shop there again.

I bought a product and it didn’t work out for me after first use. I went to the store to try and return it and I was told that I won’t able to return the product or exchange it. After they told me this I asked if I could get store credit and they told me I couldn’t return, exchange or get store credit on product that didn’t have a seal. The product didn’t have a seal when I purchased it and at the time of purchase I was not informed of the return policy.I would say just keep that in mind when you shop there.

I love this place! This is my favorite beauty supply. I get my ALL my hair care stuff from here. Wigs, bundles, clip ins, you name it. Hair products, lashes, make up. I even buy outfits to go out from here. You cant go wrong shopping here. If you have a last minute hair or outfit crisis this is the place. Beauty Island is my self care heaven!

Just stopped at this location when I saw that they were brand new. This beauty supply store has everything you need from makeup, clothes, jewelry, hair, and a nice selection of wigs! The prices are also reasonable versus some places in the area. I definitely would recommend stopping by to check this place out as well as the customer service is awesome! I finally found my new favorite beauty supply store!

Always has what I need. Im an avid user of amazon, and many times what I see in Amazon is also sold at this location (especially if you need something same day). Some items might be a little high in price, but not enough to make me stop going. They have a decent costume jewelry section, and a large variety of types of hair whether its for braid, weave, or crochet. The place is BIG with lots of inventory, and they are always stocked. AND you can shop in peace.... iykyk. Highly recommend!!

Lied to me and told me they had a specific brand and texture of hair! I called for the Bobbi boss body wave braiding hair. They said yes. I drove an hour and 15 minutes for them to NOT have what I asked for. Then shrug their shoulders when I asked why they would say yes when they didn’t have it. Waste of time!

Very big beauty supply store. They have a huge selection of hair to choose from I use to go to another store but every sense the 1st time I visited this store I have been going here sense. Very nice & helpful staff. Every body In the store wears mask.

I shop here often and Ive never had a problem. I love the rewards program. Its always good to get money off of your purchase when youve built up credit. Also, if you spend over $100 or so, you get a bag of goodies. Free samples! I got it when I bought 2 bundles. Their wigs are nice, and u can even find a cute outfit in the back. I think Ive bought just about some of everything here. Earrings, flexi-rods, extension hair, crochet hair, wigs, clothes, bundles, lashes, edge control, shampoo & conditioner, press-on nails for my daughter, and then some! 😆I will add some pics later.Oh, and they have plenty of masks too!

Not a good beauty supply! The owner doesn’t support the workers and isn’t considerate of personal issues! If I could give them no stars, I WOULD!

Buy at your own risk. This beauty supply store does not value their customers. I bought gel press on nails but the nails were too small for my fingers and my fingers are very slim. They would not let me exchange them let alone give me back the money I spent. This is my second time experiencing bad customer service at this store. I will NEVER patronize there again. So, buy at your own risk!!!!

We came before they closed at 5:40, we had to search for a employee to try on a wig and then my elderly grandmother was turned away from trying on a wig and was told “ on no we are about to close “ there was no signs up or information on their website saying we must try on a wig by a certain time, definitely lost out on a few customers.

I love getting my hair from here, and drawstring ponytails. Theres a specific lady there that is really nice and helpful but I forgot her name. I bought a drawstring ponytail that was defective and thank goodness I checked it while I was in the car and they let me exchange it no problem

The only place I go for wigs! Ive bought at least 5 wigs from here. Theyre always bringing in new stock of wigs that I havent seen anywhere else. The staff here are super helpful and the deals are amazing! 💕

They had a pretty good selection I got my eyeshadow here it isnt that bright unless you add oil or water to it but it was only 2 dollars.

Pricey wigs and be prepared for a worker to sit there and just stare at you while you look at wigs. They are friendly girls but you can tell they are back there just to watch you like your going to steal something. Very uncomfortable I recommend the owner get some cameras and just sit there and look at clients because when I asked about certain things on the wigs the girl didn’t really have much knowledge about what I needed and she never offered to let me try on any. So really she’s there to make sure no one steals.
