I showed up to the store during the time availability and the door was locked. No one even came to the door. I checked the day availability to make sure i wasn’t tripping but it was a Monday after 1:30pm. I googled the store and it said it was “open”. How disappointing. I called the place to see if they were open or even closed for that day but no one even answered the PHONE. BAD BUSINESS. Don’t come here.

I am so elated that this is not only a Black owned beauty supply but that the customer service is top tier and the prices are REASONABLE. You feel welcomed from the moment you touch the door. They’re actively expanding the products within the store and are knowledgeable about what they do have in stock. Support them because you will not be disappointed here.

The service I get every time I go there is excellent. Lorraine is knowledgeable with her merchandise and the hair she sells. This is another black owned business that is alive and well in Kennesaw.

Lorraine is very friendly. Its a very neat and calm shopping experience. They have a great selection of black owned hair care products plus Lorraine sells her own handmade shea butter for skin and hair!

I havent had time to write this review until now but I just have to say, this is the best beauty supply store I have ever gone to. They made me feel comfortable and like we were already family. They helped me find everything I needed! They also sell their own shea butter which is so moisturizing and it smells amazing. Such a wonderful experience. As soon as I went home, I told everyone about this place. I had no idea that there was a black-owned beauty supply store in Kennesaw but I am so happy that I found one because I will never go anywhere else.

My 1st but definitely not my last visit. Lifestyle Beauty is owned & operated by a beautiful black couple who were both professional & personable. While chatting about my fine 4c transitioning struggles Ms. Lorraine suggested a few products...Weeks later I’m pleasantly surprised her suggestion to try Aunt Jackie’s butter creme to prevent my hair from feeling hard actually works! My roots have never ever felt so soft for days at a time. No greasy buildup whatsoever even when used a few times a week. Thx to Lifestyle Beauty I finally found my go to product. And I’m glad I purposefully searched for a black owned business & even more glad that they were appreciative of me as a customer.

Been in this store once and right when I walked in it felt like beauty supply heaven... Its black owned which I love, it had gospel music playing, everything was neat and in its own place, I had an amazing conversation with the lady owner. Very sweet and very pleasing to talk to.

First of all, I love that it is a black-owned shop! Secondly, they made my first experience a great one. The guy at the counter was so friendly and funny. Id definitely come back again.

Best hair products. Very clean, very neat and not overwhelmed with weaves.

This is one store in Kennesaw with a great staff and owners are invisible and involved. They have many of the ethnic hair products. If they don’t have just ask. It’s clean and well organized. My store of choice. Check them out.

My daughter and I stopped in to look for a short cut wig for me. By the way..I looked for black owned beauty supply stores and found Life style beauty..We were greeted by the beautiful owner Lorraine when we went inside. She was extremely courteous,helpful and patient. I tried on a few wigs until I found one that complimented me. We all agreed🙂👍.Thankyou Lorraine for your hospitality. I will come to your business everytime I need haircare and beauty supply. First impressions always count. Also We as black women always need to support our black businesses. I love going to this store. The couple who owns it are always very nice. My questions are always answered and they can always provide recommendations when Im not sure.

I met the owner and he helped me try own several wigs, very nice and helpful. Small selection for items, but he explained they just opened a few months ago so hopefully more people will visit and help support them so they can grow.

Have visited a total of 3 times. The first encounter was with the male owner (assumption) who is very friendly and tries to help. However, the female owner (assuming again) is extremely rude and short. Today I was giving them a second chance with my business and she confirmed that I will never return. All it takes is a little kindness lady. Find another field because customer service isn’t it. She apparently was bothered by the fact that she didn’t have what I was looking for. Please go elsewhere. I don’t see this business around much longer as neighbors and friends have complained of the same.

Wanted to support black owned business, but Lorraine (owner) was rude. Accused kids of moving her products around, yelled at kids and parents were in the store! Too many other beauty supply stores to take bad customer service.
