Overall a very good visit. Friendly and helpful staff. The products I was looking for were in stock. The only negative was parking as Sallys is located close to a business that can have a drive through line.

I am late with this review as I am an older woman and tend to be forgetful. I recently found an old receipt with an Associates name on it. Im not sure if this young lady is still there but I hope so. Brittney was so kind and patient with me when I came in the store. I needed help finding a good shampoo as I am a lady who suffers with dry scalp and cannot use certain ingredients due to a mediacl condition. She answered all my questions and even looked up the names of stuff I needed to know about. Thank you for making my experience lovely, young lady. She is a great asset!

I’m in the process of going from black hair back to my natural hair color (brown with red undertone). The staff in general was very nice and helpful but thank the universe for Steven bc I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without his help.

Steven was really helpful, recommended what products to use and also saved me money by having me sign up for sallys rewards. (I am going blonde from black, so I need all the help I can get). Ill try to post some pics of the after!!

This establishment is unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful towards their customers. They pick and choose when to enforce rules regarding mask wearing and social distancing based on who the customer is. Many of their products are expired and the store is unclean in general. There is so much dust in this place that it’s not even funny. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Need help finding something? good luck, you’re completely on your own. Items are very over priced and it smells really bad in there DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . They are evil here.

I don’t recommend this store. My daughter and I was there yesterday purchased the same items as two months ago. But the hair color was old. I contacted the store and they said they can’t give credits, they can’t take returns. Instead they gave me the number to customer service. Once you select in store customer care the call drops. A store that sells old product and has no way to compensate the shopper shouldn’t be open. If you can’t handle the foot traffic close your doors.{UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER}

The worst, I went in there and I said hello they didnt even answer, I started complaining and the lady just looked at me as if am trash, they didnt ask what can I help with, Nothing at all. Soo disrespectful.

Drove 20 minutes to get here. Sunday July 21... 515 pm, lady inside already had doors locked.. signs clearly posted business hours till 6. Very unprofessional. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Stopped in this location on my way to an appointment today. Little did I know it would take me 20 minutes to return 4 nail polishes with a receipt. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Next time Ill shop at Ulta.

The women were very helpful, however, when attempting to purchase a $3 tube of concealer, I was told as store policy that I was unable to use my debit/credit care unless the purchase was $5 or more. I am very displeased with this gesture and I feel as if it is an inconvenience to customers and I will NOT be back!
