I pass several beauty supply stores to shop here. I only shop at two beauty supply stores and I must travel quite a distance, but it is worth it. One is black owned and this one. I appreciate that the store employees do not watch you the entire time you are in the store. They help you if you ask for help and other than that, they allow you to shop in peace without feeling like a criminal. I feel as though my business is appreciated here and I’m treated fairly not suspicious because of the color of my skin.

I just left Sarahs this morning but because of my experience today, I feel compelled to write a review. I shop at this store all the time, but today was blatant! I wasnt in the store a good 3 minutes before the Chinese lady came from behind the counter hovering! I was looking for products to twist my sons hair for the first time so it took me about 15 min to find what I needed. She was pretending to be working, pushing things around, etc. She hovered the entire 15 min I was in the store! When I got ready to checkout, I walked to the register, and here she comes waltzing behind the counter. She wasnt there to checkout, there was already a young WF at the register who rang up my purchases. But because I was done shopping, she was done watching. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store but because Im black, she felt I needed to be watched! So disappointing. They just lost a long time customer!

The owners are so friendly here. They have a huge variety of products. 👍🏾

The cashierist was extremely helpful, and displayed awesome customer service.

They were pretty nice. Unlike many other beauty supplybstore where you are made to feel like youre going to steal. Cashier and some lady that was there. They were pleasant.Only reason Im taking 1 star. A bonnet i purchased for kids is not elastic and doesnt fit my 7yo. Its not them who made it. But Im pretty sure they wont take return.

I was treated like a customer and not a person of interest which is unfortunately rare at beauty supply stores! I walked in couldn’t find what I was looking for, I then asked the lady at the front who pointed me in the right direction and then DID NOT HOVER. It’s spacious and well laid out store with really kind owners. I will be back!

The new store is AMAZING! The layout is so well lit, inviting and pleasant to shop. I absolutely love it! I cant tell if theyve expanded product lines or if its all more visible because of the spacious layout. In either case Im finding great products- forgotten and new- and Im in love with the new store. The staff is always pleasant and A++ they have an associate knowledgeable on all hair types, including natural.

They are nice ! And didn’t make me feel awkward shopping in the store ! Thank you for that I know most us appreciate that, also this store is very well stocked with a lot items !

I went in yesterday to purchase some products and the associate was very helpful and I found what I was looking for and a few extra items. I will return in the near future.

Has alot of space its clean the atmosphere is inviting customer service was excellent

They have everything you need from bling to weave! They moved from 4 stores down to a bigger spot! I guess everyone is not doing bad during Covid-19!!
