MAX AUTO…..To find a reliable mechanic that wont rip you off is hard now a days. But guess what..!?? I found the best automotive shop who are good hearted, reliable, family oriented, and HONEST!! And so much more! They’ve really helped me so much with my daughters Jeep. I dont know what we would’ve done with out them. Andrew, his wife and their staff are AMAZING!! Im so thankful I have found Max Auto. I will not take my vehicles to anyone else. Thank you for all the hard work you do. Its appreciated more then you know!

Since relocated here in Atlanta, it has been a struggle trying to find a good mechanic. I came to Max Auto Experts and they were very professional and fast. I first came for a second opinion then to get my brakes done.. They had given me an estimated time frame as to when my brakes would be done but was surprisingly finished way before that time. I highly recommend this auto repair shop if you are looking for a mechanic that knows what they are doing, is professional, has excellent customer service and quick! I am happy to have found a shop that I can trust!

If you are looking for a mechanic shop that is professional and respectful, exhibits integrity and honesty with their customers, patient and kind in answering questions or concerns, and offers reasonable prices I would strongly recommend them! We have used them for oil changes and general maintenance for our older cars and they have not pushed anything on us if we were unsure or uncomfortable. When we began searching for a newer car we asked Andrew for his professional opinion and experience with our top choices and he graciously took time to share and answer our questions. Then when we bought a new vehicle they performed an inspection for major issues and defects at no charge! Andrew and Rebecca truly care about their customers and want them to make informed decisions about their vehicles. Strongly recommend!

I went in for a brake job that seemed like it was going to be expensive and stressful. Max Auto Repairs made the process super easy and completely stress-free. Someone should add more stars. I cant compliment these people enough. Professional, polite, up front about everything. Their process is down pat. I saw them multiple times for multiple cars on multiple days and the smiles and attitudes never changed.The work and quality is dead on. He came out and told me what he thought it was. When I got the quote he was right on. Pricing literally made smile when I got the quote.All in all, people, location, service, price, professionalism, ... I could go on. This place has it all. Five stars isn’t enough! This husband and wife owned auto repair shop is a class act. My car was overheating and I immediately pulled over and turned off the engine. It just so happened that I was in their parking lot. Owner Andrew came out to see if I needed assistance, Saw that I had plenty of coolant in the reservoir and suggested it was likely the thermostat. It was something my husband could have fixed but it was a busy weekend for us and we just didn’t have the time. Andrew gave us a quote and had my car repaired and ready to go by lunch the very next day! Very professional, fair and reasonable price, and super fast service. Previously I would take my car 30 miles away to a land rover specialist repair shop, but I am so happy to know that Max auto experts is just a few miles from home and will be my go to place for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. My check engine light came on and I stopped by a dealership to have it checked only to be told that there were no appointments for over two weeks. I called Max Auto and they were able to check the code and repaired the issue quickly at a very reasonable rate. They were not on time they were EARLY! Great company and people!

Great place that I will definitely use again! This shop is a family run business and has great customer service. I needed a new battery put in my car and happened to call this shop very close to closing time. The shop owners were great and did not mind staying past closing time to get me a new battery. Being a business owner myself I know the importance of shopping local family owned small businesses and this is a great one to have in our community!

I needed my alternator and belts replaced ASAP because my car battery light wouldn’t go out😫. Auto Zone (David) on Cobb Parkway recommended Max Auto Experts and they was able to fit me into their schedule and have my car done within 3-4 hours later. They took care of my car. They also checked my vehicle for any other issues free of charge and gave me a price quote on those other services I really need to be getting done to my car 😐. They were professional and sincere at helping me by giving me a ride home, so I didn’t have to spend money on rideshare and to use my other car to continue on with my day running errands, etcetera.🤗 👍🏽🧕🏽😁

Great shop ran by the nicest people ever! 10/10 recommend. I had scratched my moms car and the bumper came off a little bit and I thought my life was done for. Took it to the shop and they made it look almost brand new! Saved my life! Great family business and will definitely be going back in the future!

Genuine, Professional and Caring!These three characteristics are hard to come by but NOT at Max Auto. I was referred to this car repair shop after having my battery tested at a local Auto Zone. I was new to the area, needed a second opinion and was sent here.So glad they were still opened when I showed up! Even though they were technically closed, Rebecca greeted me and another customer with such a warm and friendly welcome, offered a seat, something to drink and was all around very hospitable AND the shop was very clean, which is very important to me.Her husband Andrew was just as nice and their kids were so well behaved while this husband and wife team conducted business. I was pleasantly surprised that I was NOT charged a diagnostic fee! Had I taken it to the dealership (Mercedes) I would have been charged $160 just for them to look at it! So...needless to say this was already a BIG PLUS!BUT...To sweeten the deal, Andrew only charged me a fraction of the cost for THREE major services, compared to what Mercedes would have charged me to repair ONE of those services, so I was extremely pleased!I can go on about the wonderful service here, BUT...I won’t. I will however, say that I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service, timely response, affordable prices and the cherry on top is that they are good, kind-hearted, family-centered, customer-oriented people who genuinely care!I’ve already started sending my family and friends and would HIGHLY recommend!!! 😃

I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue here to get my gear shifter fixed. I called multiple places and already taken it to the dealership as well... I am SO thankful that i found Max Auto Experts!! They fixed my gear shifter in a couple of hours for almost $300 less than any other mechanic in the area! Rebecca is super nice and accommodating. she kept me updated on everything throughout the entire process. This is a family owned business and they really make you feel like family! I called, left a message and was immediately contacted to bring my vehicle in for quite a bit of work. Rebecca was very responsive and professional. After getting the quote, which was much less than what I was quoted by the dealer, I dropped my car off. Andrew assured me that my car would be repaired in a reasonable amount of time and it was exactly. There were no extra charges added on, my car was kept clean, the repairs were completed according to what was quoted and the price was very affordable. I would certainly recommend them to a friend and family member!!

Hi all. I asked for recommendations on a social media platform about where to take my vehicle for repairs after having no success with previous repairs.The public in general was very helpful in their suggestions but Rebecca of Max Auto Experts was there to personally offer her assistance. Im a fan of involved owners and even with a VERY busy life she made time for me. I met with her husband Andrew and he made sure I understood exactly what his thoughts were, how he came to his conclusions and his plan of action. Best of all he tolerated my myriad of questions and got me right down in the engine with him. His assessment was realistic and carried no empty promises. The quote they provided was far more reasonable than the original repair shop. I didnt just get to know my vehicle, I got to know them and when I left I was happy with the results. Now, if that hasnt sold you, we didnt have our vehicle back for two weeks when I found myself in an accident. I needed some advice and was clueless on who to talk to. I called Rebecca and she and Andrew helped point me in the right direction. They didnt have to do that. I personally only write honest reviews and this one does double duty by serving as a thank you to them for going above and beyond. THANK YOU!!
