My visit was an appointment following concerns relating to my vehicle. My arrival was received with a pleasant greeting by Assistant Service Manager/Eddie Davis. Mr. Davis promptly assigned my vehicle to the proper team for inspection which was handled within adequate time. The entire team in the Service Department were courteous, professional and considerate of customers time schedule and primary reason for visit.The entire staff in the Service Department seem to be in sync with what was needed and with whom. My concerns were addressed and I left as a satisfied customer.KUDOS to this hard working team in the service department, youve earned your five ⭐👏🏼

My experience was not the best and its unfortunate my Salesperson for 5ys left and without him the experience was cold. Detail of repairs needed was like someone running down a grocery list. Like heres what you need and pay.Saleperson provided NO eye contact so he seemed dishonest. I puzzled and disappointed.

Took breaks to get done because of loud squealing . Did not fix the problem the first time they looked into it. Brought my car back to me with the the breaks still squealing. Asked them to take the car back to fix the problem paid $168 dollars to have them surface the the rotors. Car is still squealing tramendously after I paid. Still have to turn around to pay more money to just go ahead and get the breaks done wich should of been the case in the first place.

Mike Nicholson was great!! I walked in only wanting to look at few cars, as I decided that it was time to trade in my 2015 Altima. However, Mike and Yusef were able to make the deal happen for me. I highly recommend Town Center Nissan to anyone looking for a new car or needing service.

Most recent experience.. gimmicky bait and switch lotto ticket style tactics to get you in the building so some sweaty egotistical car salesman try to tell you what you need to do. Prior to that I leased a Nissan Leaf from this place and had a good experience with Aziz. Prior to that I bought a Maxima and had a good experience but that was when Kenny ran the place. I should probably rate it 2 stars b/c the most recent experience is the most relevant but Im going with 3.

Brought my second car from them, Seleana made sure I was taking care of both times. She put me with the right sales person (Vidal ) & made my process better. I was very specific about what I don’t want and what I do .She made sure she communicated that to sales and that I got exactly what I wanted. If you are buying a car ask for Seleana . If there was an option for no stars, Id take it. This place doesnt know what asking for permission is. Completely disregarded the fact that we told them we didnt want to buy a new car off the lot. They continued to try and shove us into a car that they sold. We also won some contest and they refused to honor it. And one of the managers here began to cuss at my husband because he was trying to find the best car for us. Terrible experience

Strait rip off liars and false advertisements

Great service from Mike in the service center! Thorough in his explanation what needed to be fixed, great customer service and provided a discount. Bonus- I had a dirty car when I dropped of my car for service. When I picked it up looks like they cleaned the outside of it! Just awesome! This was my first time here and certainly will not be the last!

I wish I could give the service center negative stars. The only reason I come here for service is because I bought my car here and service is covered for two years. I live in Roswell so driving to Kennesaw for an oil change is time consuming. The last THREE times I made the drive I arrived for them to tell me they either can’t fit me in (after speaking with them on the phone), that they weren’t supposed to tell me to come at the time they told me, or that it would be over an hour for them to get to me even though I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I will not be coming back.

Outstanding service! I am not an easy person to please when it comes to service on our vehicles. New used vehicle - Nissan Pathfinder purchased from a different dealer. Sure as heck, within a week we had a problem, rear hatch wouldnt open. I had purchased an extended warranty. Always been a little leary of them. Surprise! It actually came through! This service department- especially Jessica, made a possible bad experience into a not bad. Kept us informed of progress and any possible problems. Highly recommend them!

I only went to Town Center Nissan to look at the vehicles...and quite apprehensive....HOWEVER....I was paired with an AWESOME Sales Rep by the name of AL MIDDLEBROOK.....and he REALLY worked to get my payments where I needed them.....and with the discounts offered....I got a GREAT deal on a vehicle that I really love.Id been to SOOO many car dealerships because I was searching around and trying to find a vehicle I like that would get me the price and payments that I needed. I havent purchase a car since 2006....so I REALLY did my homework in researching and pricing.THANK YOU AL!!!!!
