I love my table and chairs HOWEVER, I spent $1,200 on it and no one helped my husband and I load it out of their store much less ask if we needed help. We will never recommend this business. I’m highly disappointed in the customer service here.

Ive come here a few times to pick up Dixie Bell Paint, everyone is super friendly and VERY helpful. I normally end up buying some of their super cute decorations also. I love everything in this place!

I came in today to buy a bookcase. (6-24-21). the store was empty but for me. I asked for help. Young woman behind the counter walked right by me to look at a different piece of furniture. And then walked away from me. I asked if she was busy and she said she had to check on that other furniture. She did not want to help me. I walked around a bit and left. I told her she lost a sale and she said to me that she did not do anything wrong and she angrily told me that I was to have a nice day. I wont be back. She needs to consider a career outside of customer service

Its very unfortunate I wanted to like this place and the women owner, but unfortunately after walking in and spending $110 on a purchase I ended up getting scolded for holding up the owner to close. The owners complaint was that she closed at 4:30 pm I arrived at 4:20 pm and I ended up staying an extra 30 minutes after closing, Im over here thinking wow shes accommodating me while I grab my paint but the whole time she was irradiated that I came in and was actually buying stuff. I proceed to check out after she said its 30 minutes after closing please check out now because she had somewhere to be, I told her thank you so much for accommodating me while I grabbed my paint to purchase she looked at me and said yes I have to pick up my daughter and Im late now. I responded with Im so sorry you should of told me you had to go and the owner said I told you I close at 4:30 pm and give me a complete attitude. As an owner of a company myself whos been in business for over 8 years I would never treat or talk to my customers with so much attitude especially when the customer is thanking the owner for accommodating her while she spends over $100 the first time she visits this store! Customer service is huge I will not be returning I will go online and other stores around Katy. Depending on your response (owner) Im open for you to make it right by responding with humility and give a solution to remedy this bad customer service experience. If no response it completely shows what you (owner) displayed which is pride and disregard for customers and customer service. And dont try owner the cheap I dont recognize this customer nonsense, owner take responsibility for your actions and make it right so your business can thrive and not dive.

The owner, she is unprofessional and disrespectful with her attitude towards customers, my family wont be returning.

This popped up in a ‘furniture stores near me’ search, which was really really misleading.The only furniture sold here were like kitchen tables/sets and other cute kitchen complements.I didn’t even find bar stools ....Selection was fanciful and I’m sure many people with healthy wallets and a desire for unique decor would have a ball here. One day, I may return - when I have a need or desire for a different kitchen or dining design!However, my search for living room, den, and bedroom hardware would best be found elsewhere.I liked finding this place, which led me to other gems in this area.Employees were nice.

Amazing shop. You never know what you might find while there. From antiques to new- I love the selection and there is something for everyone. It is always a fun time while shopping and a must-visit when I’m in Katy. So much to look at and I rarely leave empty handed. They stage the items to really inspire you in a way that allows you to see how the item(s) will flow in your home. Cannot wait to go back!

The night before the store opened on May 12, 2020, I communicated with Jannet via message that I wished to purchase a small white hutch with heart molding perfect in size for the small space I had in my home. Jannet sent me an invoice mid-morning and I called her back, speaking with her directly, confirming I received it, asked about delivery cost and options and that I wished to use my husbands credit card and would call her back shortly with payment information to complete the sale. In the short amount of time it took me to call her back with that information, she sold the item to someone else!! I was completely shocked and asked her to please do the right thing and honor the sale already in progress with me. In response, Jannet replied she has many people who say the same thing (that they will call back) and never call back. That is not justification however for how I was treated. In addition, within a few minutes following our conversation, Jannet disabled me from the KTX Insider page for no clear or apparent reason. To Jannet, please honestly evaluate yourself and your business practices and strive to conduct your business fairly, honestly and ethically. And if an invoice is sent to a customer, please honor it for a fair and reasonable amount of time before selling that item out from under someone. I feel incredibly hurt, cheated, mistreated and disappointed and hope this experience never happens to anyone else. I still feel incredibly sad and I have never felt so undercut and so unfairly mistreated by any business. Ever. Please consider supporting other businesses as my family will be doing. Very cute shop that has lots of painted antiques and really cute items made by local people. The lady that was working here was very friendly and helpful with the paints! Lots of great pieces and at good prices! Ill definitely be coming back here!

Disappointed. I have been patronizing this store since before they moved. A couple of days ago I bought a can of topcoat, ($20)I realized it was interior and I needed exterior. I came back, the lady said “yeah, he doesn’t let us exchange anything “.I go out of my way to patronize local businesses, this time I wish I had gone to a chain store, they would have exchanged it and not penalized me for my mistake. I will take my business elsewhere where customer support is actually a thing.
