It is a typical Big Lots store with lots of stuff. It is big and it clean and a as positive note well kept. The items are in their places and easy to find. I was checking for Christmas Decorations and I found a beautiful table ornament.

We love to take advantage of the 20% coupon and stock up on household items.

This store is well kept and has a huge variety of items. The furniture is of good quality, too. The shopping experience is much better than what I remember. Maybe new management. Because Carlos I wonderful with the customers.

Let me tell you, lol, this big lots doesnt look like a looker from the outside any more 😂 But inside, we discovered great deals and more! We got HUGE pillows normally 15 bucks on clearance for 5 dollars!!! And they had wireless headsets also 15 bucks we got for 3.80 and 5 dollars. They had comforters on clearance, dish towels and sheet bed covers too! Of the 3 big lots around town, they had the most useful clearance!

Many items are missing. Hardware section..I dont know if its worth the trip.I have to say the employees are helpful.

GOOGLE MAKE A NEGATIVE STAR SELECTION The worst store to shop at. Do you want to sell furniture? We tried to buy nothing in stock and I see why... the sales team sucks...Oscar was good, just not his help.I get limited stock but you not pushing what you do have, I dont want to drive to another store, I will settle for what you got but the lack of enthusiasm.

I found many items that you would see at Walmart, CVS, grocery store. Some of the items were cheap. Others were the same price as a regular store.

If i can give negative stars i would not happy at all with going here the store was a mess and waiting in line for 20 minutes with just one person checking the same person out and 6 employees standing around doing nothing and then going to the regester and walking off so we put all our stuff back and left whats sad is the employee checking out was struggling and not one employee went to help her or start checking people out to bring the line down i will not be going back to this location

I have been a big fan of Big Lots from the beginning when it was called Odd Lots. Most people probably did not know that. Anyway, today I found real Vanilla, Kashi cereal and coffee at bargain prices. The store has changed - it seems roomier, more organized and very clean. If you have not visited recently put it on your to do list. You will not be disappointed. The cashier was pleasant and friendly too. It was a very nice visit today.

The experience was okay its my first time into this Big Lots and I like it it as more things than the one I know, I like how y ok u can walk around and find things easily.. nice

You could’ve knocked me over with a feather that Christmas/holiday stuff is ’clearanced’ at 25% off ... Really? I mean, that’s just greedy. NOT that I was shopping to restock holiday supplies - but what a waste of space ... especially from a sales per square foot standpoint.Aside from this, it was mostly organized but the store looked empty - throughout.This location does sell furniture, but floor samples look like something you’d find at a yard sale. One ‘set’ was comfortable but the thread was literally pulled off at several areas. I don’t know if it’s wear and tear from a lengthy stay as a floor model or if it’s poorly made.The only bar stool was on a top shelf - and the price was hidden.I liked the selection as I was still building ideas for a new remodeling project but the prices seemed to be comparable to Target and not a true discount store.Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Customer service ranks HIGH in my book. So Jaric definitely pushed this location to a solid 4 star and I’m looking forward to returning to buy more things - as soon as the holiday stuff clears and more standard stock returns to the shelves.

It has a good Christmas selection, but it doesnt feel like a safe place to be. There were multiple sketchy people sitting in there vehicles in the parking let just people watching. Then a guy had a DARE table setup begging for donations at dusk.

The staff was very friendly and offered help often. Walking around I did notice some items broken on the shelves. Other then that my experience was great.

I am new to the area drove by this location a couple of times was pretty skeptical to check it out and boy am I happy I did. Big Lots has everything I need and was really amazed at the selection and cleanliness of the store a young lady named Jasmine helped me find everything I needed. Will be letting my friends and family of this gem of a store.

Not happy with purchases and quality of items and furniture bought here a year ago. Today, I found their prices to be high on items I as comparing to at other stores.not one person offered to help me and noone around to help.

The store is amazing very well organized. The employees are very welcoming and helpful. But they need better management. I had questions about a mattress sell that was on the ad. The manager Maricela was just plain off rude and impatient and was rushing me at 6pm.There were no customers around for the lack of service . This locations has lost a customer.

Competitive prices. You have to shop smart cause they do sell some stuff for a higher price then normal. Employees are not so helpful or friendly. Place is kept well organized just dont ever use their restroom!!! Its not clean at all!

A lot of selections for saving money on simple items, including nice furniture at low cost. Talking with the employees is pretty cool when they joke around too, but they also helped me out with trying to find the table I wanted and when they were getting one. Cool peoples

Just moved into the neighborhood, been a shopper at many Big Lots, i was truely impressed at the cleanliness, how everything was organizanized and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, i was very satisfied with my experience...will diffiently bé back. A GREAT example of a GREAT manager running a store

They should really put a changing table in both restrooms. Its not her often I even go into a public restroom but when I do its for my kids to be changed & it sucks laying them on the ground. Even w a changing pad it is not big enough.

Such a beautiful place to get household items. Prices are affordable and you can get items for the bedroom, kitchen, bath and study. Food items and snacks are also available here at affordable prices. Staff are nice too.

This Big Lots was so clean and well stocked. The employees were so nice, especially Katie. My favorite things were all the many variety of throw pillows they had. We will definitely visit again.

I went in for a strand of Christmas patio lights and found them within a few minutes of looking around . Probably the best thing I have to say is that They Carried Butter Rum Lifesavers. Its big lots so Im not looking for thrills. It meets my expectations.

Friendly employees,clean,organized. Some items a bit over priced but Id go back.I do however, purchase large Hoilday items for events I host at reasonable prices. Their return policy should an item be defective are not a problem.

I had never been to Big Lots until I moved to Katy 3 years ago. Now when I need something new for my house, I go to Big Lots first. The employees are friendly &knowledgeable. If one does have doubt, he calls Carlos. Carlos always has the right answers, he is patient & thorough.

Turnd into a furniture store

This location has been here forever. They usually have what you need at the usual good Big Lot prices. Only rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because the location is a bit old and run-down but thats the strip-mall owners fault not theirs.

Its a chill store good selection for its size. They have a lot of food options too.

Big Lots is a great spot for bargain shoppers! The selection is more limited than stores charging full retail price, but they have plenty of quality goods to offer. It is my favorite place for fancy pantry items, like organic maple syrup, and furniture when Im on a tight budget.

Its Big Lots on steroids. But, wide aisles and staff running around and actually helping customers. Came here for a last minute mattress for arrival of family member. For good price, got mattress, box springs, and metal frame. Delivery cost us $60 (50 + stair charge) and was not in house. No complaints at all, delivery moved old mattress downstairs as well. We will be back. Always are.

We got furniture indoor and out from here and love it. Great quality for a quarter of the price. People are always nice. There is usually a wait.

The store seems a little messy but if you go after their Sunday ad comes out, they usually have what you are looking for. We went looking for some advertised items which they still had in stock. They had some pretty Christmas wrapping materials and bags on the day that we went that were reasonably priced. They also do a better job staffing their registers than similar stores.

Store is very clean and organized. Furniture prices are reasonable. Decor looks worth more than the prices. Well definitely be back for more fun and adventure lol.

Prices are okay. I would say 1 in 5 items are a bargain, otherwise youre paying more even though it may look like a bargain due to smaller sizes of the product being sold. Good for a once in a month visit to look for a great bargain.

Store location is good have big parking lot. Not good stuff like other Big lots have. Also employees do not have good information about the products and the weekly ads. Make sure to check your receipt because the cashiers just want to get rid of you as they are not interested on what you are buying or stuff like that. Overcharged and adjusted the price later same time.

I went to the Big Lots on Mason road today to look for something in the furniture department. I went straight to the back and found what I was looking for and sat down for about 5 or 6 minutes to see if someone would come from the back. Nobody ever came so I went upfront to ask for assistance in the furniture department and Ms. Gloria on the register paged someone. I went back to the back and still nobody was there. I walked back to the front and told Ms. Gloria again and she paged someone a second time and I walked to the back again and nobody ever showed up. Its the holiday season and people are shopping so it is obvious to have people available in all departments. Unacceptable!

I was raised up shopping at Big Lots out in Dickinson Texas man do I love this place be sure to use your little rewards card cuz sometimes you actually do get a coupon but it may be rare man oh man you can get a gift for everybody at this place keep your eye out because they got some of the best prices too.

Place is always clean with a good selection of items. The bad thing is they usually have one cashier working. So, be prepared to wait in line even if they arent that busy.

You will save money shopping here for everyday items! Its like a smaller Wal-Mart! One of my favorite stores!

This location should correct their hours. Was treated so rudely by the ladies working there at night. Telling us we had to leave because they’re closed talking to us like if we were stupid or couldn’t comprehend. Next time I’ll take my $250 I spent elsewhere. She also kept on saying she missed one of my items & that she knows i basically didn’t pay for one item, but that it was fine that she missed it. Are you serious ?? Never coming back here again. No need to treat your customers that way. CORRECT YOUR HOURS.
