Awesome Place to buy rustic furniture! Staff are always very friendly especially McKenzie!

I swear by this place! I got two dressers, an entrainment center, a queen bed & a kitchen table. Everything looks fabulous, Janet was so helpful, Wesley & Thomas delivered all stuff. They did an excellent job putting everything together too. My new place is starting to feel like a home now & it’s all thanks to them. I’m in love with everything!

I would give them less then 1 star, with all the money I sent there. I ordered a dresser and night stand in July, I was told Oct 12th. When I went in today they told me another 2 to 3 MONTHS. I ask about canceling my order and they said they only give store credit. Now why on earth would I want to buy more from them when I cant get the original order. This will be the last thing I buy there. I never write reviews buy this is beyond any wait time anywhere.

If you like rustic furniture, this is a great place to buy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of items in stock and ready to take home. Some items you have to order and wait. Considering price and quality, its worth the wait. Most items are made in Mexico. Its good furniture, not cheap. I highly recommend this business. :)

I bought a kitchen table and chairs a few weeks ago, was so in love with it until I wiped some water that got on the table off with a rag and stain came off the table. I spoke to the GM and they came and replaced the table top 2 different times for stain coming off and the wood getting dry. I had a guy who builds furniture look at the 3rd table top I got to tell me why the stain keeps coming off when I wipe the table down with the orange glow/water mix that Rustic Mile told me to use. He said that the stain is poorly done and not properly sealed. They used a wax based stain that does not stay on and will show flaws over time (for instance my 1 year old son slinging yogurt onto the table, immediately wiped up, caused a spot on the table that is a huge eye sore) do not buy dining room furniture from them especially if you have kids. You can’t put warm plates onto the table top even with a place mat underneath because it will dry the wood out. When I spoke to the GM after the 2nd table top wood started drying out and stain coming off he made me feel like it was my fault that this was happening that “this has not happened to anyone else”. Then please explain to me why I’ve had 3 different table tops that stain comes off of when you wipe off the table top with a rag. It’s not residual stain literally the table fades each time you wipe it. I’m now faced with dealing with this because the GM basically implied that they won’t replace another table top. I shouldn’t have even had to have it replaced in the first place if their furniture was properly sealed right in the first place. Would give this place zero stars if I could.Also, the front desk girls have absolutely no customer service experience. When setting up my delivery for the first table the girl on the phone kept having side conversations with someone who knew what they were doing for deliveries and she kept telling the girl what to say. If you don’t know how the business works then hand the phone to the person who does and cut the middle man. She also hung up on me while having side conversations with this other person asking her what to say to me. Just all around horrible customer service and if you’re not satisfied they’ll blame it on you that 3 of their table tops are messing up.

I wanted to give this company some business. I was looking for a iron headboard and footboard for quite sometime. On the website they showed a beautiful headboard and footboard on sale for $349.99 reg price $479.99. I called the location to ask if it was capable of being used on an adjustable base. As I was speaking to the rep I asked if it would come in other colors. As the very friendly rep looked she noticed I guess that it was priced wrong online and told me they could not sell it to me for that price. She got with a manager and verified. In this pandemic with business suffering I question why they wouldn’t want to try to earn some business. She mentioned she could give me 10 percent off. As a first time customer wanting to become a long term customer especially since I bought a new house that needs furniture they have turned me elsewhere. You sell the exact same headboard for $229.99..... I’m sure the footboard isn’t the same price.

Nice furniture store filled with rustic and Texas themed furniture and accessories. I felt many of their pieces were more reasonablely priced than other furniture stores. The salesman kept trying to find a piece that would fit our need. He was nice and didnt give up. They seemed to carry both high end and lower priced furniture. It is worth a look if rustic is your style.

I dont normally write a lot of reviews but I felt I needed to on The Rustic Mile. First of all my son told us about them and how pleased he was with them and the furniture he bought from there. He said he plans on buying more in the future from them. They have really unique furniture and a lot of solid wood furniture that is really hard to find anywhere any more. Their customer service is the best we used Renee and she was great and a lot of help to us. We found that all the staff their are great and if their is an issue they take care of it rite away. We just placed our second order with them and look forward to doing business with them in the future. If you want great furniture with great prices and outstanding customer service look no more this is the place. Just a note the devilry men were great very careful and professional and answered any and all questions we had. I can not think of one negative thing to say about The Rustic Mile and that is extremely rare today. We are so pleased. Thank You

I bought a bedroom set the delivery driver his name Is Anthony he told me it is not my problem that it is broken so I call the Katy location and I told the bed rails were damaged the lady that answered the phone put me on hold for ten minutes the s man name DJ answered the phone he was rude from the beginning. He told he can not replace the bed. I think when you spend 1000 of dollars on furniture if broken you should get it replaced so please dont buy from them

Hey now this place is awesome it is actually pretty affordable when you walk in you are actually amazed its very well-set-up even though it has in abundance of furniture you actually feel like youre walking into your home I dont think you will leave this place without making a purchase the service is friendly its easy to spot off the freeway and if youre not country you will turn country once you visit this store.

Ok I will admit it’s been time and I had to change my rating. At first it was really bad experience and gave them 1 star but I kept going back to buy my other furniture and the material here and their prices is way better than Rooms 2 Go and way better build here their material really last not like Katy Furniture bought from them and less than one year the furniture was falling apart. Rustic mile has nothing but premium products with really affordable prices as well. You won’t regret buying here I keep coming here and will keep buying from them. Until they close down which I hope not but great place.

So heres the deal. This store HAD promise but I will take my business elsewhere Ordered 1 piece (April 21) and have yet to receive it as of June 14. Was promised 4-6 weeks and now we are at 8 weeks. This is unacceptable for something not even made in the U.S.! Id rather pay more and get better service. You have been warned stay away unless you want the same results and furniture from Mexico!!!

Good quality, real wood furniture mostly made outside of the U.S. They are super busy on weekends, so I recommend visiting on a weekday if you can. We bought one item in stock and ordered one. The item we ordered arrived within the estimated timeframe. We picked up both items ourselves.

I still can’t believe the amount of money I spent in this place and the service I get in return.They never have anything in stock and not willing to sell a floor model and expect you to wait 4-12 weeks coming from Mexico. When it does show up you will get a constant run around on when it will actually arrived making it impossible to make a delivery date. So we had to end up canceling our delivery and they weren’t sure if they could give us or money back for a service they never performed?!?!? What an absolute joke of a company.

The furniture is beautiful and associates in the store were very helpful. I actually purchased the cabana style kitchen table. I waited the typical 4 weeks and called to check on my order - they stated that it was ordered in the wrong stain. They still got the table to me within the stated 4-6 week period, but when I picked up the table, the table/chairs had another name on it, so Im assuming that to prevent further upset on my part they just gave me some other familys table that was identical to the one I ordered. After getting it to my house is when the real fun started. And I will admit, its partially my fault for not measuring the tables dimensions. The pre-assembled counter height table DID NOT fit through my standard sized door frame. I called for assistance, and this is where I received absolutely no help. The associates insisted that they delivered these preassembled tables and fit them through standard door frames all the time. Well, obviously they havent delivered them to a house with a narrow entranceway. Five people tried configuring it through my door to no avail. I tried calling to ask for assistance again and the response I received was that they would have to charge the full delivery fee of 100 dollars to just come help me get the table inside. Well after 3 weeks of my table sitting inside my garage and hiring a handy-man to take off and put back on my door from the frame, my table is finally inside. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AFTER THE COMPLETE RESISTANCE TO ASSISTING ME ATER PICKING UP MY TABLE. Youd think if a customer purchased a 1000 dollar table that she wouldnt have encountered such resistance. Lesson learned.
