This service visit was for new tires, and ended up being two visits because the wrong set of tires was installed at first. An honest mistake, which Dan corrected immediately. He also informed me that I needed front brake pads, which I appreciated. Not perfect this time, but Dan, Patrick and Dave have been providing me five-star service for years.

I have been involved with this company since 1999 after buying two of my four wheelers that Iv had. Dealing with part services is always easy. They help me get the part I need in a kind quickly mater. On the side of the building in the services department is also a helpful one. I do most of my own maintenance and repairs, but they are never hesitant with helping me answering my questions to help me to do so. Very nice people. I would highly recommend Wild West!

Excellent service fast and good prices, I went there because I thought that I need valve adjustment and Dan inspect my bike and tell me that no need it yet, instead I need tires, Dan give me and awesome deals on tires and also perform the recall at front forks, Thank you Dan and his guys for excellent work on my bike

Brought in Honda Rancher for repairs. Test ride duplicated the back fire issue and the service technician went straight to the problem correcting the issue. Friendly, respectful service given on the check in and check out of the atv. Thanks

Once they realized we had paid extra for the warranty all of the sudden nothing was wrong with the bike. They were very rude and never did fix the problem. We had to take it to another shop to get it fixed properly. So moral of the story.... dont buy the warranty they will not honor it. Dont take it here for anything..... the wheel was out of balance as documented by two other mechanics and told us it was unsafe to drive. These guys said there was nothing wrong. If it had been a cash transaction it would have been different I am sure. They give service writers a bad name............The service Manger Dan was also also rude and and condescending.
