Very nice, professional, honest, and communicative. Had body work, and general maintenance to do on my 2012 Chevy Volt. Priced very reasonably and repaired quickly. Had both side mirror assemblies to be completely replaced, and front struts/shocks. Omar called me to update progress and work with me on pickup during the holidays. They also did my inspection. Easy to see they love what they do and take pride in their work. Confident I will return, and highly recommend.

The prices are lower than most places for an oil change. They are always quick, too! I have taken all 3 of my vehicles for periodic maintenance services and state inspection. All services performed well and any other found car issuues are describe or explain for future consideration on other repairs options as need it.

Found this place on Nextdoor. It was also recommended by a pal of mine. Well I have a Ford F-150 and I got a tune up and a state inspection done. My vehicle has 86,000 miles and I decided to get a tune up. The tune up included the spark plugs, air filter, oil change and Ignition coils. But Omar was very nice and informed me that he was going to check to see if It even needed all of that before replacing it. So they checked it and turned out that I just needed the Spark plugs and air filter. I’m glad they were honest with me. The price was very reasonable too. All of that for $240. Which I was glad because I got quoted for the spark plugs at another shop, double the price. The whole job was done that same day. I will be coming back again. Very nice people and great prices

Came here for an oil change a few months ago and everything seemed fine. Now time for my next oil change and pop the hood and the cover for my engine was never placed back on. They never even called to let me know they still had our part. Such a simple task and still couldn’t get it right.

I came here today for a car inspection, they helped check my car before they charge me to see if it will pass. I have a 1995 Toyota Corolla. Not all shops have the equipment to check cars older than 1996. Very friendly and upfront with costs. I highly recommend.

Brought my Tahoe in for repairs and Hector and his staff were friendly, explained the entire process of the repairs that were being made and they were fast on the completion of those repairs. Fair prices which is why I will definitely bring my vehicle back.... They did great work!

Worst mechanic shop I have dealt with. They redeemed my Voucher without doing the oil change and asked me for a very expensive oil filter for my car, be careful.

These guys held my car in their shop for a whole month, kept coming up with a new part every week, at one point they said they ordered the wrong part and it had to be another whole week of wait time, the price that they charged me was over $3000 on top of their new items they kept adding in. These guys were so un prepared and un professional, the only thing they did fast and correct was collect the money. Three days later my engine light,ABS,VSC popped up and my steering wheel got all stiff in the middle of the road, very terrible experience, I would not trust these guys when in comes to Your safety. Anyway I’m taking it back to the Toyota dealer to get my rav 4 2008 fixed properly there by actual mechanics and not scam artist that do poor jobs and lack preparation. Very disappointing as my dad highly recommended these guys, I feel like they took advantage of his kindness. I wish all the services could get refunded as they did nothing but mess the car up some more, worst experience ever.

Came in bright and early for an oil change. The manager was really friendly, let me know of the charges before work was done and let me know I will be needing a new air filter soon, which I appreciate. Will go back for the air filter and state inspection soon!

I’ve found Prosperity Automotive in Katy to be fair and honest with me. I trust them more than the dealer to not take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to auto repair! I will definitely go back when the need arises.

They are reasonable in their pricing and have good customer service. I got brake fluid flush from them on saturday the pedal was squashy, took it back to them and they took care of it. Omar is knowledgeable and helpful

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. They will change parts on your car that doesnt need changing. I have spent over $350 with them and still have the same problem i had when i before they started. You have been warned STAY AWAY or just go in give them money and drive off. Whether they touch your car or not you still will have the same problem as when you drove up. You have been warned!!

My wife went in to get an oil change. The only light that was on was the light indicating that the vehicle needed an oil change. When she got in the car to leave there was a check engine light on. When she brought it to their attention they accused her of lying and said the check engine light was on when she got there. They said if they checked the light they would charge her for the diagnostic test. Dont go here.

I brought my car in for a diagnosis an they tried to double talk me so instead of getting what I wantes which was a print off of all codes lights showing up he tells me he couldnt do that.tells me I need xyz n need all these replacements.well I tokd him I would just do the basic oil change.thats it since he couldnt state facts like he needed more time when I dropped my car off at 12:30pm an they close at 6.this was few days ago Im driving along an my under carriage just fell out an im dragging it as I drive because they couldnt properly reinstall my part as it was after performing a service they were paid for.i drive a mercedes Benz God only knows what will happen since the part just fell out in two yrs ive had my car an gotten oil changes ive never had the protection cover just fall off while driving g now I gotta pay someone to replace the bolt an pay extra for a job that shouldve been taken care of.also since I picked my car up my car now has a noticble shake that wasnt like that befor I brought it in. I came to have them check my car due to it randomly not starting and get this oil change an now my car is shaking as soon ad it comes on I wanted to get car fixed not jerked around an try charge me labor befor u even describe or shoe me on paper this is the problem an when I tell you symptoms your response is we cant tell cuz the car didnt cut off on us while in my care like fun thats why you diagnose it

Good. honest, hard working people. They have worked on 2 of my vehicles and did a top notch job both times. This time around they were able to extract a broken spark plug from my 2006 F150 that the dealership said could not be extracted without pulling the heads. It took some time but they were able to get it out with no damage. A big thank you to all the guys at Cherry Park for the great work they do.

Ive had both cars serviced here in the past several months. Both times, they did a good job at fair prices. In the most recent visit, had the car towed there with no appointment around 10am. Didnt need major work, but they still had it repaired and out the door (with and oil change and state inspection thrown in) before 5pm. I would recommend Cherry Park.

Jonathan is the manager, and has shown excellent knowledge about cars and has experience, but what makes him stand out is his customer service. I always ask for him because 1) he knows cars and 2) he cares! Thanks Jonathan for your courtesy and managerial skills.

Took a Range Rover here and brought a radiator, told them to replace it since we knew it was clogged and no good, get a call back and say it was just air in the system and that it’s good now no problem, paid 165$ because they charged me for a head gasket test I never approved or even asked for, and for “removing all the air”, they said it had no air and heads were good, drove it one light down and it’s overheating, didn’t let me test drive before paying, don’t take your car here unless it’s something your son can do outside the driveway, cause head was bad, they either didn’t test it or lied, if they replaced the radiator and it was still overheating I would’ve been completely happy with the service and not make this review, we are a dealer ourselves and were bringing them our cars to work on to help one another, guess not, went back to the shop and they refused to refund or anything, waste of time and money, don’t even bother

Good first experience here. Needed to change out a bad thermostat, and I didnt want to mess with taking off the alternator just to get to it. Price was reasonable, and its right around they corner from where I live. Car in at 8:30am, I told them I needed it back by 1pm, and they had me ready just before noon. Only suggestion I would make -- I always appreciated my old mechanic in Old Katy that would always show (and give!) me the defective parts they replaced. That might not mean a lot to some people, but its one more check of assurance that the customer is getting good service at a fair price. Just a minor suggestion of something that could make their service even better, but over all Id give these guys two thumbs up.

The receptionist and the technician were friendly. According to my google research they charged me fairly. And my vehicle was ready when they told me it would be.

This people have very bad customer service.They did a real bad alignment on my car. I returned the same day to get it fixed, but did not take me because it was supposedly too late. then I came back the next day, but they pretended to put me back in line to wait for 3 hours as if it was the first time. I argued with them that I was not going to wait, and they should apologize for the inconvenience and fix it immediately. But, they did not care.I needed the alignment urgently, and requested a refund, but they did not want to do it. They said there might be something else wrong with my car. Logically, my car is in perfect condition.I got the alignment someplace else and they showed me on a graphic that they had actually made it worse. The suggestion is that they wanted to pretend there was something else wrong with my car to keep getting money from me.Dont risk your vehicle, they might make it worse to keep milking your pocket.And no, dont believe the police calling, it is a complete lie, I have too much education and brains for having to curse. There are ways to insult without bad words. They have to justify their bad customer service, some way.

Glad they kept some of the guys from the previous business, especially Jonathan and Juan. Ive noticed they are much more open and forthcoming about both of my vehicles since the switch to Prosperity. I also got a friendly, but stern reminder about a safety recall Ive been putting off. I even got a follow up text checking up on me after a repair, and a real response after I texted it was all okay, granted a day later. Nice.Cons: Oil changes are a little pricier as theyve switched to Castrol i think? I noticed a $5 - $10 increase.They are a stickler for paper copies of insurance cards when you get an inspection there. They do give you an option to have the cards faxed over though.

Friendly staff, and clean shop. $21 for an inspection is not bad.

They are difficult to work with. I have always used a reg. Oil change and because I wont allow a synthetic oil change, gee no reg. Oil. They have done the same thing to my daughter. I avoid them.
