I had my tire replaced here yesterday and had a very nice experience. I spoke with Jose on the phone and John helped me in person. I had no issues getting a price match for my tire, actually got it a bit cheaper.The service was so quick and they kept to the appointment time I made. This was important to me because I was getting over symptoms from taking the flu vaccine so I wanted to hurry and get back in bed. The sitting areas had plenty of seating (not pictured but its there) and a television. Im happy and will be returning.

With customer service going down in almost every business these days, it is so refreshing to experience it when it happens! It happened today when I found myself stranded in a parking lot across Westheimer Parkway from your store with a dead battery. I called to see if you had my battery in stock and if anyone could help jump my car to get me across the street. John and Brendan were both amazing in rescuing me, treating me with hospitality and service, and getting me back on the road in about 45 minutes. Thanks so much for taking great care of me and my car!

I was on my way out to Austin when I got a flat tire. I needed a patch quickly so I could make it to Austin in time for work. I tired 4 different places and they all either didnt have tire patches or said it would take hours before I could even get my car in the shop. I came to NTB and explained my situation to John and he immediately took my car and fixed my tire, and at no cost!! I was very impressed with how quickly they helped me and John and the crew were extremely kind and professional. Would absolutely recommend these guys!!

I went there to replace my brake and do manufacturer recommend maintenance. But they surprised me. They fixed my steering wheel shaking. I have a lifed truck and just moved from Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, I went to so many stores and they told me since my tires are kinda cheap. That makes my steering wheel shack. These guys fixed it. I didnt even ask for it. They just fix..... I am so impressed.

Do not recommend. Simple oil change. Then leaking oil from car. Take it back again other oil leak and told needs additional work. All for simple oil change? Never going back.

Overall bad experience! Got some work done here but when brought vehicle back home, noticed panel under front bumper was not secured and was hanging on one side. Took it back there and they confirmed everything was fixed but wanted to make sure and checked again myself and noticed they still didnt put all screws back and one of the screws was very loose and almost ready to fall off. Told them again and then they fixed. Didnt expect such kind of negligence. Guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful though.

Really don’t have anything negative to say expect the wait time :( Made my appointment online to get a set of Nitto Crosstex 2 tires on my 2016 Ford 150. Appointment was at 9a and got there at 8:50a. Greeted when I walked in and they had my keys within 10 min. About an hour or so later they said they only had 2 of the tires I ordered online. The service guy who was helping me said they would give me the same brand and model, but a size higher (265 instead of 260) at the same price since they had those in stock. I said sure and about an hour later they were done. Love the tires and the ride is good. Fresh coffee, water and TV in the waiting room that has plenty of chairs. Price was good. Out the door with an air filter I paid about $700. Customer service was great.

Got here exactly at 8 oclock on a booked appointment. Theyre now finishing at 10:50. 3 hrs later to change one set of tires on a booked appointment smh. So sad that they actually do this everyday and still take that long.

Came by for a oil change again and it was in and out as always, they let me knew my shocks were leaking which was nice to know considering i never check my own car as most people don’t. will go back and replace in the next few days awesome service

John Johnson was very professionally and helpful when it came to servicing my vehicle.

It took over an hour for a simple oil change. They charged me for an oil filter when its supposed to be included.

Clean facility, friendly staff, reasonable prices what more can you ask for from a car repair shop. We have purchased multiple sets of tires now from this location and have yet to have any issues. As a female some are skeptical or car shops but no issues here. Recommended by my self and several of my girl friends

I tried to call this location and John and Nick answered and they tell me not to call them.. I dunno what I did to this location but that was beyond bogus that they would tell me not to call when I was in need of service for tires.

Even with pre-scheduled appointment, they asked one hour to 75 min for a simple oil change. Not a good option when in rush.

Great facility for vehicle maintenance. As a single mother these places can be intimidating, but not here Nick and him team have always been inviting and made me feel comfortable. Thanks for the excellent service guys keep it up.

I feel like because I am a female they left a couple bolts loose. As I read some reviews similar complaints. Don’t make this a Gimmick for people to return and spend more money. Almost got me, is ok you guys won’t remain in business doing this to the neighborhood. Word gets around.

Great guys, I was traveling through and got a flat on my trailer. I ended up replacing all four and was in and out within 30 minutes. Faster than letting my wife stop at a buccees on the way down.

Reviews of this place dont do it justice. Workers are knowledgeable and dont try to force you into things you dont need and understand when you cant pay for EVERYthing you do need 😂10/10 would recommend you talk to Vinny for your needs.

Awesome service, got new tires, alignment, and oil change. They made recommendations on future service’s which I liked knowing the state of my vehicle and what was coming service wise.

Overall fairly priced, friendly staff, nice facility. Occasionally use this location for service and the always take great care of me.

The mechanic that worked on my car Christian, got my car out in a timely manner and the problem was fixed. The store is always clean and I am always pleased with my service. Great customer service.

Went to get an alignment, was told i needed new rack and pinion, control arm and tie rod ends or they wouldnt even think about doing the alignment, also told me my tires were gone (spoiler, they werent). they wanted 800+ for parts and another 800 for labor. So I went to a local shop to get a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with aforementioned parts. Got alignment with rotation and balance done there for the price of just an alignment at NTB. i wouldnt trust this place to not try to scare you into doing what you dont need to or try to trick you into wasting money. People at the front may be nice but dont let that fool you.

As far as getting tires from here, I dont have anything bad to say. Ive come to this NTB twice in the past only because I had an emergency, both times on a Sunday when Discount was closed. This last time I came, I decided to buy 4 new tires, and during the install, they gave me a call telling me that I needed new lower control arms because my bushings were bad. They quoted me for around 700 dollars for parts and labor. I decided to wait. After about 5,000 miles of driving and no symptoms, I returned to get my tires balanced and rotated. NTB asked me if I wanted an alignment, but I told them that I had not yet replaced my control arm assembly. They said in that case, they could not perform the alignment. I even overheard them telling another customer there that they too needed new control arms. I decided I would do the repair myself and nearly purchased new control arms, but first decided to take my car to a local trusted shop to get a second opinion. They put my car on a lift, and after inspection, they assured me that both of my control arms and bushings were just fine and in absolutely no need of repair. They even took me out to the lift to show me everything in detail. I then took my car to another shop and had a successful alignment performed, and there was not a word spoken of the control arms or bushings. Honestly, NTB has lost my trust and business.

Had an HID bulb replaced about a year ago for $296.00. Thats right a bulb. The bulb should last 7 to 10 years if it is good and not touched. In this instance, the bulb out and now the shop refuse to take any responsibility for it.

Needed 2 new tires for the Ford Focus. Very pleasant experience. I made an appointment, was there 15 minutes ahead of time and out in 30 minutes. Eric was great to work with, waiting area nice and clean. Thank you.

WARNING take your car to a real tire shop.Came in today because I had a nail on my rear tire I told them I wanted it patched. The attendant ask for my keys to look at it. He comes back saying I need a new tire because the nail was too big. I go back and look at my tire and he calls me to the desk. He takes a call while I was in front of him. I asked for my keys and left the building.Because Ive once been told that I needed breaks on my car when I had just bought the car I called BS.The nail was in the middle of the tire and could be patched with out a problem. I dont appreciate the this is a woman lets get her with what ever we can customer service they provide.I took my car a few miles down to a repair shop in Kingsland where they attended me with great customer service.I would rather get towed the next time than recomend anyone to this NTB. They will look at you as $$$ not a customer.

Just be aware what you may get from the parts and/or the quality of the installation/work. Go to other shops.I understand it may take a long time so I always left my car there. I understand that the shop is very aggressive to solicit for business: your vehicle needs a new set of break pad and rotors, ..... that is how to get more business. I was convinced very easily last time since I was told “it is about your safety.......”. And I was told i do not have to worry about that anymore since the pads have life-time warranty . What I did not know and was not told was the rotors only have 1yr warranty . 23000 miles later today, I noticed a warning message: need to check the brakes. Brought my car back in this very NTB where I spent about $1,000 to replace the rotors last time, i thought I would be taken care as they always told you: we will take care of you. However, I was told I have to replace the rotors again and those rotors are not under warranty anymore, and I was told that I would get an “upgraded “ rotors this time. I would have to spend another thousand bucks....... I think they care of my money, Not the quality!!!!So do NOT go there!!!

Terrible. They failed to honor the warranty on their battery. It died after 2 years, after jumping the car, brought it in to NTB to check the battery. It checked out good. Car died again next day. Second shop retests and it is the battery. No rembursement at all. Will never use again.

Got my ride fixed up right and back on the road over a holiday weekend in less than 24 hours. Hector was extremely helpful and kept me well informed. Not what I expected given low reviews but I was happy with the service. Would go back for oil changes and tire rotation.

On a Sunday I woke up to a flat trailer tire on my gaming trailer and had no idea what to do. I had a birthday party booked!! I look to Google and see NTB is open, but they have a rating of 1.6 Stars. What choice did I have? I called and spoke with Eric he said to come by. Im glad I did. I pulled in, showed him the tire. He said he had the one I needed in stock, and the price was extremely reasonable. By the time I paid and walked back to the trailer, the mechanic had my tire replaced. No lie, 15 minutes in and out. Extremely impressed. I will definitely be back!!

They were able to see me on such short notice, 30 minutes before they closed on a Sunday especially! They did a battery test and replaced my battery within 20 minutes and I was on my way peacefully knowing I didnt have to take off work the next day to fix my car.

Couldnt fix jeep. Manager started screaming at me, then hung up when i started screaming in return. Refused to answer any phone calls after that! So the manager i guess decided him screaming is okay but not his customer back at him.

I have a Lexus ls460 and purchased the 5 year alignment package. What a waste of money. I took it in as the car was pulling to the right. They tried to align it, but told us the front end had worn out part and a bent bar. It could not be aligned without repairing first. I took it to Lexus dealer next day. $160 later car is perfectly aligned. No parts were worn out nothing bent. The Lexus dealer said most shops like this dont know how to align this type car.

While On a road trip I pulled in with low tire pressure and asked the front desk guy if I could get air despite being completely slammed with other customers he told me to pull up to a bay and one of his guys would help me. Which one did almost immediately. Aired my tire up checked for visible damage and thanked me for stopping by. Super Service which is very hard to find in todays entitled work place. I will drive to this store to get my trucks serviced in the future. Awesome guys.

Sunday flat tires are never fun. Stopped at 2 places closer to my house and was told I would have to leave it overnight. Called NTB and they said they would get me in and out, even though they closed at 5pm. That level of customer service will get them the sale of a new set of tires and wheels right after Thanksgiving... On two vehicles.

Took my vehicle in for a tire rotation and wheel balance. They ended up finding something wrong from a previous repair at another repair shop. I took it back to the place that did the repair and they fixed it. Glad they let me know of the issue instead of not saying anything.

Wrong place to take your car to, you get ripped off easily, road side mechanic is far better.

This NTB is always fast, reasonable and honest. If a repair can wait they will tell you how long it can wait and the consequences.

Great place. Guys are always nice. This is a busy location, be prepared to make an appt, drop off, come 1st person when they open, or just wait!! Theres a tv, magazines and coffee maker with a soda machine in waiting area. They stop taking people about an hour before closing depending what you need. I been coming here long time, car runs great, and Im happy with their service!
