What a completely different positive experience taking my car here! Extremely welcoming folks and really listen to all of your needs. I have taken my car to several different repair shops along 1463 in about 90% of them are all about taking your money at whatever cost. Not here, Keith and his staff are 100% honest and upfront with pricing. No hidden tricks, no surprise fees no holding your car hostage over phantom charges and other BS. Car scientist is truly a stroke of fresh air. Please do not change, keep doing what you’re doing no matter how successful you become! And again thank you for your honesty.

Very friendly and HONEST. You definitely want to know and use a mechanic shop that you can trust. Owner is friendly and helpful in finding an affordable solution for you and he does not up sell you on a bunch of stuff you don’t need. I have gone here 4 times since it opened. I have a lot of cars and will keep coming back.

Car Scientist on 1463 has the best customer service. Keith is very cheerful, knowledgeable, and remembers customers by name. He takes time to diagnose & explain problems and even involves the customers if they are interested. When my battery died, they were spot on with their estimated finish time. Highly recommend. Customers for life.

Keith and Keith Jr. the honest guys. Ive been there to check the battery. They found the bolt connection loose and then tightened it up. I expected some labor or diagnosis charge but they said it was just a simple thing that did not need to pay. So glad to find such an honest car repair shop. Thanks guys!

I came here for a quick oil change with the goal of supporting a local business and hopefully finding a go to mechanic as I’m new to the area. From calling to see if I can just stop on in to picking up the car I was treating with nothing but respect and professionalism.I’m glad I chose to go here for my oil change and I’m confident that if i am need of mechanical work down the road, that I’ve found the right place.

My car suddenly decided to stop completely right in front of the CVS medicine pick up window, blocking everyone behind me. A nice gentleman helped to pushed my car on the side .I called Car scientist and they sent out someone right away. A very nice gentleman came and jump started my car battery. He did not charged me anything, he told me what I need to do later. He was very honest. Some other car service would have fooled me as I know nothing about car issues. Car Scientist now have another loyal customer. I will be going there only for all my car servicing. Thank you Car Scientist and to the nice gentleman for your help today.

Ooooommmmgggg!!!! Absolutely BEST experience I have ever had with any business EVER!! The customer service CANNOT be beat. The price and speed was also fantastic. I used them for my state inspection. They finished before I was halfway through the bottle of water they offered me. The entire staff was sooo funny. I went in at 8am and I am leaving here soooo happy. If everyone else I meet today is half as nice as these people, this would be a fantastic day. My neighbor referred me here and I would definitely refer everyone I know. Thanks Guys. First time here they were very helpful and diagnosed my truck and gave me a run down. They were not able to work on my A/C but it was cause of the type of system my truck ran. Definitely will be returning

Wife’s car started stuttering when accelerating today and called Car Scientist if they could check it out (before they closed). He said to go ahead and come in even if they closed at 1. He checked it out and scanned the car, many codes popped up causing the stuttering. He recalibrated everything and took care of the issue free of charge.Very honest!! Said if it happened again they’ll have to diagnose further but hopes that’s it. Highly recommend this place.

I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection. They’re very friendly and efficient. They also gave me a military discount because my husband is a veteran. I would recommend you check them out!

I don’t trust anybody with my Corvette yet I stop by and talk to Keith about replacing my harmonic balance. He said he worked for Chevy for many years, so I quizzed him on some stuff (since I worked for Chevy for 3yrs in service) he knew everything. Such a great family owned business they care about their clients and treat them just like they’re their neighbor or their family.I highly recommend these guys. They care to do a great job and don’t want to get a reputation like some of these other shops have.

Can’t recommend this business enough. We had wiring issues with our truck. Went to Cinco Auto 2 and they quoted us a minimum of 2 hours labor just to diagnose the problem. Took it to Car Scientist and they said they would not charge anything until the problem was fixed. Turned out to be a connection issue and they did not charge us anything to fix it. Extremely professional and friendly. Will definitely use them for any/all car repair needs.
