This place is super awesome. Staff very helpful and professional. Jay (if I dont remember wrong) he is outstanding. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Complimentary bottle water, tea, and coffee. They also have a kid play ground. My kid wont keep complaint waiting is no fun. My number 1 choice from now on.

As a female, Im always skeptical about going to a new repair shop because so many have tried to take advantage of me in the past. But I was referred here by a friend when I was telling her I needed to go get my oil changed. I was greeted and welcomed at the door by a young man named Thomas. He listened to what my needs were and made recommendations best suited for my vehicle. During the courtesy inspection it was discovered that my air filter and cabin air filter (didnt even know i had one of those) were in serious need of replacement. Thomas came over to me in the waiting area, showed me pictures of them and explained the purpose of a cabin air filter to me. He also showed me pictures of my brakes and tires and made some recommendations. It was very late in the day and I had only planned on the 30 minute oil change so when I told him I didnt have time that day, he offered to make an appointment for me at a time that would be more convenient. Thomas made me feel very comfortable that he wasnt trying to rip me off and was very thorough in his explanations. He earned my trust and I will definitely return to have the recommended work done to my vehicle.

From the moment i dropped off my vehicle, there was nothing less than outstanding customer service given. My car warranty recommended this place and Caliber Care knew of the warranty company and handled the whole situation from there. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and did all the communicating to the warranty company for me. Everything was done in a timely manner. Being in customer service and management, I have never received such service before in any establishment. This is one of the most professional and customer-oriented auto shops I have ever experienced. They answered questions I had about oil, they paid close attention to my special requests about tire rotation (with the actual techs listening in), sent photos to my phone about many inspection points on the car, and were very communicative throughout the visit. It is the only shop I can recommend right now!

Professional every time I come and get my vehicles serviced. Caliber Auto is in a class all by themselves, head and shoulders above all competition. When you enter the building, Donovan welcomes you in and asks what brings you in. On previous services, Donovan would start a little small talk. What I didn’t know, was that he remembered.The waiting room is better than some people’s living room. Starbucks coffee, water, and tea is available. There is a jungle gym for your crumb snatchers. If I had young kids, I would bring them here for their birthdays. There is also a gated pet area. Maybe the gate area can be used for timeout when kids misbehave while playing in the jungle gym. (People frown on spankings in public. Where were these “people” when I was a kid)This is where Caliber Auto is different. I get a text with a link. I receive photos of the parts and gauges with a detailed explanation from Donovan or Chris and recommendation to prolong the life of my vehicles. No made up jargon or unnecessary costly services trying to repair my flux capacitor. Never fails, all customers leave with a smile.

My advisor is usually Misa and he’s doing a fantastic job. I always get honest answers about my car situation. The mechanics are doing great because my car is running great. The shop also goes above and beyond because they shuttled me to work (about 14 miles) several times before when I needed to leave my car for a whole day to get everything done. I’ve been with them for about 3 years now & I highly recommend them. Plus you get free Starbucks coffee & water while you wait & they have a play structure for kids and cushioned seating in the waiting area. :-)

Before my daughter left for college yesterday I noticed her car was in need of an oil change, air in tires and windshield washer fluid. I took her car to Caliber when it opened and was told the “Quick” oil change would take 35 mins. I received a text from Calibur with 18 pictures of the filters, all tires and brakes and front an rear lights. The text said tires and fluids were all inspected. When I left Caliber I realized her car still had no washer fluid and when I got home I ended up putting air in the tires myself. Not happy with the lack of service.

This is my second time using this Calibar Auto Care location. These guys go above and beyond to provide an unmatched level of service and care. Shout out to Mr. Salmeron. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever. I took my car for a simple oil change. Within 10 minutes the lady told me I have a “big problem”. They couldn’t do an oil change because of “water” in my oil. She compared it to going in for minor surgery and finding “massive cancer”. She asked me to make an appointment so their expert technicians could find the issue. Thank goodness I decided to go to the Forddealership. I never told them anything that happened. The service was done without any problem.I think I just saved myself a lot of money. I will definitely not go back there

Went to Caliber for first time for routine inspection for my Highlander. Very friendly service, very nice waiting area. Took about 20 minutes. Would go back for other services.

Took my Tesla electric car to get a state inspection here. They told me it will be done in 45 minutes. The two people ahead of me got serviced and left after 30 minutes. It took them another 30 minutes to do a super-simple electric car state inspection (cost is only $7). The radio was changed to a country music station, and an autopilot setting was changed. So clearly the mechanics there were playing around with my car when they should have been doing an inspection. This inspection should not have taken more than 10 minutes!I will never go back to this place!

Had an oil change, it was a little on the expensive side but everything else was nice, fast, and they did a fantastic job with the work.Ill definitely include them in my locations I look for for car care.

I flushed coolant and brake fluid here 3 month ago. I thought they are welcoming and the working area is neat, so I went back to replace battery a month ago.Today, I open the hood to replace engine air filter and noticed my coolant tank cap is missing and level is low, which means they forgot to close the cap and I drove my car without coolant tank cap for 3 months. It also means they didnt notice this when they replace my battery or did not bother to tell me.Then, I look at the air intake and found the clips are already open and there is no filter inside. I remember they mention that I need to replace the filter in the last time when they replaced my battery. I declined because that is the least thing I can do by my self. So, they checked my filter and throw it away and I drove it without filter for a month.The reception area is nice but the workmanship is somewhat questionable to me.

Updated stars (previously 4)due to other review I left.The employees are super friendly. The waiting area is clean and very comfortable. They have cold bottled water and hot coffee to enjoy while you wait. They send pictures of everything they check via text message. That way you can see if there are any problems that they find and know for yourself if the problem is severe. The only downside is that their oil change comes with this ooh-la-la inspection/send pictures, which takes about 30-45 minutes to complete everything.

Came here today and had a wonderful experience. Called ahead and was scheduled an appointment for an hour later. They answered all of my questions about pricing and even sent me pictures showing the different levels of wear and tear on my car. As someone who doesnt know cars, I appreciated all the explanations and transparency. They even rang me up a sample invoice for future work so I knew the upcoming expenses beforehand. Zach and Krissy made it an easy experience and clued me into some discounts I wouldnt have known about otherwise. I will definitely return for future car care and have already raved to friends and family. This is the same company that helped me replace a lightbulb on a headlight on a different vehicle about 6 months ago. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!

Earlier this morning I had dropped off my car and had been talking for the last couple of weeks to Steve about getting my car he evaluated and looked at and working on problems from “most important” to “least important”. As always they do have an outstanding customer service and really do try to give you the best of the best and sometimes prices can be way over the line for a very simple things but that’s because they do do a great job when it comes down to it but after today’s experience I would definitely be careful about what they “sell you” I wanted to just get my car looked at and I could’ve taken it to my stepfather‘s mechanic he would look at my car for free and do it for free and I asked them before hand if there would be any payments for looking at my car or any of the stuff and they told me that it would be free unfortunately upon picking my car back up I had to pay a $60 fee which for a lot of people is an a problem but it’s definitely frustrating when you’re on a budget and trying to fix your car when their prices are already high as it is I’m very frustrated and definitely they have lost my trust so just like with any place make sure you get all the information before you assume anything and I know it might not seem like a big deal to a lot of people but when you’re told one thing and you get another it can be very frustrating and after telling them that I’m already tight on money and asking them for some very simple things that I know most mechanics would do it for free. Update: I haven’t been anywhere this week and been planning out how I’m gonna get my car fix come to find out my toolbox is missing from the back of my seat, kinda ironic when that was the only place I’ve been & there “short staffed” not accusing but find it very hard to assume it grew legs and walked away....

This place was so great. Aside from the playground being closed. My kids loved the hot chocolate and the little toy airplanes the employees gave them. Comfy chairs to wait in, cold bottles water, Starbucks coffee, insanely clean bathrooms, I couldn’t believe I was getting car work done. The report they send you after the oil change is incredible. The staff was so friendly. Seriously, can’t recommend enough. I fully expected my full synthetic oil change to be over $100 just based on the experience (and I’d gladly have paid it) but it was only $79!!!! Say whaaaaaat?! Never going anywhere else again.

Steve Hagens and his team took excellent care of me in an extremely timely manner when I was facing a deadline later that morning. They diagnosed my electrical and ignition issue, effected a temporary fix, at my request, and got me back on the road in about 1 hour. Since I work all day I had to have her take the car in and get our alignment fixed when a tire blew and our car snagged a curb. The owner had them come out and pick the car up for us, got our alignment fixed, and dropped it back off. I have never had such amazing service for auto-care. Amazed by the customer service and compassion that my family was shown. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Service First every time!!!Ive used Service First for my personal vehicles and love their service. However, recently took in my company truck for an oil change at another shop simply due to convenience, where they recommended I needed to replace the rear brake pads. I was given a quote for the service that I didnt feel right about.Afterwards, I called Service First and spoke to Justin requesting to compare pricing for the quote I received. He invited me in for a courtesy brake check to inspect the brakes and rotors. Upon the inspection, their technicians found nothing that warranted having to replace the brakes or the work quoted to me from the other shop.Justin and his team are top notch! And in my opinion, second to none when it comes to their integrity and professionalism. Its nice to know they will only perform work that is necessary, not just try to sell me services that arent needed at the time. Highly recommend this shop for all vehicle maintenance!!!!

First time here to check the tire pressure and the technicians found out the leak in one of the tires. They fixed it and was not charge for it. I will come back.

Went in for an inspection. A tear on the tire sidewall was noted by your mechanic upon arrival before the inspection, but you guys proceeded to hook up the OBDII anyway and then subsequently failed it due to the tear and charged me the $25.I took the car to the tire professionals at Discount Tire and they said it was fine. I called you guys back and the conversation was unpleasant and condescending. I ended up going to another shop and surprise!!! car has passed....I even pointed out the tear in the tire to them.I now have lost trust and have to spend the long weekend re-changing the oil in my father and wifes cars because they recently when to your place. Keep the $25. I view it as an investment in my knowledge to NOT go back to you guys.

Dont go to this place terrible customer service

This business is definitely built to deliver great customer service. A couple of days ago, I brought my vehicle into the shop for an issue on it. They repaired the issue with no problems, no gimmicks. The next day, the engine light came back on. So, I brought it back and they jumped on it immediately. Since its going to take a couple of hours to diagnose, they brought me home. Thats awesome!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my car in because my air conditioner was not working. They quoted $3k to fix my air conditioner on a car that was worth $5k. I said I would need to thing about it and picked the car up. After about a week I realized that they took my skid plate off to perform their inspection and never put it back on. When I called to discussed, the person who never performed the inspection said they would have never taken it off. There’s no way it would have fallen off while driving and not noticed. They refused to replace and on top of that I had another master certified technician diagnose my AC. The issue was never identified and I would have spent $3K, it wouldn’t have fixed the problem and I would have had to spend another $1-2k to fix the actual problem. So I’m out $300 between the skid plate and AC inspection and they didn’t even do it correctly.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! They are customer service FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING!!! If your on a budget and need information on your service, education on your vehicles status, or just information on future issues with your car. Plus their lobby is very tech friendly!!!!

This is a very clean facility. The staff here is nice and professional. I came in for a state inspection and was done within 30 minutes. Their techs are fast and efficient. They also will sit and explain(dumb it down) if anything is wrong with your car. I overheard them doing this for a girl who had no idea what was wrong and I thought it was nice of them to take the time to do this for her.

Absolutely hands down best service! I am the store manager for the Aldi across the street. I called asking about an oil change on my truck and told them I needed it really bad but couldn’t leave the store because I was the only manager on duty. The front desk clerk offered to come get my truck and take it back over there for the oil change. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond! Thank y’all so much!

Friendly on the phone and friendly in person. Everything and everyone looked clean. Nicest waiting area Ive ever seen in an auto service place. Free Starbucks coffee dispenser was a nice touch, too. I didnt even have time to finish my coffee before my inspection was done. I will definitely use them again.Update. Still the best place around. I sent my father-in-law there after a dealership wanted to charge him $850 to replace an alternator on his Corolla (Seriously?). Service First checked it and the alternator was fine. He just needed a new battery and my father-in-law was impressed with the service he received.

Found this place because of a coupon we got in the mail, and I am SO glad we checked it out. The staff are fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable; they take the time to go over and explain the details of the work in a way that is genuinely informative (instead of the overwhelm-then-upsell Ive encountered at other car places). They offer the convenience of scheduling appointments online, and actually live up to their promise of quick and thorough service. And last but certainly not least, they have a waiting area that is actually comfortable. Definitely check this place out!

Best place EVER!Im really happy that I have found this place. First off, they have a bark park and Lola, my dog, loved it. Furthermore, when I went in there, I was concerned she wouldnt be allowed in. They gave her water and treats. Enough about the important stuff.I took my car in to get transmission fluid. They told me that it couldnt take it, that I have a CVT issue. Meaning a whole new transmission. I knew that I was on the verge of having to either go for the new transmission or a new car. I went for the new car (the other was getting old, and things were falling off).I took the new car in for an inspection to make sure I was getting a good deal. They spent time with the car, took photos, and gave me their opinion. All for zero cost! I have the photos, so I know what Im looking at.This past week, I took the car for an oil change. During that time, they inspected the entire car and told me that there are a couple of very small issues (fluid related) that we should take care of next oil change.Will I be back? You betcha!
