I would like to take a moment to recognize great customer service and say a big thank you. I was not actually a customer yeserday, but was out for a run and had forgotten to bring the couple of dollars that I usually carry for water. I was majorly parched and came across the service shop. I saw a gentleman in the bay and explained my dilemma and asked if he would be able to give me a cup of water. Without hesitation he said sure and came back with not one, but two cups explaining that he wasnt sure that one was enough. I definitely needed the two glasses as it was peak sun and so appreciated his kind gesture. I am not certain, but I believe his name is Cesar. It is this kind of person that should be valued in your organization and is a great representation of how to treat customers (or in my case, future ones). Thank you again Cesar, you were a real life saver!

Perry and his team are very reliable and make sure all repairs are fair. A name-brand car dealership tried to hold my car hostage past the warranty date in order to avoid paying for a new expensive transmission... after they sold him the same transmission a year earlier that they said was new (it went out in a year). Perry fought and won the warranty battle, got me an actually new part, and ended up having to speak to the dealership chief operating officer about the issue. In addition, he upheld the warranty even further by taking on the cost of labor and giving me a free repair. Ive been going here for several years and I will continue to do so.

I called Mr. Perry at 4:45 on a Saturday in desperate need of help and he said he could put a new battery in for me as long as I could get there! I was turned away by another place because they did not want to install one in my vehicle. It took the technicians 15-20 minutes to get My boys and I back on the road safely! I am forever grateful! Customer service always brings me back and my kids always like the donuts! :)

NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN! YOU DO NOT WANT TO MESS WITH SOMEONE WHO IS NOT HONEST AND RUDE.Giving one star is more than what they deserve.I used to love this shop, and have been there quite a few times, because I felt that Glenn is a very honest person running that shop.Now Glenn left and a guy named Perry is just horrible.Last Saturday, I went there for a regular maintaince service. Perry called me later and suggested my brake rotors and pads be replaced. He quoted me a price of $299 for two rotors, $99 for the pads, and offered me a 10% discount. So the parts cost $350+.Later for curiosity, I checked the prices of the parts online:The rotor is about $48, which Perry quoted me $149 and the pads is around $38 which Perry quoted $99.The 10% is completely cheating, since the prices are marked up more than 200% first. I called him a few times, and was treated rudely.The warranty and labor on the parts is not what I need, and was tricked to pay for. He told me that I signed the paper.

Each and everytime I go their they are more than competitive and do a Complete job.. Perry has stayed late to have jobs completed and had met suppliers after hours to get parts to have them available for first thing in the morning... Their Complimentary Courtesy Van is also always a great plus. I have used them for small to large issues and have always felt a great value and they stand behind their work. I would and have suggested them to anyone with Car issues.

Love this place so much, every time I bring my car for any reason I always feel satisfy with the job they do, Perry and his staff are very professionals and they really care, since Im a woman I always felt insecure taking my car to a shop, until I found Auto Care USA.A couple of days ago an out of control woman arrived to the shop screaming at Perry, I was waiting for an oil change, it seems to be for her that something wasnt woking properly in the car, he was willing to take care of it, but she was acting so violent and rude and talking nonsense, I was so impress with the patience and professionalism he and one of his staff handled it, he then later apologized to us about a scene this lady caused, but this only proved that I was right, they are very professional!.

This is a really great place to do business! I drove a 20 year old Jeep from Tulsa OK to Katy to trailer a refrigerator back to Tulsa. The Jeep only has 160k miles on it but the brakes had not been replaced for probably 80-90k miles so I decided to replace them before heading back to Tulsa. They replaced the brakes and rotors for a very reasonable price. When I left the right front brake locked up after a mile or so. They arranged for a tow truck to tow the Jeep back to their shop. As with any 20 year old vehicle an additional problem had occurred and the caliper seized up. Although the new problem was not caused by them they replaced the calipers at their cost. They would not let me pay for the tow. Any other shop would have added the cost of the tow and added profit on the bill. My kids living in Katy highly recommended this shop and now I know why. Great people!

Have been treated fairly, honest pricing, if such can b done with flat rate manuals, tho they do have their place. A car is a thing just too expensive to own! Blame government and mnufacturers. I recently bought a dealer part which cost $16. When I last was working on my own stuff, same part would have been $5.

First time here to get the oil change. Perry explained the difference between dealer maintenance and the shop. The work was done quickly and Perry gave the first time customer discount and also pointed out there is coupon in the katy living. Good experience and will be ther again.

I have an 2003 Toyota Corolla. Before I went to Auto Care I had numerous issues, transmission, brakes needed to be changed, the whole works.. First time I went I spoke with Glen who helped me work out a seriously affordable deal on all the repairs, and a couple issues I didnt even realize were becoming a problem. I drive a 1968 Mercedes 230s, you could imagine that this car needs a lot of work at times. My son took his BMW to a nearby shop for overheating and they wanted $1200 to replace the water pump.I told him to take it to a different shop for a better estimate.It turned out that the problem was not the water pump and was the thermostat which cost me $244.The car has been running fine since then.If you are looking for an honest shop then go to this one.

I trusted this place wholeheartedly while Glenn was here. Perry took over and I thought it was all still ok... until last month.I came in because my wiper fluid wasnt squirting out correctly. Without checking, he jumped to the conclusion that its my pump and I need to replace it (odd, I could hear the sound of the pump when I turned on the fluid... so I was suspicious, but I trusted him). Got it fixed for around $130/150. I get off the lot and realize its STILL not working... I can hear the pump but no fluid. I take it back and another tech looks at it. What happened next is funny. I was in the lobby talking to Perry when he got back. The tech was really reluctant to talk in front of me, but to step aside would be suspicious. So then he tells us that its actually my lines that are clogged with debris from the fluid. NO WONDER he didnt want to talk in front of me. The pump was totally unnecessary!!!! I should have never been charged for it and just needed a line cleaning.Because Ive gone there so much, I didnt want to make a fuss over the pump. I should have though. I feel like my lack of knowledge and friendliness was taken advantage of. From now on, Im only going there for oil changes. Those are a fair price and done quick. A bigger repair is getting done somewhere else.Also, our neighbors took their car there to get a repair. I dont know what the repair was, but apparently the quote was sky high and was a big job. Took it to another place and they fixed the SMALL problem for free. Hmmm... no bueno.Unfortunately, this place just isnt the same anymore.

A very nice clean auto repair shop.

Had a crack on my windshield that had been sealed.... Took car in for inspection and in taking off the old sticker they further cracked the windshield and even left the glass on my dashboard.... When i pointed it out to them they said there is nothing they could do about that and o should take it back to whoever had done it before.... More than the crack, it was the complete disregard and lack of concern that was shown that totally upset me. Dont go there! If they have such little care for something that is sooo obvious, can you imagine the care they show to the mechanics beneath your hood?

Avoid this place at all cost. sells guy total scamer. I work for another shop and was being lazy went in just for oil change and he tryed to tell me I needed things I litterally replaced last week. then he tell me i need cabin air filters..... there are located in the back of glove box. and i had it locked and key on me. tryed to charge me saying he replaced it.

I have been using Auto Care USA service for several years and pretty happy with them. They are nice guys and try to help you as much as they can.
