From the initial phone call through final checkout- A+ service. They offered options, helped me in the sweltering heat while looking under the hood. They were professional and polite the entire time. Definitely recommend. Both owner and salesman were great. I wrote the salesmans name down- this was months ago. Now I cant find it!

I have been trying to find a bicycle rack that I’ve seen online. Called the Katy store and talked to Trevor Blount. The customer service and attention to detail was beyond great. Stayed on the phone with me while he checked multiple stores to find the product I was looking for. Once determined it was sold out nation wide, he tried locating a close alternative. Great customer service. Will make sure to shop the Katy location for my next vehicle needs

I get it sign of the times ...That being said the Awesome Professional Staff of this particular store was able to order (late in the afternoon I might add) and get what I needed next day folks (more reliable than online in my opinion) OEM Euro parts folks .... its just nice to be able to cross reference parts with actual people that know ....Friendly helpful knowledgeable Staff

Napa always seem to have knowledgeable personnel they can help you find what you are looking for cos the other auto stores that only go by year make model and the computer.Staff always seem to be in a good mood and friendly.Limited parking out front but the store never seems to be very busy. There is an empty lot across the street if the spots are full.

Great store. Closed on Sunday though. As I sit in front of the store disappointed that I didn’t check Sunday hours before driving over (my fault not theirs) I do recommend they turn the “open” sign off. 😜

If you really want to waste your time go here. They dont keep regular hours and will happily accept an order thats supposed to be ready in 30 minutes even though theyre closed. Twice Ive driven out to pixk something up to find out theyre keeping theyre only open when they feel like it regardless of their posted hours.

Never have I had a more accommodating and pleasant experience the gentleman working at the front counters or beyond helpful and extended the courtesy above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and had everything we needed, would like to thank them again for showing us the great customer service that they did

These guys are the greatest! I couldnt find my receipt on some NAPA batteries that I bought and they warranted them no problem!! They guys are super friendly and helpful! You dont find that too much nowadays!! Great job guys!!!

I came in thinking my battery was bad trevor checked and it was bad he then helped me replace it. The battery hold down didnt fit the Optima battery I was putting back in Trevor kept trying different hold downs they had in stock told one worked, it would have been much more difficult if I had done all this at the house. Thank you Trevor!

The guys who work here dont give up easily... I was looking for a specific part and they went so far as to break out an old school paper catalog to find the right part in the store.

Pretty small, well stocked given the physical size of the building but couldnt offer me what I was looking for. Parking was very limited. Service was good. Prices of products seemed fair.

You would think that there would be a problem with a part on a rare occasion. Well that didnt work out for me since I had bought two engine mounts for my vehicle from NAPA Motors and they were too big to fit into the correct holes. The parts got here on time, but the precision of the parts was very low for this part since Ill have to do some adjustment to get everything to fit now.

If youre looking for higher-quality parts go to Napa. The parts are a little bit more expensive but in my experience they last longer and usually dont run into any fit issues. The guys at the counter are usually more experience than guys at the other Auto Parts places. And they have some hard-to-find items. I like Napa.

Went on a interview not once not twice, but three times.. Was told by the owner michal that he was busy and he was so sorry for not getting back to me he was in meetings for two days. I leave him a txt, but never txt or called back, but were straight foward here at knapa auto parts, and we shhot straight foward...would not recommend wasting your time on a interview.. Total crab walker!!!!
