Walked in with 2 employees speaking to 1 another at the register. Not 1 looked up & greeted us or aaked if we needed help looking for an item. Walked the isle for a bit & ended up leaving. Didnt find what I was looking for.

I walked into this store 10 minutes before close, because both of my headlights were out and I had to drive home in the dark. I was flustered and having issues installing the lights and the kind gentleman running the store helped me after they had already closed. A big thanks to him and kudos to the store for hiring such quality employees.

Terrible experience here on 6-29-21 when trying to use their oil recycling service. Go elsewhere! Two employees berated my brother-in-law and threatened to call the cops on him for bringing in hazardous material. Mind you, we have used their recycling services before and not had an issue. Not to mention there was another gentleman in line doing the exact same thing, with no issue. My brother-in-law was extremely confused and did not even know they were yelling at him because hes never had an issue before. He was also there to pick up a part he had ordered, so this was completely off-putting. I am not sure what is going on at this store, or if the employees were on drugs or something, but save yourself the experience and go somewhere else.

The best part about this place is the swiftness of the trip. In and out and on with life.I dont know if shes the manager or what but there is (at least) one woman that works at this location that can answer questions and point me in the right direction with a blink of an eye! Very knowledgeable.

Ha There They sell diehard batteries Which Sears used to carry Thats good because I had a battery from Sears that last me 7 years A lawn more battery.

First, I want to seriously thank that the store opens on Sunday when majority of the auto stores are closed. The battery of my car died on Saturday night. Even though my friend helped me to get battery jumped, I was so worried the car couldn’t be fixed for Monday work. After google search with seeing high rating, I went to this store on Sunday morning. The staff there were so nice and helpful.The guy James was very polite and professional. I feel so thankful that he helped me to get 25% off 1st time customer coupon, tested my car, and changed the battery really quick. The experience was a pleasure. Thank you for the awesome service!

I had good experiences at this location until today. I got there at 4:45, knowing that they close at 5:00pm on Sunday.The guy at the counter was rude and actually reprehended me for having come in “too late in the day” for a return in front of other customers, and had his fellow employee lock the doors at 4:55pm so nobody else could come in.Excuse me, but if you close at 5:00 I expect full service until 5:00. I ESPECIALLY do not need an attitude from your customers about having to work until closing time. I will go out of my way to go to a different retailer who can act hire people who actually want to work and not embarrass their customer just for being patrons close to closing time.

I went to the AAparts for an air filter for my 93 chevy V6 pickup. Recently I became disabled and didnt want to leave my truck, to go inside. There was an employee working at the time, his name is John. He was very helpful and brought my part out to my truck and took the payment and returned with my recite and change. I am an long time resident of, Katy, TX., and I appreciate the great service I received. The AAparts I went to is on, Pin Oak and Hwy 90, in old Katy.

I called today as my battery on my car died. I spoke with Hazel, she was so much help in assisting me to find the battery I needed, size and everything as I had no idea. She was so very patient with me as I opened the hood to locate the information on my battery so she could assist me to locate the correct one.It’s great to get positive assistance when you are in a bind like this!

I have been to the store several times and theres a couple people in there that are really helpful one of them is a guy named Ron who takes the time during the day to help with trying to figure out what your problem is and try to find a solution most of all all the guys there are pretty helpful I have had to check my starter test my battery replace a headlight work on ahead with Brian and all of them seem to be helpful and knowledgeable and they have most of the tools and products that I need sometimes they are a little more expensive than others but the convenience in the price are pretty reasonable and competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and their parts to any customer I am a 60 year old man who works on my own vehicles plus I have a race car that I work on and for the location and the staff and the pricing theyre pretty reasonable thank you guys James D race car guy

Customer service was quick, but useless. Young man could not find the part I needed in his system and basically looked at me and said nope, see ya. No suggestions of any other options, parts houses, etc. Completely useless.Hint, if you look online and Advance doesnt have your part, they dont, Dont bother trying in-person because they wont try anything more than youve already tried.

Do yourself a favor and do your own research instead of trusting the guys at the counter to look up the info in their system. I came in last night for a simple headlight in a 2005 Camry... after playing a guessing game they looked up the info in the computer, told me what kind of bulb I needed and went and got one for me. It was indeed the same bulb they said I needed after checking the computer. Unfortunately, when I went to change the bulb it was in fact NOT the correct one. The guys may have been nice but not very “helpful” as I’m now out $18 because of a ridiculous store policy.

If you post your hours of operation, you should be open during said hours.I showed up about six minutes before their posted close time and the doors were locked. I dont usually show up that close to closing time but one of my wiper blades came apart.
