They have had my car for 11 days parked in a field and never looked at it but we kept getting stories that they were working on it but had no idea of the problem. It is a 3 month old car with1274 miles on it. It won’t change gears or accelerate and now it won’t start. They are condescending and rude when you call. They show no urgency. They say they were going to work on it today but I bet if I drive by the field it will still be parked there. I will never by another Ford vehicle again!! I hope someone from Ford sees this.
My service rep Armando was fantastic! I highly recommend him. The overall experience, due to supply chain issues, was less that stellar. My car was there for 6 weeks!
Over 4 weeks with my Expedition in their possession (and still going) to get to a diagnosis and warranty approval. However, I provided an accurate diagnosis in writing in the initial appointment so it should have been easy to confirm, They are just now ordering parts and working on it so at best case I will be without a vehicle for 5 weeks. Initial service rep didnt write down the details I provided of the issue, didnt appear to believe what I said, never test drove it, and ultimately I had to switch to a different service advisor to get it to a tech that could diagnose. It would be a zero star review if possible.
My first experience with Autonation Ford Katy was horrible. I went there 3-4 weeks ago to have my 2020 Explorer recall service. I left the car there early in the morning and I was told by the service guy Mike it will take the entire day, I agreed with that and I left. I got a call from him after 6-7 hours saying that they dont have the part and they have to order it. He will call me back when the parts come. It is been 3 weeks and never heard from him, I try to reach him out but wasnt able to get hold of him. I called another Ford dealer and they were able to use the car VIN to verify the availability of the part over the phone. Autonation Ford wasted my time. Very disappointed.Update: I decided to give Autonation Ford Katy a second chance on Friday 12/04/2020 for an oil change. The service associate James was nice and knowledgeable. It took one hour and a half to do the service which includes oil and fliter change, tires inspection and rotation, fluid topping off, break inspection and battery check.I am NOT a mechanic but I have some auto experience. I decided to pop up the hood and take a look. First thing attracts my attention is the coolent level was very low then the minimum mark and I discovered dry coolant on one of the pipe (see provided pic). I checked the coolant reservoir cap and guess what it was loose and wasnt tighten enough. Another thing is the type of oil was used is not recommended by Ford (see provided pic of the oil cap). Ford recommends 5W-30 BUT Autonation Ford Katy put 10W-30 in my car (see provided receipt). Now I have to watch for any oil leak since I am not sure if they tighten the oil drain plug enough (the car has only 5k miles on it). By the way my Ford pass keeps saying oil life is 10% and I have to reset it by myself since they didnt do that. Thats make me to pull out the oil dip stick to make sure the oil has been changed. That was its just an oil change. The only reason I went there it is the closer Ford dealer to my house. Last time I took it to MacHaik Ford to fix a recall issue and I was given a loaner car which Autonation Ford denied to offer a loaner car for that kind of recall. I cant trust them for an oil change how about a major probem. Next time I will drive to MacHaik Ford its worth it. Autonation Ford needs to have a list of check off for oil change before sending the vehicle out.DONT TRUST AUTONATION FORD KATY. Koi
I went in to buy a car and thats what I did. The salesman Javier Delgado took really great care of my husband and I. When we buy our NEXT vehicle, Im sure well be back... the only thing that was frustrating was the wait.. everything took a long time to complete so be sure to pack your patience!!
Understood what I was looking for, didnt east my time trying to sell me something I didnt want.Had they had what I wanted,I could have easily bought from them.As for a car dealership,I have to say, they were professional and helpful.I would recommend them to my family and friends.
I recently relocated to the Katy area from the Conroe area. I bought from and used Gullo Ford in Conroe for many yrs. However, since it was an hour plus drive and I needed an oil change, I thought that I would use the local Ford, AutoNation (AN).I made and appointment, 9:30, and arrived early. When the service writer came to the truck, he took my info and as I walked back with him to the office area, he asked if I was going to wait or come back. I said wait. He said the wait was 1:30 - 2:00 - for an oil change. I commented that at the Ford in Conroe, the Express Lane change was 30 minutes. He said they did not have an Express Lane for oil changes. He said the AutoNation was the busiest Ford dealer in the area and the 1.5-2.0 hr wait was normal, if you are not here at 7:30 when the open, and then its at least an hour as their parts dept. is across the street and they have to go back n forth for oil and filters and anything else they need. It was at that time I wasnt in Kansas (Conroe) anymore. So after some thought, and since I was already there, decided to just wait. We went to his desk to do the write up and he gave me the two pricing options, one was $79.00 and the works was $99.00, (I think). I was stunned, at Gullo Ford Conroe, it was $59.00.I told him my story about relocating from the Conroe area and the difference in time and cost and that was just not acceptable. He explained that each dealership is independently owned and set their own pricing. So I left.I went about two miles down the street to a quick oil change place, didnt have to get out of my truck and for a bit less than AN Ford, was on my way in about 10 mins. Sure I didnt get their 63 point (or whatever it is) inspection and they didnt try to sell me a new air filter or cabin filter or rear-end servicing, I got what I needed at a reasonable price.Im a Ford guy, thats just what I drive. And my next truck will be a Ford and hopefully will have them service it, but after seeing how AN Ford operates their service area, I wont go back. For anything.
We had our truck in to be repaired and to also fix Recall issues at the same time. They kept our truck for 2-3 weeks, we could never get a hold of anyone to tell us what was occurring, we were told twice that when they put a part on that it broke so it was delaying it (excuses), managers refused to call us or speak to us, then our quoted price almost doubled. When asked in person to speak to a manager, the manager was dismissive and rude. We decided to call to ask for higher level managers to discuss afterward, no one would return out calls. This was November of 2020 and we tried for OVER A MONTH but they refuse to call us back. Now we are receiving texts and letters in the mail stating we need to have the recall issues fixed (April 2020 and still they tell us to get it fixed) - SO THEY NEVER FIXED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED. I have copies of the invoices and they DID NOT fix our recall items. I have contacted BBB and they wont respond to my complaint there either. DO NOT BUY A TRUCK OR HAVE IT SERVICED HERE. They only care about selling the vehicle up front and you are worthless to them afterwards. So now we drive a truck that is unsafe because they didnt fix the recall issues and there is no chance I would EVER bring it to them to try to fix again. I have documented 35 times we called over the time they had our truck where they didnt respond to us or assist us. It is the worst level of customer service I have ever been subjected to.
They gave me quick service and the service written was very informative.
Very good customer service. Worked with Gunner Anderson. Did a great job of answering all of our questions. Very impressive location. Tons of choices with very good prices!
Mike is an excellent service employee. I’ve taken my two Mustangs to have service and they have above excellent.Don, the service manager was very professional and took amazing care of one of my Mustangs that needed a certified technician. They did an amazing job and I will continue to use them in the future.I appreciate the excellent service and the quickness of the work.Thank you Mike, Don and your service team.Jennifer Everage
My experience with AutoNation isnt good. They had my car for over 2 months and when I received it back, it still wasnt fixed. I live out of town, I had to drive 2 hours to return the car to them. I lost time off work twice, paid for gas twice and I still dont have my car today.. so they got me a rental, but deal. Reimburse me for my gas and lost time off work due to your negligence, thats keeping a customer happy after you make a major screw up.
Brought my car in for a corrupted pcm and had Mario as my service adviser. Horrible service, car was completed 4 days late. I brought them 2 keys to reprogram the pcm, my key and one from my dealership and they broke my key. They couldn’t fix it and refused to replace the key so I had to pay my dealership another $400 on top of the $2000 I spent to replace the pcm. Worst experience I’ve had and Mario was extremely unhelpful and rude.
Overall a really good place for service...some personnel in service could use some better customer skills but they did not ruin the experience
Great customer service David went above and beyond for me.
Great customer.Service.in the Parts department . Service department was quick and hassle free
Warranty work took 4 days for reprogramming. No loaners available. Shuttle service wasnt running to take me to Avis to rent a car out of pocket. Called 4 times to get a status and never received a return call. Ended up getting a generic text message that my vehicle was ready right before closing time.
Never buy there again. I am a long time customer having bought 4 new cars and trucks and 2 used trucks. I will never buy there again. Sold me a LEMON they couldnt fix the AC. Instead of doing the right thing they took advantage of the situation. No AC in Texas is a crime.
Daughter bought a SUV there the service was fantastic, didnt Take long and very friendly. 🥳
Drove to this dealership all the way from Austin and it was worth it. Dealing with Steven Medsger was much more relaxing than dealing with the people at covert. Steven made the whole process super easy and was straight forward with the pricing, interest, cost of the car, ect. We had all the paperwork done over the phone and email in a quick amount of time and he even stayed later to accommodate us. Through the whole process there was no pressure and when I said no they listened. Thanks again Steven! -JasonEdit/Update: The salesman was awesome until the cars sold now its been several months I still havent gotten my license plate (its been over 6 months), my 2nd key, or the damage on my truck fixed (see Attached picture of where the door latch bolt wasnt fully tightened and scratched the receiver end) that was there when I bought it, I havent received anything from them, not an email or anything updating me. I tried calling and got to enjoy the loop of hold music for over 30min. I tried calling back and went right back into the loop of oh.. hold on let me transfer you. So far I remove my previous statement and will tell you just to shop elsewhere or have them do everything they say they will before you hand over your hard earned money.
Aiuella help me!! She has the best attitude even so early in the morning, she really helped me and made the processs super easy. I would recommend everyone see her! I can’t wait to pick up my truck!
Friendly staff and service members. Kept me up to date as to what was happening with my car.
Fastest in and out oil change Ive ever had here before. Courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly service writers.
Terrible service, we never got any help. We had to go inside to get a salesman that didnt care at all to make a sale. They tried to highball us beyond belief!! I will never go back to this dealership. The salesman were just sitting around on their phones. Terrible
Joseph Molina provied the absolute best customer service. Extremly attentive and timely along with Melissa in finance. Definitely 5 out of 5 would 100% recommend.
Just like most auto services, hi doing how much can take you for$
Super awesome salesman and finance manager. Thank you Jordan for being so accommodating. Love my truck!
Excellent customer service with plenty of employees to assist customers.
Nice work. No complaints.
This location is horrible. There staff and service team are horrible. If you purchase a warranty, make sure you keep your paperwork because they will switch or change your deductible amount or lie about what coverage you have. I ask for GM of dealership but receive a sales manager who was rude and inconsiderate. Stay Away. As of now, still waiting on GM to contact me.
Always a good experience. The only Ford dealer I trust for service.
Very helpful people here, they went out of their way to get our company trucks back on the road...thanks guys you deserve an A+
Be very careful with them. They told me I qualified for a graduate rebate and didnt include it in the price of my car. They told me I could just apply for it after the sale. Turns out I didnt qualify and when I appealed, the GM and salesman lied and said they explained it to me. Lost my business and will not buy from any auto Nation dealer again.
Whats the point of making an appointment for a diagnosis(that takes literally not more than 1 hour) f you have to leave your car for 24 to 48 hours? I dont get it.
Told me 30 minite oil change on phone with my reservation but over an hour so far at dealer ship
I had to take my Flex over to have a part fixed under the manufacturers warranty. Even though there was a hustle and a bustle, I was taken care of swiftly, and provided a ride home while they fixed my car. Even though they were full, I got my car back about 2.5 hours later--fixed. So far everythings good. If I need another manufacturers warranty fix--Ill defer to this location again.
DO NOT USE! Took a 2015 Ford Focus to them after replacing dead battery and then the check engine light came on and the car ran very rough after. Error code was P0606 fault in ECM/PCM per Autozone. Took to Katy Ford and they wanted to replace the clutch for $2,500 plus other things totaling $3,500. Told them it made no sense that the clutch broke after a battery change. I told the it had to be something electrical with the transmission module because of the battery and the error code. They said their certified tech knows better. So I paid the $135 diagnostic and took it to a small repair shop called Start Me Up. They fixed it in an hour for $114. All it needed was to be reprogrammed after the battery change. Nothing was broke. Either Ford Katy are crooks or incompetent. You decide.
Excellent. Waiting area very comfortable. Staff nice, professional and provided great customer service
Service People are the worst i left my car to a oil change, next day may car hood doesnt open I spoke the the service manager Don and he said that i have to pay extra 140 for a replacement after the car been 2 full day on their shop and before was working perfect.. WHAT A COINCIDENCE..
Poor customer service! We walked in and checked out the vehicle we wanted but nobody approached us or even said Hi. They lost one good customer.
Excellent service. Mr Jeffrey is the best.
Auto Nation Ford Katy is the top dealership in the region. If you are looking for a place that have a variety selection for pre owned vehicles; your search is over. The quality and the price were unbelievable. I cant not end this post without giving Mina Salif (my salesman) a shout out. Hands down the best salesman you will work with! He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be sending many references your way buddy. Just to give an overview of my experience, I purchased a vehicle and a day later saw another vehicle that I liked. I made contact with Mina and he made my transition seems effortless. The second choice was the best choice! I love it!
Robert is great.
Ask for George Fielding. He is polite, funny, and very courteous. We were there for hours and he offered water and coffee many times. He made sure we were comfortable and answered every question we had. He also tried to get everything processed as quick as possible. He let us look at several cars, test drive all of them that we wanted to. He wanted to be sure we were happy with the car we were getting. He was a true gentleman. He opened doors for us and was always very polite.
I Was reaching out to have a conversation about my experience for service at Autonation Ford Katy- It was my first time bringing my new ford to your location and Armando was my service advisor. First I was told to drop the car off and they can let me know what to do. Armando never really ever answers his phone or checks his voicemail. But after i left the car there i was told a part needed to be ordered. Then Armando disappeared and never let us know when it was coming or what the status was. After we called several times to finally reach him on our 5th attempt when i was upset on the call he was connected and said oh yes drop your car off and its going to take some time. and maybe we can give it to you in a few days. Now i have dropped my car off, and i called but no service has been scheduled i was advised by maria- and i dont want my car stuck for days on end b/c of how relaxed armando is about taking care of your customers. My brother who also just got a ford and our neighbors all are aware of this experience because they all wonder too whats the hold up on just getting the audio fixed in my car. I would appreciate it if you can take the matter into your hands and let me know when the audio will be fixed and when i can pick up my car and maybe assign me a new service advisor. I am just upset about the run around for the last 4-5 weeks since July 20th. and i know just like i called right now i spoke to MARIA at the service call center who said he was unavailable again - which wasnt a surprise. So i hope maybe we can work some progress if not, i will take my car to a different Ford Dealer.
This place to go to. Bought truck here so getting it serviced here.. everyone helpful and nice. The always do complimentary carwash.
Plan on it taking longer than they tell you.
Great service. In and out.
Good except for the leather care package, do not buy it, if you get cracks all they do is paint them which lasts a few months then is back to the same condition. They do this until your leather care expires. Ive been told theyd help me get this resolved but to no avail.
Horrible service. I have a 2018 Cherokee, still under warranty. The problem with the car is, when the turn is fast, the engine shut down in the middle of the road, had to wait for a couple of minutes before start it again. Reported and brought to service twice in the past, was told it was because it lacked of oil service, forced me to agree for oil leakage tests, twice, didn’t fix a thing. The problem happened again and I made appointment online for yesterday, dropped the car at the service department, but was told their engineer was not in, they couldn’t check anything. I was not allowed a loaner or car rental because problem was not diagnosed. Picked it up and dropped it off at the service 8am this morning. I was notified around 10:30am that they need to order the part which only arrives on February 7th, I have to be stuck with a dangerous problematic car. The service manager is unavailable after multiple attempts of contact. Worst service ever!
Quick job
Make sure you dont leave this dealer without getting your second key. Ive been transferred 5 times and I am currently on hold to speak to management, after MONTHS of getting the run around. I have called several times and still this has been ignored. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE coming from a business Mr. Imran and salesman Sam have been well aware and have done nothing to resolve this issue. Been on hold now 10 minutes and 43 seconds.
Autonation Katy has the best sales people along with the service department! There was an issue with the vehicle I purchased. They quickly fixed it right away when I brought it in. They did an excellent job!
Excellent service! Friendly staff
Always friendly and fast turnaround for oil changes and tire rotations.
If you want a Ford truck this is the center of the universe. I’ve bought two here. The first was perfect, the second even better. Price can’t be be beat and the service is first rate.
John Barrios was so great. Very polite, answered all my questions ahead of time. Fast, friendly service.
Quick and everyone is super friendly
I wasnt there, so I cant comment. I hope whomever check in as me had a blast
I had 2 recalls on my Ford F150-2015 and it was a hassle to get an appointment scheduled. I was notified that recalls were only worked on on certain days of the week and the times were inconvenient. Finally, after scheduling the appointment, they were not accommodating. I did get a ride to work, but they didnt provide transportation back to pick vehicle up. I had to contact them for an update and was never provided with an estimated length of service time. Due to this I had to pay for my own transportation back and make late arrangements for my kids. My husband loves Ford and the purchase of the vehicle went smoothly - the service however was not as good. I would recommend going elsewhere.
Was sent to this location because the Katy location service center was permanently closed. Arrived early and was told unless I have a prepaid service agreement I would have to pay for my free maintenance checkup. The associate repeated to me unless you have a prepaid agreement I cant help you, you will have to pay. Even when I told him I was sent to them by AutoNation Katy. He told me in the rudest tone, no record of that and you dont have a prepaid agreement.
My buying experience was great, completely out of this world, above and beyond the best Ive ever been treated. I was enjoying my 2017 Jeep Renegade until.....my first oil change came and my trusted mechanic for many years showed me my rotors. Why are they in such bad shape if youve only had this car for 4 months and only 9,000 miles, he asks. It looks like rotors on a car thats had 65,000 miles. Obviously theyve switched out used rotors to your brand new car. so I call the service center and make an appointment. They couldnt fit me in for another 2 whole weeks and it should be noted that I am in sales and I drive all day every day. I get to my appointment two weeks later with 11, 302 miles. They immediately tell me they cant do anything because its past the 11K warranty. They would not offer any other solution but confirmed the rotors were in very bad shape and needed replacing but I would be charged. I was livid of course as would anyone. So now, I receive a recall notice in the mail, the fuel pump needs replacing. I call, make an appointment and again its two weeks out because there are so many recalls. The young lady tells me I can drop my car off in the morning and it would PROBABLY be done by the end of the day BUT a loaner car would not be provided. So just to summarize, theres factory recall on my vehicle that I need to make a living but they do not have loaner cars to give so I will lose of a day of making money because the FACTORY didnt build the fuel pumps correctly on a car that I pay on time every month at the service station where I bought the car. NO Vaseline, no kiss. Just bend over and take it. I will never again buy a vehicle here or even recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. Every time someone says their name I immediately cringe and convince them to look elsewhere. For the love of GOD look elsewhere!
Great customer service as usual.
Both times I had my vehicle serviced here i informed the attendant that i would have to return after hours due to work and school. They assured me that was not a problem and stated I would be able to pick up my vehicle keys from the front desk. However, they FORGOT to give my keys to the front desk which left me STRANDED for the weekend. Based on the MULTIPLE other people i spoke with there, i was not the only one whose keys they FORGOT to turn in to the front desk. I had to pay an uber $100 to drive me home during traffic and another to drive me back first thing Monday morning. Stood outside their service center waiting for them to open and finally give me my car. Voiced my complaints to the attendant and multiple managers who gave empty apologies. DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here unless you have time to SIT AND WAIT until it is done. Even then, I suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else.
The worst service. Dropped my wife’s car off at 9am for a oil change by appointment, on a Saturday. Didn’t get a call back. They closed at 4pm. Tried calling a couple of different departments, and just kept getting passed around. And once actually hung up on during transfers. I travel for work and now I have to take a day off so I can get my wife to the dealership on Monday.
If you go on a Saturday, expect a wait time of at least 2 hours or get there right at 7. They do provide wifi and charging stations so thats a major bonus. There are vending machines and a coffee maker help also. Great service over all.
Do not I REPEAT do not waste your time here. The customer service is horrible. We were told to get a certain amount for the car I wanted to purchase. We left and came back with that amount and was told we couldn’t get the car because someone reserved the car online . Me and my husband are standing in the salesman face with money in hand yet they told us we couldn’t buy the car (after telling us we could ) because a person WHO DIDNT PUT ANY MONEY DOWN did a online reservation. Even if that person ends up not buying the car I’m not giving them a dime of my money because it was a waste of time and it’s sad a company this big is so unorganized BUYERS BEWARE if you purchase from them and they start out unprofessional that’s how it’s going to end UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL
I had some engine problems and found out the part/service was covered under and extended manufacturers warranty. All the service reps that I spoke to were nice and informative--helpful even. After a few days, the rep I worked with let me know that the service was fully covered and there was an opportunity to work on some other needed maintenance to which I politely declined. Towards the end of my experience it seemed like when he realized that he couldnt make any money off of me that day, the customer service plummeted. I think as a sales professional its important to think long term, as first impressions can be lasting; and even if you dont care, its important that the customer feels like you care enough for them to return. When I went to pick up my car, my sales rep convienetly went to lunch and since Ive had my car, I havent received a single follow up phone call to see how the car was running or if everything is ok. There was, however, a nice gentleman named Alex that took 5 minutes out of his day to have my car washed and I really appreciated that, as he was not my rep. Little things make a big difference.
Purchased a 0 miles 2019 Raptor on Saturday, get it home and download Ford Pass App and first notification is a recall notice for a battery sensor which has now magically disappeared from the app (so status is unknown and time to be wasted confirming this issue). Monday afternoon get Drive Control Malfunction (cannot select desired drive mode) service required notification on the display, issue is intermittent, take the truck back to dealer and am told to make an appointment and no courtesy vehicle will be provided. Just over 100 miles done on this truck and already issues and poor response in rectifying it. Buyer beware.
After a multi point inspection at 40000 miles they provided me with a report that everything was in good working order despite have less that 20% of life left in the brake pads. At 45,000 miles I had no front brakes left and it ruined a set of rotors that I had to pay for. If there isnt enough life to make the next service interval at the very least I should have been warned that the brakes were low. I found out later the tech dont even measure the pads they only look at them with a tiny mirror and guesstimate the thickness left. They told me after the repair that I had 6mm left.Luckily, despite this safety concern I wasnt involved in an accident. It could have been catastrophic or deadly. Just another dealership shortcutting their inspection so they can get more cars through for the $$$.
I went out of town, left my vehicle here to be repaired. I left my phone and email to be contacted. They fixed my car which was great but I was never contacted and told what was wrong with my vehicle. I was never told about the repair costs since i was told maintenance was included in my original agreement. I always bought cash cars, traded my mercedes in for that Challenger. I had only had my challenger for maybe 2 months, I shouldnt have had to bring it in for repairs anyway. I was shocked when I realized there would be a deductible. Instead of them taking responsibility and admitting they never called me they just said well the diagnostic check is $196 so you can either pay the $200 deductible or we can take all the parts off your car, put it back to how it was and you can just pay the $196. Way to go Auto Nation on keeping your customers happy. Btw, my husband also purchased a 2016 Camaro the day after I got my Challenger and we have many referrals to Auto Nation. Dealership awesome, service center...different story.
Whats the point in prepaying and scheduling an appt if i have to wait for walk in service. Oil changes are not hard or long to do. Why am i here 4 hours for a simple service?
Excellent Parts Department service
2 truck we have purchased here. If you love ford go here
They do not honor appointments. I had a 7:45am appointment, I get there early, and they tell me no one can look at my vehicle until 3pm. They make you specify what youre coming in for when you set up the appointment, but they dont make sure someone will be available to do the work.
Great Service
I brought my car here to get my battery changed under warranty. Nick was a big help and was able to return my car to me quickly.
Excellent
Good service, big price. Service advisor did a good job.
Professional LIARS... they will appraise your car at a fraction of its worth. Lazy, slow customer service. The minute you ask questions to understand more you get bad attitude and more lies. I got my car appraised at another dealership and got $2000.00 more. If you dont wanna be treated like alittle idiot never come here. Good luck car hunting
I called them because my check engine light was on and told them what code it had and what it stood for Gio told me it would most probably be covered under warranty. Drove it up there then I was told there is a slight chance that I may have to pay a diagnosis fee of $250.00 and again I told him what code it had and was told it should be covered under warranty. Got phone call five hours later and was told what I already knew the problem was and that it is not covered under warranty. And it would be $1,500.00 to fix it, now the question is did I just get scammed, I would say so, since I was told twice it should be covered under warranty.
The staff was very informative, helpful and professional
Wow! If you have a brand new car under warranty then sure go ahead and come here. If something is not covered under your warranty, RUN! Go to Mac Haik Ford down the freeway. I brought my car in; the car wasnt starting ... they took 4 days to tell me that they have no idea what was wrong with it. They would be charging me $149 for the diagnostic fee that found NOTHING wrong with the car. So then they wanted to charge me $500 more to continue diagnostics which could lead to them STILL NOT finding the problem. At that point i said to my self that they are being way too shady; not to mention their first question to me was where did you buy your car ... like that is supposed to determine the level of service and honesty i will receive? Its still a FORD! I towed my car down the highway to Mac Haik Ford ... within 2 business days Jerry from service had the car ready to roll out. It was a faulty battery! AutoNation took my $149 for diagnostics and didnt test the battery for a non-start problem? Are you serious!!! I called and left 3-4 voicemails for Henry, the service manager, to complain about their lack of knowledge and ask what i paid for, no call backs!Bottom line ... these people are crooks! They treat you differently based on where you buy your Ford and their techs seems to be a bit under trained. They will try to overcharge you and nickle and dime you. They dont want you back on the road - they want you to pay up. Battery problem! What did i pay $149 for? It takes 30 seconds to use a voltmeter to test a battery! I wish i could give 0 stars! Stay away unless your car is under warranty but then agian youll wait a full week to get a minor issue fixed! Go see Jerry at Mac Haik Ford down the freeway!!!
Professional team. Always get me in and out quickly and save me alot of money versus other shops Ive priced
Most of the staff is quite helpful, the back of the house office staff is a bit more abrasive to deal with. This must be why they are kept in the back.
Large facility but service is not always good. It depends on the service technician
Kal was very helpful and didnt pressure us at all.
This is by far the worst dealership I have ever delt with. From my original purchase when they cheated me out of $1500 to the damage and theyve caused to my truck on just about every visit there for service. The environment is unwelcoming and unprofessional.
They are too expensive theres other Colombian restaurants there are better in a lot cheaper and they been around a lot longer then this place
Tom McGee is very friendly and helpful
WORST SERVICE AT FORD AUTONATION!!! Took 3 visits to get service, service advisors are not customer oriented and are RUDE!!! 10 people standing around while I wait 15 min for help. Cannot take their word for anything. On first visit told by a manager to come back anytime, no appt necessary, second visit said too busy, make a appt, third trip with appt service advisor(Brandy) was rude and said could not guarantee to get work done or loaner that was promised first visit! DONOT go to this dealership and will NEVER BUY A FORD bc of poor service...did I mention new truck with multiple safety recalls!!!
I bring my F-350 here for almost all of my service. They treat me good and have fair prices.
This dealership was the worst mistake I ever made, I went to get a 2015 explorer for a family car for my girlfriend and new born. At the time I hadnt had the baby yet. Our first day everything was approved, went to finance managers office to start doing paperwork when they got to the end they said the bank wouldnt approve my paycheck stubs so I had accountant at company process my ytd and print my paycheck stubs in the mean time the salesman Mike cybulski was worried we wouldnt finish paperwork before they closed and asked that we reschedule our inducement for the baby the next day to finish paperwork. Definitely not appropriate or very business like. We ended up having dr appointment rescheduled due to dr. Request. We go back finish paperwork and take the car home. 2 days later we went to the hospital and had complications having our baby so I wasnt able to send proof of residency for 2 or 3 days Mike cybulski called, text and emailed me a minimum of 10 times a day harassing me. I send paperwork over follow up with lending bank everything is good we own the explorer. Yesterday (2 weeks) after getting vehicle moke.calls back saying the bank rejected my loan and I need to bring the car back. I take the car back they test drive it to make sure it was fine. When Mike cybulski gets back he informs me they want to charge me 80$ a day as a rental fee for the car and would not give back my down payment. This dealership is a huge waste of time and very poorly ran. Management in sale is a complete joke too. I would never recommend that anyone shop here. I would have given negative stars for a review if possible. Autonation ford thanks for a huge head ache and bullshit deal.
Great service and very friendly
Courtesy, quick service
Always Great Service!
I needed to get my Ford Focus to fix some issues and do some recalls. The person in the phone told me I could not get a replacement car, so I had to go there with my wife and a second car. When I arrive, the person in the counter says that of course I can get a replacement car, but not on weekends. So we had to go home and I had to come back after the weekend.Fast forward two months. My wifes Ford Escape died, and we could not even open the door with the key. We called Autonation, and they set up a tow truck... except half an hour later, the tow truck called saying that they cannot take a car that does not open. Shouldnt the person from Autonation have said that already? So we called again, asking to get the tow truck arranged for our situation, but we are told to do it ourselves from our own pocket. My wife complained and asked to talk to a supervisor. In response, the woman on the phone hanged us.I will not discuss whether they are good with fixing cars, but Autonation has by far the worst customer service I have experienced in a dealer. We will not be using them again.
