WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!Took my car there and was told my car would be looked at in a week. Two weeks later I was told they wanted almost 300.00 for literally doing nothing to my car. I got it the same way I dropped it off. Not running. Very poor service
The drop off process was tolerable, the service writer was surly, and dismissive of my requests. I dropped the car off for an alignment and oil change, I told them the vehicle had a bad front end shimmy. The writer insisted they do and mount and balance instead of the alignment. After 2 days I called to check on the car and they hadnt even brought it in to the bay yet- they had forgotten. The next day, right before closing they called to tell me they hadnt done the work, and gave me a whole list of things the vehicle needed, totaling over 4k.They said the vehicle had no brakes (I drove the vehicle there and had driven it 300+ miles just 2 days before) and that all the front end bushings needed replaced. They refused to release my car back to me unless I paid for a tow. They claimed parts alone would cost $1500. Labor would be $2500. For front end bushings and one leaking brake line.I towed the vehicle home and paid for the $140 diagnostic fee, and discovered they never even took either front wheel off the vehicle. They quoted for replacing the brake booster AND master cylinder in addition to the leaking brake line. Neither part was bad. Only the brake line, and I cannot understand why my STEEL brake line spontaneously broke in the parking lot there as they claim, and why they charged me $140 to diagnose something that happened on THEIR watch. The total OEM cost for the parts I need is barely 600, not $1500.If this is how Midway treats all of their female customers, then they should be truly ashamed. I drove the car there, they did NOTHING, charged me $140, and I had to pay another $200 to have it towed home.
I love this place! The people are professional, kind caring! Doing some construction now but it doesnt interfere with being there by any means.

Ive had my class A motorhome serviced at Midway twice now and have been very pleased with the staff and service both times. I will be bringing my rig back for regular maintenance whenever Im in town.
I called to have some work done for a recall Ford had out and Mike was less than helpful and wanted me to leave my car for a few days with no courtesy car. When I told him this was not possible he told me to come in and he would look at the car to see what part he needed. Then I could make an appointment to have it fixed. This is the second recall on this car and they make it as inconvenient as possible to get fixed. I had to find a more accommodating dealership to do the work.
We bought a couple of vans from Chris at Midway Ford. Chris went above & beyond to help us out. He even helped find us a reputable shopper. We’ll definitely work with Chris & Midway Ford again.
I am extremely disappointed in MWF. They had my truck for a radiator swap. After that was accomplished they said it was idling funny. Which it was not doing before hand. They told me it needed a sensor they also intended on charging me for Per Skyler whom was extremely rude. They had it for a week costing me a lot of money. Only to find it did not fix the problem. Only to find out all it needed was a regen. They told me they contacted Detroit directly. In the end I was only charged for the radiator swap. Which was done poorly since my truck is running hotter now than it was before hand. Such poor customer service makes me automatically take it somewhere else costing me even more money. Dodge this train wreck, garbage of a place.
Overall, disappointed in the attention my vehicle received. I also feel that when you leave your truck there at Midway, you are not as important nor the work needed to be done, when you aren’t there in the lobby. They have had my truck for almost 48 hours, all for breaks and an additional small repair. I have had to call each time to get updates, the communication from staff has been underwhelming. Bottom line. I don’t feel as valued as a customer and the communication has been one-sided. I won’t bring my truck back for service.

Had a ford transit (work van) in for a warranty repair that other dealers claimed wasnt under warranty. Midway had it fixed and filed it as warranty work. Friendly staff and answered all my questions.

Our company truck was in the shop for three months. It got almost a new complete engine under warranty. When we went to pick it up, it had the check engine light, still on.

Stayed across street in fun park with my rv. My 19 F150 transmission was acting up which is my tow vehicle. Wasn’t sure if they worked on small trucks since it’s a big truck center. They do, and took me right in. Super nice and friendly. I chose them based on there reviews and they didn’t disappoint.

Very professional service at a very reasonable price. They knew we were broke down on our way from KY to sturgis they did not try to rob us or price gouge us. There is a young man named Ryan that works on the heavy truck side, one of the most knowledgeable mechanics for his age that I have ever seen work just an outstanding individual. Also the gentleman behind the counter tried to help us and helped shuttle us to and from the hotel to the garage. Very comfortable lounge, could not have been treated any better. Thanks to everyone there that helped us, you were truly a blessing.

I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED HERE! Rick the so called service manager was no help.I dropped my truck off three weeks ago tomorrow. I waited over two weeks for a back-ordered part that is not even a new part its rebuild. They have had the part since last Monday. I call just now still have not touched my truck now they say it will be started tomorrow. Ive had to call them to see what is going Ive been call once in three weeks. Bryce is supposed to be handling my truck but have I heard from him no. Ive talked to him once in three weeks. I feel like I have been pushed off to the side so they can get other work done this is unacceptable. Thats why they get one star will not be coming back to midway!UpdatedTerrible service! I called three different people about my discount. Im also a ford employee. The last person I talked to was Rick a so-called manager he couldnt tell me anything either. Why is a discount such a mystery. They didnt even link my customer account to my invoice. Ive talked to three people about my ford employee discount and nobody can tell me what my discounts were. Nothing shows on my invoice. And they say its on there but nobody can give any details. This is a joke. This place only caters to commercial customers. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY VEHICLE THERE EVER AGAIN.I would recommend you dont take your vehicle there endless you like to deal with problems!!!!!!!!

We were traveling through from Wisconsin heading to southern Missouri hauling a big horse trailer with three horses when we lost turbo power on our truck. We called a few places north of KC but no one could take us in to be looked at. We called Midway Ford Truck and they helped us find our way to them, gave us a place to drop the horse trailer and fixed our truck and had us back on the road within an hour! They were genuinely concerned about the horses’ wellbeing and went above and beyond in helping us! Thank you to the team there. We highly recommend them!!!

We have a CNG van. Only found that they are only location in Kansas City with CNG certified techs. First time we called them, they weren’t very helpful. After the problem got worse, we were forced to take the truck to Midway since we didn’t feel like it would make it to St. Louis to a very helpful location. Well, let’s just say it would be better to go to St. Louis no matter what. We asked Midway to diagnose an engine Misfire. After a week of them putting it on computer and not finding out anything, they look in the engine. Don’t find anything but tell us it needs a new engine. Only have 3 CNG techs but doesn’t really need a CNG tech to diagnose a misfire completely. Also, techs should always work in groups when diagnosing a vehicle. Two brains are always better than one. Now, anyone that knows basic info about a vehicle knows an engine being starved of fuel, to coils, to spark plugs can cause a misfire. Also, any tech knows parts can fail even if they are new. Although we replaced the coils and plugs, they should have checked the plugs and tested the coils when diagnosing it. If they had 2 techs instead of one, they may have figured that out. Let’s just say, after $482 to diagnose it and was told we needed to spend $7,000 plus for new engine. Good thing we didn’t. Because, even after that, the problem would have been the same thing. I had to diagnose it myself, and solved the problem by testing the coils to find out two had failed. These people will do anything to make you replace parts that do not need to be replaced. I feel like they should refund what was paid since they couldn’t even properly diagnose it. Honestly, a good company would do that. I don’t even understand how Ford Motor Company allows them to be associated with them and carry the Ford name. After reviewing other reviews on here, they will just say we strive to provide great customer service and want their business back. But great customer service is refunding a diagnose when you can’t even properly diagnose a vehicle.
Wow it is unbelievable this company still in business. I have had a truck there for six weeks asking to get a simple oil leak fixed. And nothing has been done. When we show up to pick the truck up four of the six guys didnt even know what the truck was there for. It is unfortunate that Ford trust a company like this to represent themIt is unfortunate that a company that represents Ford conducts business in this fashion

Have had a 2010 f350 diesel up there on numerous occasions. The engine was replaced by them and they neglected to hook up the exhaust system, and cut corners by not replacing the gaskets as well. Coolant leaked into the crankcase. These guys are not professionals. What a joke. Beware, take your problem vehicle elsewhere or youre in for even more of a headache.

Good work done. No frills obviously but they get the job done. Also if you go in for one thing and there is an issue with something else they give you a report of the findings but they do not push the issues on you. I like that

I was traveling through KC last week and had tire issues at 7pm with another 300 miles to go on my trip (a total of 1050 miles). I called the crew in the shop and they told me to come on in and they would take care of me. When I got there, there were techs waiting and the service was phenomenal. Super friendly, very helpful. We had an issue with our car and they were able to help us out in thier light trucks department. Theyre open until midnight which was a big help since we brought it in at 8pm. The wait was pretty long, my wife would give 4 stars, but it took as long as I expected so I give 5.

I purchased my vehicle through Midway Ford and will always have my vehicle serviced by their shop. Whenever I walk through the door, Im greeted and immediately assisted with questions and/or answers about my vehicle. During my last visit the service manager, Rick, followed up to see how my experience was with the Midway Ford Service Department.I live 30+ minutes away from the Midway Ford Shop but will make the drive every time knowing that they are the ones working on my vehicle.
Nice waiting area nice staff. Oil changes could be a little faster expect to wait between 1 to 2 hrs. Besides that Ive been happy with service.

Had an issue with a company truck that we needed resolved. A lot of different places wouldve took there time to repair the truck because it was brought out of state, but within 4-5 days the truck was fixed and all we had to do was pay the deductible. The staff is always curtious and helpful when we go in.
They drove me to and from work while working on my truck...will never take my Ford anyplace else. Great job!
Midway Ford is always top notch. Of all the Ford dealership I have been to Midway is by far the best ever. I even take my Chevy to them because I trust them. I took my Chevy to a Chevy dealer and there was no comparison. I finally left the Chevy dealer without getting any service after 2.5 hours of wasted time that I will never get back.
Excellent work friendly people they did an outstanding job they pay attention to details would recommend for anyone was in and out in an hour for an oil change for our RV.
Our company used them for fleet service. God only knows why... Dont plan on getting your vehicle back anytime soon. Weve had A/C problems with a couple of vehicles. They always say its blowing cold. Well duh. Its sitting in a shop that is shaded and its going to blow cold then. Had 1 vehicle in 4 times for coolant leak. It still leaks. I call shenanigans.
We needed help with our camper going from Colorado to North Carolina. I called ahead and talked to a very nice guy who thought he could help. We were about an hour and a half out but they are open til midnight. We arrived at 7:30 and they were rude and unhelpful. They didn’t know who I talked to, wouldn’t listen to my story, and had nothing to offer. They weren’t even nice. We went out of our way to find a place we expected to be helpful and they WERE NOT!

Outstanding customer service didnt really go here for anything else had something broke on my truck we went here to see how much the part was and they had longer hours of operation everywhere else wanted $45 for the bolt that I needed they told me to check in the free wall of bolts and see if I could find one before they charge me actually found to let me take them both the one that I had that were for noodle vehicle I gave them 6 in return everything worked out great on both sides
Sell you a key tell you they will walk you through programming it and then want 125.00 to do it wont give you your money back.

Best in the Kansas City Metro by far. I bought the 2018 Ford Escape from Sneed Ford, DONT EVER GO THERE. They didnt want to help me fix the issue with the engine in the vehicle THEY SOLD ME, which is under warranty. They said it would be 1-2 months before they could even look at it. Made an appointment with Swafford Ford, which they ended up not being able to meet, made a second appointment a week later to find out what the issue with my engine was. Swafford Ford said they were 2 months out on fixing it and had no service vehicles for me to use. I live in the MIDDLE OF NO WHERE and cannot be without a car because the vehicle I bought was faulty. I called literally 10 places in Kansas City, Blue Springs, Lees Summit and more. I got some SUPER RUDE PEOPLE SOMETIMES that wouldnt help me at all, or were nice but were 1.5-2 months out.Midway Ford was start to finish polite and accommodating. Called Friday, the gentleman said it would be 2-3 weeks but call in Monday and they would see if they could get me a service loaner. Called Monday, forgot who I spoke to, but it didnt matter. The guy told me the same thing 2-3 weeks, got me a loaner, and are currently fixing my truck. Easiest, nicest, most accommodating service center in the metro by far NOT TO MENTION they arent months behind!!! Will be buying from them in 4-5 months when the Fusion is paid off, bring all your business here

Whenever you contact the parts department your phone call is answered, but your immediately put on hold. I have waited time and time again for someone to get on the phone at a reasonable wait time. Called last night and finally hung up after 10 minutes of waiting. Called this morning and waited 12 minutes before someone came back on to help. It has been like this for years now. Customer service is a serious problem that has not been dealt with, but should. This is normally the last place I call for parts and surely im not alone with my feelings of frustration. Hence the bad review.
Changing this review due to new information / experience. First of all they dont even know what the maintenance schedule is for the trucks they are supposed to work on. They had to copy a page out of my maintenance book. Then they did work without asking first - were just supposed to check it and did extra $300 of work. They also took the maintenance page and did everything on it and then said I dont know why we did that, it wasnt needed. Why didnt they tell us this before they did it? Because they got $1300 from us, thats why. Then they tried to charge us twice for the alignment and I had to go back in to have it refunded. I dont feel we can trust them anymore and the night guys seem to mess everything up. Beware.
Ive been getting my Transit wagon serviced here. I took it in for a noise I was hearing. They disassembled and inspected it. They ran diagnostics. They had several people test drive it. Got it back with a clean bill of health. I feel like they gave their best effort.
