I was in a fender bender, in my small Chevy Spark, that pushed my bumper into my wheels. They repaired the body of my car. With covid and all making it hard to get parts, they were so well communicated and I knew I didnt have to worry about my car. Jordan called me multiple times a week to update me on the status of my car, whether there was an update or not as we waited for the parts to come in. They have been lovely and amazing and warmly welcomed me when I came to retrieve my car. It was a pleasure to meet Jordan in person and Latosha as well, they were very kind and promt.I have my car back now and its like nothing ever happened to it, clean as a whistle and all! Thank you all, including those who worked on my car, for your excellent work!

The Cable Dahmer Collision Centers staff were very courteous and detail oriented. The shop personnel performed my windshield replacement and installation of a new front bumper valance with utmost quality and care. My vehicle was then washed and waiting for me to pick up as promised. I definitely plan on having Cable Dahmer Collision and Service Center in Martin City, MO take care of any future collision, auto body or glass repairs if the need arises with my Chevy Tahoe.They are the BEST!

This was the best experience I have had in a long while. The service technician and Shop Manager Dwayne were very knowledgeable on the task and proceeded to plan the most effective way to accomplish the job at hand. I needed this fix the same day and they found a way to fit me in. The completed work was superior. And just as I thought it couldn’t get any better it started to rain and of course I have no umbrella. A female staff member walked me out to my car with her umbrella to keep me from getting wet. I felt very special, like family. Everyone from the receptionist (who gladly serve me ice cold water) to the office staff were just outstanding. I witnessed the office staff spend time with an elderly woman who didn’t understand the process of having her car repaired. They treated her as if she was there Mother now how sweet is that. This is the best automotive repair shop I’ve ever seen. Owner give everyone a RAISE!!!!!

Kylie calls you regularly to keep you updated and makes sure you know exactly what to expect. James is the same way, he worked hard to help me keep my costs low while also making sure he delivered on what I was asking for when repairing my car. We had damage to the bed of our F150. The initial time estimate was about a week. It ended up being about 24 days. Despite the time issue, the work was impeccable. The customer service was perfect. Even with the delays for parts from the factory, the staff kept us up to date and even updated the rental company to extend the loaner. We picked up yesterday and no one would ever guess there had ever been damage to the bed. The truck is perfect! Thank you, guys, for a great outcome!!

Poor service. Rarely updated me on the status of my car. I had to bring it back because the alignment was not done correctly, and my mirror is still broken. They told me they would call me when the part was in. Horrible experience here.EDIT: They left a cute little marketing response below to look like they care. I emailed them like they asked and havent received a response. This isnt a good business.

Very nice repairs. Great customer service. HOWEVER, the repair work on my car took approximately 8 WEEKS, by this time my insurance rental car was over so I had to rent for 1 month out of pocket. They also ordered some wrong parts twice, and consistently changed the expected dates... which was expected but 8 weeks... come on guys. Trust me, I usually give great reviews but had to give just an average review on this one.

Had issues with the service department not being able to get my vehicle fixed.BTW-this issue still exist the truck i bought from this company is still has problems. The service dept is the worst so far as any i have had to deal with.changed my review to one star, i responded to your comment below via email. No response. I should have expected that i guess. Seems like the marketing team has the same attitude as the service dept. If we ignore them they will go away.

Dropping off my vehicle shouldn’t take so long. It’s like I was being avoided I definitely didn’t feel welcome as a black man here for service. The only reason I am getting my repairs done here is because I purchased my car from cable Dahmer . This has been an overall poor experience with cable dahmer . I’m sorry I’m a black man in America who got rear ended and wanted to get his car repaired by a company I thought I could build a rapport with. The male receptionist wasnt very pleasant in the least. His attitude was that of, i was in the wrong place or of an inconvenience to him. Everyone other than, that i encountered was very professional, & pleasant. The work that was preformed on my vehicle was of 5 star quality! & i am very satisfied with my overall experience. If people would leave theyre perceptions, preconceived notions, & shallow ideologies at home, & come to work to do the job in a real mind set of superiority. What would have been a really irritating experience (some-one rear-ended my parked vehicle and left without leaving any contact info) was made more than tolerable (dare I say, enjoyable?) by the people at Cable Dahmer. Being frustrated with water in my car, not knowing how much damage would be, Ryan the Estimator was so kind and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions.The work was amazing, fixing the leak and the Detailing made my vehicle look like brand new. Very helpful in getting you in and out the door - our insurance requires we use Hertz for rentals and they made sure to remind me to call ahead so Hertz could pick me up without having to wait very long. Their staff are friendly and call to let you know when your vehicle is ready. My only complaint is that they said they would call me when the parts were in so I could bring in the car and I actually had to call them - thats not great when you want your car fixed and returned as soon as possible.

Poor service from Enterprise Car Rental. Charged for extra insurance without letting me know that my insurance already set up insurance for the rental. Also I had to take the 1st rental car to another Enterprise and exchange it out for another due to the blinker not working on the car.

I understand the whole corona has businesses out of whack but they 1. didn’t tell me the hours changed so i sat there for an whole hour waiting. 2. They NEVER answer the phone. 3. they called me 2 hours before they closed on FRIDAY to tell me to get my car, i didn’t get off my 6 and they close at 5, i had been calling since 2 days prior to get a little information on ETA but no one ever picked the phone up. Also told me since i wouldn’t be able to get my car i would probably get charged out of pocket. Monday rolls around and i’m calling consistently so i can get my car on my lunch break, somebody finally answered after calling 3 different numbers for 15 mins straight, I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE EVER AGAIN

First, weve purchased three new cars from Cable Dahmer in the last 18 months. One of them got a small ding on the top of the rear bumper (garage door incident!).So, I took the car to the Cable Dahmer body shop for a quote. Seemed high, but I assumed that as a good customer they would take good care of us, and agreed to have them do the work.Before picking up the car, I called ahead and asked that they confirm that all the electronics associated with the rear wiring harness - which had to be disconnected to remove the rear panel and paint the top of the bumper - be tested to assure that everything was working correctly. I was concerned because we had problems with the foot-activated rear hatch when the car was first purchased, and didnt want to have to deal with that issue again.I was assured that they would do so, and a few hours later went to pick it up. First thing I do is test the rear hatch activator. You guessed it...it doesnt work.They told me that they would talk to the service department and do whatever was necessary to get it working correctly.. I headed back home, frustrated but giving them the benefit of the doubt.Within an hour they called and said that it had been adjusted/calibrated and was working fine. So, the next day, I go back yet again. First thing I do (again) is test the hatch mechanism. Lo and behold, its STILL NOT WORKING. One of the employees gives it a try, and it finally works. I wave my foot all around under the bumper, and after 4 or 5 tries it finally works.I ask him what they did to fix it (although the fix was far from perfect...before the work was done, all we had to do was put our foot in the proximity of the sensor and it opened). He told me that NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO CORRECT IT. It had just started working.Oh, and in the course of messing around with this problem, I noticed a defect in the new paint. They agreed to buff it out, and seemed to think that the hatch mechanism was good enough. I was totally frustrated by then, and figured I would just have to take it back to the dealers service department to get it corrected.So, I paid and made arrangements for them to leave the key under the mat and park the car at the office so that we could retrieve it later.We get there, and my wife tries the rear hatch mechanism. Now it doesnt work at all, no matter how many times you try it.Very, very disappointing.UPDATE: I spoke with the manager of the collision center, who said he will make arrangements for us to get it fixed at the dealers service department, with a loaner vehicle. Of course, we have to make yet another trip to get this addressed, and leave early from work to get there in time (for both drop-off and pick-up). They really should pick up car and deliver it back to us, given that theyve already had two chances to fix a problem that they created.

Terrible service from the front desk woman. We were being helped and were next in line and the woman skipped over us. No apology - instead she told me “my legs hurt”. Um, ok? What does that have to do with skipping us? Nada!The woman in charge of rentals was talking to us and then was directed to another woman who arrived after us, even though we were next for a rental car.They should have rectified their error and helped us first. The woman at the front desk did nothing. At least say you’re sorry! 3 workers apologized on her behalf but she issued no apology. Even when confronted and told we were next multiple times by myself and other employees.Instead, the women at the front desk tried to skip over us AGAIN!! Even after she had already been corrected by myself and other employees. Everyone else was great but there’s no reason we should have waited that long and been treated that way by that women at the front desk. Period.Jessie was great though and convinced me to stay and let them work on my car. Here’s to hoping there are no more problems.

Terrible service they fixed my car only half way did the bare minimum and had to send it to the dealership to get fixed. They don’t follow up or give you updates I had to constantly call them and when I did they tell me they will call me back and never do. Don’t take your car to them even if your insurance recommended them. They had my car for a whole month unacceptable. Mechanic told me he couldn’t fix my car but they took my money then had to send to another company to diagnose the problem. Although he did apologize and told me it would be fixed and it was fixed after over a month.

1 star is being generous. Horrendous communication, zero customer service, and now we have zero trust that our vehicle is actually fixed. Take your car literally anywhere else.Edit: We were able to finally talk to Corey (unsure of his position, but an all around reasonable, competent, friendly, and trustworthy guy) who was also able to pull the GM into the conversation during our 3rd trip back to the shop after our repair was complete. The disappointments we experienced were largely based around Alyssa, our CSR, who was uncommunicative, unreliable, inexperienced, and immature. Even in our 4th trip back to the shop for a quick fix, Alyssa failed to even make eye contact with us or greet us as she took our key and vehicle for a quick repair. Tim, the GM, is now largely aware of the problems, and its unfortunate that Alyssa still was unable to even utter a greeting, yet alone an apology.We are hopeful our vehicle is fully fixed, but the trust destroyed by Alyssa and the rude shop receptionist (Dawn maybe? Not the main receptionist) have left us feeling rather blah. Tim did offer some compensation for the extra $250 we had to spend fixing issues we were blamed for but should really have been covered with the repair job (i.e. a super dead battery that was likely drained during repairs -- Corey admitted to this, while Alyssa and Dawn blamed us for having a dead battery and wouldnt admit it was from the repair job). The amount of unnecessary time and energy spent, and the long drives back and forth to Martin City are things we wont get back.We would maybe consider Cable Dahmer if we find ourselves in the circumstance again to need collision repair. We were victimized by a hit and run driver, and it feels a little like getting victimized by Cable Dahmer on top of a situation that already left us feeling uneasy. As previously mentioned, Tim and Corey did smooth over a lot of the trust, but at the end of the day we still really lost on this deal. If Alyssa wasnt there, I would trust Tim and Corey to handle the car, but I also might find a body shop closer to home.

Avoid at all costs.Had insurance work done here at Geicos recommendation, and things went downhill from that point forward.They took over a week longer than they told me for repairs, and I had to actually call them myself to find out the car was ready.Only after I picked up the car in the dark and drive all the way back to Independence did I notice that they had put the incorrect bumper cover for my trim level on. This despite me calling them earlier after seeing they had the incorrect submodel listed on the quote. They told me at the time that the quote was just generalized and that the part would be ordered by VIN and would be correct.Only after more than a month passed, including two calls to Geico corporate and more than I can count to Cable Dahmer themselves, did they finally get the car back in.I was willing to let all that go, but after having the car back for a few days and seeing it in artificial overhead lighting I noticed that the color match on the new bumper is absolutely atrocious. Something I never noticed in the month plus I had the car back with the first incorrect bumper.I understand that pearl white is a very difficult color to match, but given it only took them a day to put the second bumper cover on, my assumption is that they painted the new bumper cover before I brought them the car back. Meaning they just painted it blindly the factory color without any attempt to match my actual paint.Bottom line, highly questionable work, terrible communication, look elsewhere.
