I commend Kevin S., a serviceman at Honda of Tiffany Springs. I had an ongoing issue with my car. I spent money to locate the issue and repair the problem. It seemed to get worse. Also, I went to another location and had another diagnostic check.I was concerned about driving my car on the highway because my car would hesitate, it would not have the power to embark into oncoming traffic which could cause an accident. My car rattled like something would fall off.I consistently keep up the maintenance on my car and over time, it was running rough and even stopped a few times. I decided to try Honda of Tiffany Springs again. I was pleased to know Kevin was back and he was able to locate an issue which gave my car back its power.Additionally, he suggested for me to address another concern which was not Honda of Tiffany Springs responsibility. Its sometimes tough to trust your car with Mechanics, yet Kevin addressed an ongoing issue with my car and directed me to further address another concern. Importantly, he advised that I could follow up with him. Kudos to Kevin!!

I have never experienced worse customer service than at this place. Paul Anselmo was my salesman and he did absolutely nothing to gain my trust or my business. He could have cared less if I bought a car or not. I had to call him and ask him to sell me the car. What a lazy sales tactic. I was made multiple promises when I bought my vehicle that were not fulfilled. All to say I was mistaken on what was promised. I did not get a good price for my trade in, despite the need for used cars right now. They NEVER answer the phone or call me back. Terrible! Removing the decal from my bumper and never ever going back there.

Came in on my Birthday to get an oil change and tire rotation. Have been in here before and had excellent service and very quick turn around time, usually around 30-45 minutes. My appointment was at 10:00am, I arrived about 5 minutes early and was not helped until almost 10:15. I kept getting told that someone would be right with me. Finally, someone got my information and proceeded. I then waited for 3 HOURS for my car to get done, I was then told my filters were bad, brakes were bad and had a leaky axel seal. No problem, I can take care of the filters, you can get them for much cheaper online and the install takes less than 5 minutes. Whereas a dealership will charge you $50 for each filter if not more. Not a big deal. The leaky seal was quoted at $400 plus labor, I have not heard I’ve had this issue before and am concerned it’s an issue that I do not have. It didn’t seem to be urgent, so that’s not a problem. My brakes on the other hand, I was told my rear brakes were “bad” on my car. The dealership signature is to make up “bad parts” on your car to squeeze your money out of you, I’ve never had that experience at this dealership until now. I replaced my brakes myself less than 6 months ago with high quality brakes and can say without a doubt that there is no way the brakes are even noticeable towards going bad and definitely not time to replace. I feel as if I was one of them that the dealership decided they needed to squeeze money out of. I also replaced these brakes at the same time (front and rear) so my front brakes hypothetically would be the ones to go bad first, that’s not the case. And that is how I know the service center is giving false claims out, my next concern is, is my leaky seal bad? Will they do this to me again? Who else have/will they do this to? Lots of concerns. I then proceeded to tell the service man it was birthday and if I could get a discount. He proceeded to “check the website” and gave me $5 off a $100 bill. I have come into this service center multiple times without coupons and the service man every time has given me a fantastic discount, such as 39.95 synthetic oil change, free tire rotation, etc. I was offered $5 off on my birthday. Which I do not want to be “one of those” people when it comes to requests like those, but with my past experiences with Tiffany Springs Honda I would expect a better discount when I come and visit on my Birthday. To conclude, I was very unhappy with my experience and will probably not return to this location as fear of more lies and false diagnosis looms. This service center has been nothing but great throughout my tenure, but this time, especially on my birthday, was not an experience I was expecting. The 3 hour wait on top of the lies was very disappointing. If you are looking for a service center, I would take your business elsewhere as I am unsure if Tiffany Spring Honda can be trusted anymore.

This the worst experience at this car dealership i came in a few days ago. I was going to sell my Honda they went out there and just looked at it then came in and low balled me so i left. I then decided to come back the next day because Ive been with this Honda place for ever and decided to give them a chance they went up alittle more i asked them are you sure thats the most you can go up they said ya. Then i said ok and preceded with the deal i got home and saw online they put my car i traded in on the lot selling for 8,000 dollars more than what they gave me this place are all just crooks after being with them for ove4 20 years you just cant trust anyone l.

Terrible communication with their service department. We purchased our van here and paid for the extended warranty for bumper to bumper. I called earlier this week to speak to a service advisor about seeing if our battery was covered under warranty and after waiting for 15 mins to talk to someone an advisor told me Honda covers batteries for up to 72 months and our car is roughly 36 months old. Came in today to get it looked at and after waiting a couple hours, now I’m being told batteries are covered on their 3 yr 36 month coverage only and I have to pay out of pocket for it.The purpose of me calling ahead of time was to see if I could change the battery myself to save money or have them do it if it’s covered under warranty. I tried to explain it to the service tech and he seemed to care less about the lack of correct communication coming from them. I hope they know I probably won’t buy another Honda because of this, terrible service.

I went to buy a new key fob for my car, the whole experience was very unhelpful and frustrating. They sent to me to the wrong area of the store twice. When I finally got it I asked how to set up the key to my car they didn’t know, using the excuse well I don’t have a technicians in and we close in 5 minutes. They eventually told me to ‘use YouTube’. I have just spent 200 dollars on a new key that I can’t link to my car and I am so upset with the service I received. I am shocked this is how your establishment is run.

We purchased a 2018 Honda Civic at the end of February this year. Our car dealers name was Lowell( don’t know his last name)He was so upfront and honest! We enjoyed purchasing our car from Lowell. After the second day of purchasing our Honda, the Tire pressure light would not go off so I made an appointment about a week later and got It the next day! The person or mechanic tech, his name was Kenny looked at it and showed me something I never knew ! I can turn it off!!! Of course having such excellent customer service, Kenny still wanted to check the tires to make sure they were properly filled. Needless to say he found some kind of nail In the front left tire!! He fixed it and sent me on my way!!! I love these guys!!!!

Fantastic place! The waiting room has all amenities. I dont mind waiting here with complimentary snacks, beverages, cozy fire, tropical fish tank, big screen televisions and some of the most comfortable chairs ever. The mechanics are smart, professional and friendly. We were given a loaner car while ours was being worked on and it was so nice we would have loved to just trade. All that, and we were called and told they figured out how to drop the bill by $100. We are huge fans of Honda of Tiffany Springs. Five stars!

Called 2 different times to get an appointment. Explained I had 30 minutes drive. Then sold the vehicle before I got down there, didn’t bother to call so I wouldn’t have to drive. Poor customer service. Sales manager offered to cover my gas but that not the most expensive it’s my time wasted.

The only reason this place isn’t getting 1 star is because the guy who sold us our car was truly a delight and I would buy another car from him any day... But DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. They are robbing their customers and Honda should be ashamed of it. They advertise their $9.95 lifelong oil change which sounds great, but that’s just for labor, not parts, which they mark up at least 300%. I go in for an oil change, which I’m under the impression will be $9.95. Get the tires rotated and the transmission fluid fixed, so I’m thinking maybe $150 (oh yeah they don’t tell you the price of stuff when you ask) . I get the bill which is $307.94. One of the “parts” I was charged was 08200-HCF2. Look it up, it’s a thing of transmission fluid which costs about $8. How much was I charged for this? $143.40. This kind of stuff should be illegal and I will NEVER go here again to get my car serviced. You shouldn’t either.

I don’t know where he got the nickname because he is the opposite always looking out for my best interests. He has my trust and confidence. Took my sons 2005 Honda civic in for service engine light was on. They said main O2 sensor was bad $800 plus to replace. Declined, son drove it for a week then went to replace ourselves and the old one was just hanging there not connected and could have got caught in the fan blade, was a 10 minute replace with a new one for less than $75

I recently had my 05 accord hybrid in for a repair because it wasn’t starting. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get the parts on the way! Overall great service and Kenny in the service department was awesome and kept me in the loop with everything going on! I will definitely take my car back there in the future.

Just recently tried to purchase a vehicle while having Justin Bogina as my Sales rep. Word of advice if he tries to talk to you or sell you a vehicle back away and go to a different Sales rep. Absolutely awful sales person. Being a woman and coming to the dealership with just me a my kids, he constantly talked down to me and made it seem like I did not know what I was talking about. My husband and I are in a bind and needed a new vehicle to fit my new needs of starting my own business. My husband was unable to be with me at the dealership due to being at work. Justin pointed out that it was my husbands fault for not being there to be able to get a deal done because my husband was not there. The day before I came to the dealership I talked to Justin on the phone and was told that I would be getting a certain amount for my trade in if I just came into the dealership to get the deal done. When I came into the dealership he told me that it was going to be 4k less than what he told me on the phone. When confronted about being lied to while saying no to the deal I was told I did not F$#@ing lie to you. My husband called and talked to the Used Car Manager but I still do not think the issue will be addressed. 2 major issues when trying to purchase a vehicle, being lied to and hearing a Sales rep brag about how he used to own a dealership and talk about himself. Not needed. You are there on trying to assist on purchasing a vehicle. Will never recommend anyone ever visit this dealership.

I was told I needed a new alternator. I was quoted a price over $1000. I asked for a breakdown, and told it was about $500 for the part and $500 for the labor. Before approving I went to YouTube and watched two separate videos on how to replace the alternator in the exact same car. Both of them did it in about 15 minutes. I called back, and was told their labor rate was $115 per hour. I asked why I was being charged over four hours of labor for a 15 minute job, I was told that was the book rate. They said the book rates are determined by Honda. While I understand that, Honda can make up anything they want for their book no matter how close it is to reality to help dealerships make more money. I asked to speak to a manager to try and get the price down to something reasonable, but was refused. He told me we would be charged a $90 service fee. I argued, but they refused to budge on it and said we would be charged. When I went to pick up the car, he said they took care of it and didn’t charge me.That was nice. We wound up taking the car to precision auto and was charged $498. I don’t mind paying for quality work, and I would prefer having the work done at a dealership, paying their higher hourly rates. But charge me the real rate. This was ridiculus.

I had an appointment today at 4:00 for an oil change. I called three times throughout the day to confirm the appointment time and to see if there was any flexibility to push it later, since I knew I had something going on at work late. The first time, no answer in the service department. Second time, I left a message. Two hours later, after no callback, I tried again. I was able to confirm the time with the main office, but the service department again couldn’t answer the phone.I was able to get there at 4:40. I stood in the Service area for five minutes without any acknowledgement, as employees seemed to be deliberately avoiding eye contact with me. Eventually, an employee said hello, and quickly determined there was no one left available to do an oil change. (I readily acknowledged I was late.) Next appointment: at least two weeks. Very poor experience.

I brought my 2020 Civic in for service after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. Understanding, I was going patient. When I went in the team was very rude to me. After waiting 10-15 minutes for anyone to even be At the desk to do the initial paperwork(even though I had an appointment) a member finally walked over and wasn’t kind or helpful at all. It was my first time at the dealership or any dealership to get an oil change so I asked a rep there and they were also very rude. Keep in mind this appointment was around 4 P.M. So I was going to give them another shot and decided I’d call for another oil change and the employee on the other side of the phone said they aren’t doing oil changes after 2 and I just asked why because last time they did it at 4. Well he just mumbled and then said he’d have someone call me back and I STILL have not received a call. I understand sometimes people have bad days but I’ve repeatedly been disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and the employees.

Honda Tiffany Springs is a Very professional outfit—-I don’t think we were there an hour to make the deal & sign paperwork with Finance department. What really topped the deal was My salesman Joe advised we needed to enter into the drawing for the giveaway of a new Flat Screen HDTV.... They gave me a loaner vehicle while working on my car, and provided me a ride to and from My home. My car was not there long Either. We have purchased from Honda of Tiffany Springs before and had no issues. However, this time we worked with Maurice. From the first moment we met him he put out a negative vibe. During the course of working with him we quickly learned how rude he really was. For example, within the first few minutes we were told to pick a car to view because he didn’t want to walk the lot in the cold (60 degrees). Long story short, we were approved for the car we found (on our own) and liked. However, my wife and I spoke about it later that night and decided not to buy the car. The decision was based purely on on the negative feelings left by Maurice. Maybe in the future we will look to buy from this location again, but for now they have lost a customer.

I bought my Fit from this Honda and needed new tires before a long road trip. I ordered them online through Honda Tiffany Springs website. I set up an appointment & scheduled off of work. I arrived on time went back to the waiting room when after 15 minutes I was informed that they don’t have any tires that will fit on my HONDA Fit (that I ordered almost a week prior). So I took off from work for nothing and am left with old tires for my road trip.

Guys at the service center are awesome. But the old lady working the front desk is mean and lazy. We dropped off our car but was late picking up because google said they closed at 7:00 but the service center closed at 6:00. Instead of telling us nicely or even attempting to ask around if maybe someone was still there that could help us she was rude instead. As someone working front and center greeting people as they come in she needs to approach people and answer their questions in a proper manner instead of talking to us like we were stupid. Also eating while youre talking to people is unprofessional.

Great service. Called to get in for wiper blades. The service that makes appts ssid i needed 75000 mile maintenance. When i arrived, honda said there wasnt a 75000 maint and i didnt need an oil chg. All they did his add wiper blades and do basic checks. Whew! Very honest

As it relates to the Tiffany Springs location I enjoyed everyone except for our sales person Lowell. During our negotiations I negotiated some oil changes and three car detailing. Since the car is a lease I felt it was a good negotiation. I called and Lowell told me he never negotiates that and it was not on my file. My wife has validated what was negotiated. He had a dismissive attitude and that was the end of the discussionAlso about six months after the purchase of my vehicle I called and said I was looking for a van. He didn’t even remember meI have purchased many vehicles and have more to purchase every sales person has remembered me. This man thinks he is better than everyone else.So when the lease is up I will no longer do business with Tiffany Springs Honda and Lowell can Shove itDerekThank you for responding and yet showing your location cares less about how people see you. I called you and you didn’t return my call. As far as I am to concern don’t contact me again. Service department performed a decent amount of work and never reported the service to Carfax. Have never been to a dealer that doesn’t do this. Even TechToys (independent mechanic) service shows up. Unable to get ahold of an advisor to remedy despite leaving messages. Going to Lee’s Summit Honda as a result for future service.

Typical dealer....was told by woody tang (salesman) to buy from another lot after they refused a cash offer for a car and refused to even NEGOTIOATE on price. I was then told by woody that he was good with numbers and could of became a manager since hes been there 8 years......what a joke....Ive never had a worse experience at dealership or with a car salesman especially with an all cash offer. The guy didnt even have a mask on when we showed up, Ill never buy from them againResponse you your response:First of all, nobody solve anything at Cost unless you want to be out of business so spare me the anecdotes . And No the car was not included in any of your specials, the car was used. Heck I didnt even know you had a sale going on as your salesman Woody was not in the mood to work that day apparently. The price difference I was trying to negotiate was a meer 600$ on a 30,000 dollar car.....that would have been cash. Went to Jay Wolfe Honda and found the same car with less miles for a better price so you guys might want to consider price checking your competitors before Turning Away cash customers without even hearing them out or trying to help

Initial interaction: On entering my wife and I meandered around the showroom floor looking for a sales rep. Eventually someone came out of an office and sent a salesman. After a test drive we stood in the middle of the showroom waiting for our salesman. He returned only to have us wait an abnormally long time at his desk for him to return with paperwork. Tiffany Springs didnt budge on the price of the cert. used vehicle or trade-in value.Second interaction (3 wks post-purchase): Nearly all dash warnings lights go off. It was discovered that rodents had made a large nest and chewed through wires. I drive the truck daily and live in an urban part of KCMO. The nest was made of grass and straw. Though I was unable to prove it, the nest was created while the truck sat at the dealership during COVID. After numerous calls (at least 10 minutes on hold each time) I was transferred to the service center. They rarely answer the phone, and after 10 minutes on hold, their system automatically hangs up. I forked over $1,300 for the repair.Third: Needed couple accessories installed. Numerous calls and transfers to make a simple appointment. I was told to hang up and call again to get transferred to another service dept. line. After half an hour on hold/transferring/recalling I was never even able to schedule an appointment.Bottom line: There are some very helpful individuals that work at TS Honda, yet the overall operation is completely disorganized. Ill be seeking another dealership for service going forward.Last bit: the trade-in value I received was $4,500. After new wipers, a wash, and brake fluid the same vehicle is listed at $8,875.

I had a previous horrible experience at another Honda location with a service rep pushing so hard on unnecessary services (that werent due at the time) just to get commissions possibly on the service, so I changed to Tiffany Springs. Its a good drive from the previous location, but it was well worth it. Theyre thorough, actually explain the services, what is likely coming up next for service, and are quick. So far each time Ive gone in as well, the service coordinator has helped me find different sales or promotional offers that I didnt know about when coming in, to help me with cost. The sales staff as well arent pushy when youre just looking around the lot while waiting for service to be done if you choose to wait. They want to build the rapport and have good quality of your experience, not just quantity!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service! Came in for an oil change and a free car wash. Kenny Williams took outstanding care of me. The honesty that this dealership has its second to none! Had questions on my phone pairing that were also addressed with kindness! Jesse the Finance Manager saw me in passing and remembered me, he even went the extra mile to address a small scratch that he actually took care of himself! The exemplary attention made me so glad I choose this dealership, it made my day! Thank you all!

On 03-02-2020 at approximately 8:30 a.m. my husband called Tiffany Spring Honda for an appointment to check the brakes on our Infinity G35, ( They were grinding). The lady who answered transfered him to the Service Department. A second lady answered and took his number and told him a Service Representative would call him back and schedule the appointment. No one called him back. We got the brakes repaired at Firestone.

I was looking at minivans and wanted to test drive the Odyssey. When I first arrived, Paul greeted me and got the keys to the vehicle I requested. I told him I was only test driving cars today and he respected that and did not try to sell me anything. I came back a few days later and made a purchase. Since then, Paul has called me twice just to check in and make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. I really enjoyed working with Paul and the dealership.

All I can say is, I went to several other dealers with my very specific needs and wants in a used car. Most of them wouldnt give me the time of day. Especially Jay Wolfe -- who boasts the largest pre-owned stock in town. Woody sat down with me and found me a great car to fit my budget and Anthony in the finance department took care of making sure that we secured that financing! Top notch, would recommend to my grandmother, or anyone!

The team at Tiffany Springs Honda is amazing! Our sales representative, Pedro, and the manager, Ben, made our buying process both painless and effortless, and it is one of the easiest transactions Ive ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Given that we purchased a preowned vehicle, the service team and the dealer went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was as good as new, even on things I found needed fixing after the vehicle left the lot. I very much appreciated their patience, professionalism, and integrity and I highly recommend them if youre looking for a reliable vehicle; its a Honda so itll last forever.

I cannot day enough great things about our experience with them!! My wife and I had been down to one car for a long time and stuck in a position where it seemed nearly impossible to get anything reliable and/or safe to drive again. Well Brittany and the team at Tiffany Springs Honda proved us wrong! Not only was she able to get us in a nearly brand new 2018 Toyota Corolla iM CVT, but she was able to get well within the payment range we could afford, which NO ONE had been able to do. We are SO grateful and feel so blessed to have a second, SAFE and RELIABLE vehicle again. If you need a new car, or have credit issues and want to know your options, run, dont walk to them!

After a tree fell on our 6 month old CRV, Honda got us another one for a good price. They did it for us quickly. Insurance paid off the old one. They are the greatest. Could not ask for a better group of people to deal with. You have our vote 100 per cent.Thank you.

I just bought my car in January and the screen is malfunctioning. So I called the service department and left a message, well I never got a call back so I called again and spoke with Gina, she had an extremely rude attitude but told me I could get in next Wednesday then at the end of the call said next Fridays date, I called back and got her voicemail and left a message and got no response so I called again and she hung up on me. So I called the honda at Legends and they were so friendly and were able to get me in same day! I will be taking my business to Legends from now on.

Absolutely fantastic experience!! Joe Ryan and Anthony C in finance were absolutely incredible! I live far away and those two made sure everything they could do over the phone was done before they had me come in!! The first time I visited the dealership I would have given them 5 stars and even when I visited the dealership the second time maybe the same.. it would have been 4 or 5 (wait time was way to long/ and I was lied to about the original amount from my first visit and somehow I needed to come up with more money the second visit, which was the very next day). But after dealing with the finance department about getting the title so I can register the car, they get no stars. At first when speaking with the finance guy they wanted to assist me with making sure I could still drive the car until I get the title to the car but when I showed up it was a different story. He made me feel like, me not getting the title to the car was my fault. I somehow told the bank not to release the funds and so they couldnt release the title. Well today I got a ticket because I needed to go to work, so I can pay a car note for a car I cant even register. I bet they will not be helping me pay the ticket received today. I told the police officer, the car would have been registered had I had the title to the car. He was like not his problem, have a good day. Sounds just like the car dealership finance guy, when I asked what am I suppose to do, the tags are expired? He said he will be getting penalty because the car is not funded. I dont know what you should do about the car not being tagged. Drive at your own risk.I was so mad. My only form of transportation and he says... Not my problem in so many words. Now I am looking at a ticket for expired tags. So they are nice to get you in a car and get your money. And even tho they say its not even about the money for them... their action reflect something completely different after the sale. Its all about the money!!!!!

First Honda. First minivan. First time having a sales person I enjoyed buying from. I told him what I needed and he only contacted me when my narrow specifications came through. Great financing team and bought into the $10 oil change for the life of my ownership. Awesome.**added edit ***I now have a Honda Pilot from here and I continue to be blown away by the service and quality that Honda Tiffany Springs offers. If youre buying A Honda buy it here. No doubt about it.

Mike was incredibly helpful this week when we had 2 of our 3 cars in the shop for repairs that had to be done to be safe on the road. I appreciate the empathy Mike had for my situation! He took the time to explain all of the issues the cars were having and worked with us to be sure we could get them back on the road as soon as possible. The experience was painless.

After a previous purchase from this dealership, my wife and I returned for the purchase of our second vehicle. Our salesman, Pedro, was very low pressure and knowledgeable of all of the vehicles on the lot. After a brief discussion, he was able to quickly identify some models of vehicles, both new and used, and we began test drives and we identified our next car - on a lease option we had not even considered. Pedro was very patient while my wife and I made our decision. When it was time to make the purchase, Pedro was prepared to close, Anna walked me through many of the new features of my car, and Tim in finance finalized the process quickly and got me on my way.Great service provided by great people that provided a great experience.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. This is our second Odyssey purchase from Honda of Tiffany Springs and I was especially impressed that Jesse Mora remembered us 4 years later! He is so very nice and easy to work with. Brandon & Bill were also very nice and accommodating. They had the car clean and ready to go for us (minus the Owners Manual that were still waiting on). We will definitely purchase our next car at Honda of Tiffany Springs!
