I love this shop. No kids giving me B. S. They have been in business for ever it seems. Clean office. Clean shop. They really care. As a customer I want my vehicle taken care of. I drive my vehicles an average of 300 to 500 thousand miles. Preventive maintenance is the key to that. Give these guys some business. They do great work.

I needed a new radiator for my 2012 Dodge Durango, and through Google, I stumbled upon ORR Radiator. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to give them a shot. I am absolutely pleased that I did!! They were great! Did the work for half of what Firestone was going to charge! When I picked up my vehicle, they told me that they dont just do radiators. They are a COMPLETE auto repair facility! Thats good to know because I will be definitely going back to them when needed! I would absolutely recommend ORR Radiator Service!

They were able to quickly repair a 55 year old radiator and make it better than new. They listened as to what I wanted done and how the cooling system needed to perform.

Highly recommended, they were upfront honest and beat the closest bid by 100 dollars and the communication was excellent on what they were doing and when to pick up my BMW Suv that has never run better.

I had a wonderful experience here. I had to have my car towed here briefly after the shop closed, when I arrived the owner(?) was still there after hours to make sure he spoke with me in person prior to looking at my car. I had 3 things replaced and they had it back to me in less than a day and a half. I am so impressed by this shop and I will return for any repairs I may be needing. Super affordable, kind, and quick service!

They would get 0 stars if I could, I paid $1100 for a radiator and they were supposed to fix a oil leak but didn’t. Beware they will take advantage of you and rip you off.

I had a good experience with Orr Radiator. Jim told me up front how much he expected it to be. He called before starting work with a better idea of the cost after they had a longer time to look at the damage to my radiator and it was the same price. The work was done in about a business day and the called to for me to pick it up. Friendly guy and gal on the phone; courteous people at the shop and office. This place has been a lifesaver! Ive been meaning to write them a review for months now. They gave me a much better quote to fix my car per state inspection requirements than other places, and did a great job. Then, my check engine light kept coming on and twice they took my car on short notice to fix it before I had to drive my car out of town. Then, they helped temporarily fix my heat shield when I needed to go out of town that day as well. They did it in 5 minutes and I was on my way. The people are friendly, helpful, and remind me of my previous small town mechanic who never overcharged me and always made time to check out any issues. Worth every penny Ive spent there. Ive moved 3 times in KC and they will have my business no matter where Im at in the KC metro.

I moved to KC about a year ago for school and Ive been to ORR Radiator twice now. I chose ORR because Ive been screwed over so many times by big name auto shops (primarily Midas). I recently just got an oil change at Jiffy Lube that cost $80! At ORR they told me they would have done it for $40. Both times I have been in, the staff has been super nice. They explain what is going on with my car in ways I understand. They are quick and dont overcharge for labor. The second time I went in I was just getting my blinker light changed. It took under 15 minutes so they didnt charge me for labor at all. They do full car service and have knowledgable technicians. I wont take my car anywhere else in KC.

I have been taking my business to ORR and Jim for decades. Very knowledgeable and honest. Customer service is great. I recommend ORR to all of my friends that need service.

Traveling from Ohio to Denver, Colorado we got a hole in our truck radiator in Kingdom City Missouri. We called all area business with no luck of finding a new radiator or repair shop. Dodge dealers didnt have one, and the one that did was closed. We continued calling shops when we found Orr Radiator, we were originally seeing if they could fix it but to our surprise they had a new one in stock! Only problem was we were still 2.5 hours from the shop. They had an employee willing to make the 2.5 hour trip to us with the new radiator and on a saturday, talk about service! Our patch job held so we ended up meeting halfway, since it was on our way anyways. We are very pleased with the service we got, all the help and the willingness of your employee to take his saturday to help us. We are back on the road with a new radiator thanks to you guys!

My opinion is take your radiator here but dont get regular mechanic work done. They seem to charge a lot to tell you they cant fix the problem. Its happened a couple times with me and yes I had another shop verify my findings. I just got charged $200 to be told motor mount bracket was unfix-able. The other shop said it was clearly visible on a lift that it was broken.I was willing to pay half ($100 - one hour labor) for the diagnosis, but they are unwavering and frankly too defensive about it arguing on the phone. Im also in the service business and I would have charged less if I overlooked something; Its not my fault they started taking apart other things when the broken part was right there. For a labor business they charge lots of tax and shop fees when nothing was done. Guess he needs to make a boat payment. Cant recommend - sorry.

Had the radiator from my 1926 Model T repaired/rebuilt. Excellent job and it fit perfectly back in Model T. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with ORR. They were fast, professional, and the price was very reasonable. Ive had issues in the past with Car Service Stores trying to upsell parts and services, and this wasnt the case with ORR. I would highly recommend them!
