They’re ALWAYS honest, fair priced and they do great work. That’s probably why they’re always busy. Peyton, the mechanic who usually services my truck, is very knowledgeable and always willing to explain the why behind what he’s doing, which is great. Needed a part & after providing a description, Ana determined the correct name so a search could be done. Who knew the door lock is an actuator? Not me. Their company didnt have it. Her service was extraordinary! She took extra time to do more internet research, and provided me with several solutions. Kudos! She deserves a reward for the kind way she handled my ignorance, generous time for research, and solid knowledge of auto parts business! So grateful for all her time and effort!

Brought in my Mazda thinking transmission was bad, and repair estimate would be extremely expensive, some other shop would just go ahead and charge me for new transmission knowing the fact i was almost sure it was bad, but guys at Mokan were 100% honest, and told me it was just a TCM and the cost of repair was 3 times cheaper than what I wouldve paid for whole new transmission. I appreciate honesty and quick service, car drives like new!

Trying to sell me a used transmission for $1,300 I say how do they sleep at night I can go get it rebuilt for $1,000 all new parts they can keep their $1,300.00 dollar transmission definitely not recommend this company everResponding back again okay you said the markets $1,300 that is a lie you can get a used transmission for $600 at Midway top that off for one year I still think you guys still money from people likely people like me actually run of company and actually has knowledge of being a mechanic I feel sorry for people that dont you guys take them I highly recommend this company dont ever do business with them they might have a lot of reviews and PS the market is not $1,300 for a 400 turbo transmission 4x4 caught you in a lie again people like that today scam more people than either your Market is a lie you take and steal money from people like I said you can get a transmission for $600 at Midway down by Front Street also with a one year warranty like I said you guys can keep your $1,300 transmission take care like I said guys dont ever do business with these guys
