Oh and in there with part that was on warranty, they traded me like a pain customer, warranted the part, and got me on my way. the person that was taking care of me was still kind of in training, so she might have been a bit slow but did a good job, and the other employees were not hesitant to come and help her.

I arrived at the store exactly at 7:30 which is when this store is supposed to open. I found the doors locked and no employees to be seen. At 7:38 a car pulls into the lot, but no one gets out, and it just idles in a parking spot for another 10 minutes or so. Then look and behold an actual employee gets out of the car and goes into the store...guess he needed a before work cig or two. Another employee shows up and goes in then employee #1 locks the door.This continues until after 8 when I have to call them (for the second tine) in order to talk to get their attention. Apparently the computer system is down and they cant take payment. By now there are other customers waiting around also, too. The fact that they just ignore people like they cant see them is just ridiculous. Wont be going back.

Its all right theyre pretty knowledgeable its in a good location they didnt have the part I needed but such is life hopefully you have better luck than I did

Customer service is good

Went to store on a snowy day to get some transmission stop leak, which I urgently needed. Couldnt get the childproof safety cap loose, so I re-entered the store and asked for help. It took three of us about 10 minutes to finally uncap the bottle and cut the seal so I could go back out and pour it into my transmission, which I did and went on my way.

Young lady was very helpful I told what I wanted and she right to the shelf and picked it up and brought back to the counter and checked me out. Took all of 5 minutes, and I was out the door.

Small parking and helpful staff. Went here to change my brake lights since they went out. I couldnt find it but the staff was friendly enough to help me. It was fast to checkout in the evening before closing. Would recommend this place for to go or fast in and out if you know what you want and make sure it is in stock as well.

I purchased a car battery here and the young gentleman kindly replaced it for me. My battery was highly corroded and it took A WHOLE LOT of elbow grease and some CSR to get the terminals loose. Not once did he complain or show any lack of enthusiasm. Oh, did I mention it was 14 degrees out. Please give him a raise! I will definitely come back here, wonderful service!

I called ahead a nice young woman to see if they had a part in stock for my car and in no time at all she was right back with me with a big yes. I showed up and she had the sale ready to go in and out in no time. Natasha is awesome they will get my business from here on out.

Do not go here!! I came here to buy my brakes after being told on the phone that I can use midtown muffler discount since they are the ones doing my brakes. When I get to the store it’s a complete different story and they wanted me to pay full price.

My brothers van wouldnt start, thinking battery. I jumped his van and followed him here. The second we pull up a gentleman was outside, so I asked him if he had time to check my brothers battery...reply of course, one second. It was the battery. I purchased a battery and the friendly guy sent another gentleman by the name of Reese to come install it for us. Reese deserves a raise. This guys compassion towards people and knowledge about cars was mind blowing to both my brother and myself. We definately recommend Reese for your Auto parts questions.

Went to exchange part (starter) that I purchased online and the store didnt carry it. So I chose a different starter and they didnt even have it in stock. I had to drive to another store to pick it up. That store didnt have it after the original store said they did. I ended up having to go to a third store to get my part.

As usual incompetent workers and all were stuck in lala land they will hire anyone here they have zero knowledge

Worst auto parts store on the face of the planet. They are right around the corner and thats not even enough to justify 1-star.This review page gave them the 1-Star, I didnt!The entire staff never has a clue about even the simplest of parts. Incredible how the company hires individuals that, I would venture to say, probablycant even read or write.6-seperate visits, all mistakes!Will never consider returning.Save your time and money.
