So I’ve been a mechanic since I was a kid and when I call for a part that I’m looking at on your website you call it the wrong name and tell me I’m wrong when it is obviously right there on your website I feel like the gentleman I talk to was a glorified McDonald’s worker

I have called to Napa Auto Parts, I asked to replace my battery which was still in warrenty, but they refused to install battery. Why does Napa officially say to install batteries for the purchase even they dont? It was a very disappointment

Stopped in for a quick retail purchase with a gift card and took over an hour. Poor customer service..... Gift card didnt swipe correctly and no one ....I mean no one knew how to deal with this situation.... even calling other stores and customer service 800 number. I will not be back. I even suggested they use the balance on gift card as cash and refund the difference. I am sorry sir, we can not do that..... Ironically that is what a manager said to do 30 min later.
