The manager Jeremy was absolutely great. He did what a sales man is supposed to do and he made a very happy customer. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I will definitely be using this store as my parts store in the future.

AutoZone used to be a good place for car parts and advice on your car recently they started hiring just anybody so the people that work there hardly have any knowledge of motor vehicles so youre basically in there shopping for parts that they have no idea about they dont know what youre talking about or youre getting the runaround the reason Im going to OReillys for now on

Actually helpful individuals there with good attitudes even when theyre slammed to the wall busy. Had a bad battery got it replaced with no problems. Had to borrow a tool for it, with no hassles. Also came back to dispose of some used motor oil. Both times they were pretty slammed. The manager was helping me with the battery issue through the busy hour on a 90+ degree day, wish I got her name to thank her personally on here, but hopefully this post will suffice.

Absolutely an amazing group of people work here. From the store manager to every other employee. Without hesitation went above and beyond to try and help me out. They all deserve way more praise and recognition than I can give them.

Always have what I need for my car needs. If they dont they ordered it and it was there in no time. The sales associates are always very nice and helpful.

All I can say is I know where NOT to go next time! My car battery died and I had AAA come to my house to jump start it. The AAA guy said I should take it right away to have a new battery installed so I took it to AutoZone because it was close by. I was charged $150 for a 2-year battery and one of their employees would install it for me. First, it took him several minutes just to pop the cover off. Then it took him 10-15 mins to put it in. I also asked him to clean the connection at the AAA guys recommendation. He didnt answer, just turned and gave me the stank eye. At first it still wouldnt start. When it finally did, I drove it home, went inside for a minute, came back out to drive it and... dead. I had to call AAA again and the same guy came out. He took one look and said the AutoZone guy damaged the battery terminal when installing the new one. I asked if the connections had been cleaned and he said no. He was able to fix it temporarily with some pliers but now I have to get a new battery terminal! The AAA guy recommended I go to Advance Auto next time and basically said Auto Zone will hire anyone, even if they know nothing about cars.

I called this store and spoke to Jackie, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. After talking to her I went to the store... after a short wait, I told her again about our earlier call, and she took me right to the thingsI needed!

I purchased two items from the store 2 Days later because the items didnt work up to quality I return them and the guy would not let me take one item back because he said I dug it out of the trash can and tried returning it and wouldnt even look at my receipt and see the matching numbers and was not going to give me the product back he was going to keep it and throw it away so I will not be back there for the way they talk to me and the way they acted

Helpful staff, great selection, easy parking.

Very disappointed that they did not have the proper air hose pipe or connectors for my car engine. All I needed and wanted were new simple parts for a replace and install and they didnt have them. Thankful for the employees recommendations and directions for solving my problem though.

This store had some of the worst customer service that Ive ever experienced. Especially out of 1 employee. This short girl with tattoos. Not sure of her name but she is hostile, rude, short tempered and all around just a poor experience. I wish that management would manage this particular personnel. She is literally ruining the experience for the customers.

Great staff..help me fix my car in parking lot when store was about to close....as soon as it did they vanished but the store times are clearly posted on the door. In there defence I didnt need their help any more. Great people truly!

We came to this store twice in one day between the hours of 8:30 am- 10:30am and not one time did she speak. We had to speak to her to ask for her help even though we were standing at the counter returning a big tool that we rented from here. If she doesnt want to work with people then she needs a new job. Went in for a battery exchange, horrible service. Was looked over for 20 minutes before an incompetent employee started helping us before disappearing for another 10 minutes. Finally had someone get to us and they tried to sell us the wrong battery. Horrible service and complete lack of knowledge. I urge everyone to find somewhere else to go unless you have no other options.

The one is the corner if English and Wendover is my favorite and Mike is the man. All their staff is good but Mike and I go way back.

My tire rod on my car broke and I got there and got what I needed and asked them were they sure it was the right thing and they said yes well I get home and they gave me the wrong thing and now there closed. Not happy at all.

I have used this AutoZone for the last 5 years with little to no problems other than some of the employees being uneducated in the automotive field. But within the last year it has just become a joke to use this location. Of course there are still a couple very friendly and helpful employees but the majority lack people skills, sales experience, automotive knowledge or just plain common sense. Today will be the last time I use them ever again, I call up there to ask a question about a warranty on a part I purchased and a lady answers the phone and says hey youre going to have to wait a minute I have a line of customers and places me on hold. I can understand her being busy but this is how you answer a phone? So 18 minutes into being on hold I hang up and decide to call back later, maybe the rush would be over and I could get an answer to my question. So I call back about an hour later and a boy answers the phone, I proceed to ask him about my warranty on my alternator, before I could even finish my question he rudely interrupted by saying we dont have warranties on alternators bro, you were misinformed so I kindly ask him to look up part number DLG13953 and he places me on hold. About 5 minutes later I just hang up. Its a real shame you cant get basic questions answered and be treated decently enough to continue conversation and satisfaction of the customer.

I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me out here he was a Young white guy that had Short Black hair that helped me out on Friday 01/12/2017 around 6:30-7:00?It was raining when my Check engine light went off he went outside in the rain and plugged up the Obd2 Scanner in the rain came back inside and told me what I needed and what could be causing the Problem and what was the best way going about fixing it was.If he reads this he will know who Im talking about thanks again for all your help man it was greatly appreciated.
