I dont have time to go into a long story. Heres the cliff notes; these guys know their stuff and actually care about the customer. I wanted to get something I didnt need and pushed for it a little and this man explained to me out right why what I wanted wasnt necessary and Id just be wasting my money. They also made sure to get me the best price out of multiple ways to add a discount just to save the customer money when they definitely didnt have to. They inform the customer so very well I dont think Walmart would appreciate it so I wont be dropping their names, but seriously treat these guys like heros they dont get paid enough on a real note. Quick, trustworthy and professional service from each of them.

Very nice, and quick. My Durango takes synthetic oil, they were able to tell my options. And what price was best for me. They even vacuum the front section of the car, I appreciate that extra touches. I shopped while they were working on my car. I was in and out within a 30 minute window. Went to get oil change. Dominic did an awesome job. Absolutely great customer service, very polite, helped us get what we needed still within our price range. Told us upfront itd be a bit of a wait, due to being short on staff for the day, but he still got the job well done in good timing.

-Fair prices, long wait, understaffedI bought my tires online with two day delivery to be shipped to the store. According to FedEx the tires arrived after the third day but apparently my tires were never checked in because the manager was on vacation and the other doesnt work weekends. Every time I called to schedule my appointment they claimed my tires werent there. The third time I called (four days later) they finally gave me an appointment.I arrived for my appointment at five but it took twenty minutes for a manager to come over to check my tires in. The girl at the counter was really sweet and clearly frustrated by the delay. No one was replying to her page for a manager on the walkie talkie. One finally showed up but had an attitude.It took almost three hours for my tires to be changed. The waiting room had nothing but hard chairs and sad plants.I wish walmart would hire more staff because everyone aside from the manager was really nice but I could tell they were stressed. Its ridiculous that even with an appointment I was there for so long. Prepare to be there a while.

Walmart in Kannapolis needs to hire more people in the Autu Services department. I was in line at 6:30 a.m. even though they don’t open until 7:00. There were only two employees working and they had to write up all the customers AND service the cars. I was first in line but at 7:45 my car hadn’t been touched because the gentleman who was supposed to be changing my oil was still writing up other customers!!! I heard several people complaining because they were told it would be a three hour wait to have their oil changed or to get tires!!I have been going to the Walmart in Kannapolis for years to get my oil changed. When they have enough people working The wait time is reasonable. I don’t blame the two men who were working, I blame management for not having the proper number of people working. I left without getting my car serviced and other people were doing the same thing.

The service is great but the new system is causing longer wait times than usual.

Excellent service but took 30 minutes to get checked in even when I was ahead of other vehicles. Got finished in about an hour.

What an amazing difference from the Walmart in Salisbury. Got denied service at Salisbury for an oil change because they had 2 cars in front of me and they didnt know if they could fit mine in. It was 3pm they dont close untill 8pm. So I drive 20 min here. Was greated warmly. There was also 2 cars ahead of me but I was in and out in 45 min. Thank you guys. Someone needs to Help the auto care center in Salisbury. Its garbage.

Went to get an oil change they claim they put oil in but amount they said would overflow the motor. Plus if there was actual oil put in why when I checked my oil a couple weeks later it showed as being low and to add oil. They are horrible.They dont hire people who know what they are doing all you have to do is get a passing score on a multiple choice test they give you on the computer and then they tell you that youre qualified to do some work on a car. If you dont want you car worsw than what it was when you came in go somewhere else with people with actual experience with cars.

Very inefficient employees on duty - I sat in car behind 1 vehicle in front of me for almost an hour and watched as 3 guys wandered around aimlessly - just as it would look like they were going to begin work, they would get distracted and walk off. So frustrating!!! Finally, I got out of my car, told one of them that I was leaving and he said oh, ok. I then told him how incredibly inefficient the place was and his reply was I hear ya. I then told him he was part of the problem!As I drove off, I called the store to complain. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. The manager apologized and said he would look into it. Complete waste of my time and no oil change. Dont think Ill ever go to Walmart Auto again.

I have gotten oil changed there many times, today I needed an oil change and a new battery told it would take one hour it took two...they apologized, I think they need more help.
