I dont think Ive been to any other parts store that has such a welcoming and freindly staff. These guys are on point on all levels. From the owner Dean, to the front counter girls Kay and Stephanie, to the guys running the parts from the back it was a great experience all around. Prices are usually the lowest compared to other stores in the area. Online reservations are quick and simple. Service is good and the gentlemen here are very nice.

While replacing valve cover gaskets on my truck I had to have my mom run over to pick up an intake manifold gasket. She got there 10minutes before closing on a Saturday and they were pretty rude about it. I mean seriously its not a restaurant with a kitchen that has to be cleaned. Love Napa, but theres no need for this type of treatment to paying, loyal customers.
