I always have a great experience I had copper mountain coffee. They always make my drinks just how I like them. If you havent tried copper mountain coffee yet I highly recommend!

Always do a great job, upbeat attitudes and they remember repeat customers! Overall just a great group of people to meet up with for your morning coffee or afternoon moonshine!!

This was by far my favorite CMC to go to when I was a mail man. I would stop in on Sunday deliveries and have a coffee at the bar. I was always welcomed with a big smile and a greeting.

Most of the baristas at this chain are extremely rude and very unprofessional, customer service is just that and these chains are full of baristas that roll their eyes at you and act like they are above you or something. I really dont get where they get their attitudes from but management does nothing about it. I usually say support your local businesses but these people are a joke, go to Copilot coffee where their baristas are respectful and can make your drink in under 20 minutes.

I am pretty sure these girls are hopped up on coffee! Hailey and Olivia are amazing spunky and make the best coffee out of all the shop. Olivia has been making my coffee for almost five years! I recommend her to everyone, and Hailey is adorable and kind!

Coffee was very Good. It is no longer going to be open as a walk-in. theyll just have drive-thru. thats the location by the mall. I think its on Center Street. I love that they put a double in a 12-oz and a 20 oz came with a triple and its not very much more. More coffee for your buck. very good value

Terrible customer service. From the moment we pulled up, Ciara was rude and rolled her eyes about us asking for waters with our coffee order. She proceeds to tell us our 2 coffees ring up to 14.68, since we asked for light ice being they have to add a little more half & half- almost an extra $3.50 compared to having no light ice. She turned to Kyra and tells her to deal with us, still not providing half decent customer service. Do not recommend this location, at all.

I have been going to this coffee shop for years and its my absolute favorite place to go for a quick cup of good, well made coffee. However, the past couple of times I have gone now I have gotten an extremely rude barista. I have never had this problem with anyone of the girls before until recently getting Kalle the past few times. She acts like its wasting her time to be serving you and does not seem to enjoy her job whatsoever. I dont think the service industry is the best place for her. I love copper mountain, the nice service and good coffee was the reason I started going here in the first place, but now I find myself rather going to other places due to not feeling welcome. I have never written a bad review before until now. I hope they improve soon or I will be finding a different place to go.

Absolutely love the Copper mountain mocha and the moonshine. Hate the line that they seem to always have but Hey when its good coffee kinda what you have to expect! Their points system for drinks is awesome! Make sure you sign up!

Terrible customer service! Ciara rolling her eyes as we asked for waters and being extremely rude in general. Total for two drinks was over $14 when it’s usually $8 for two drinks (with what we usually get). We had asked for light ice and it cost us almost $4 extra! We were not interested in paying $7 for a 16 oz coffee. We were trying to ask why the extra price when Ciara whips around and tells kyra to “take care of us.” Do not recommend the CMC off of center, go to the one off of Meridian! Workers there are SO nice and so willing to work with you!

I have had nothing but good things to say about CMC, but this last visit left me thinking otherwise. For this particular location. I have ordered the same drink every single time and it’s usually $5. I asked for 3 shots of espresso, with oat milk, light ice and a large iced water. I understand some places charge additional for customization but my drink total was over double the price. I was curious as to why and the barista, Ciara, was low in patience, very short with her response and said I had customization that increased the price. Mid-conversation she rolls her eyes, turns around & leaves the window. Waiting there for about a minute, Kyra comes to the window and asks what the issue is. Again, I am just curious and ask why the price is reflecting such a difference from previous purchases. Kyra is short with her response and says they already made the drinks so if I were to make a change to the drink, I would have to pay for both. I wasn’t interested in changing my drink as I ordered how I usually get it. The fact that I would have had to pay for an additional drink wasn’t the issue; it was the disrespect, lack of patience and understanding, unwillingness to communicate is what I had trouble with. Ciara and Kyra, I understand we have our bad days, but it’s crucial to not express or show that to your customers in any sort of way! I appreciate the work you do, but please reconsider your future actions and words!

No call ahead orders allowed? Saying their too busy? What sense does this make. So you prefer I come into the drive through of yours which averages at a 25-30 minute wait vs just call ahead and be polite?

There is only one other coffee place that outshines CMC!!! However we dont have one of them here in the Valley or close!!! I just wish they had consistent depth of flavor, and service. My favorite has consistently been the one at the corner of Center Street and 5th Ave West.

My personal favorite coffee shop. Carries white coffee and has very friendly and competent employees. Never have they burnt my coffee (been there >100 times). Due to the parking lot setup, size of shop, and overall popularity, there is often a wait.

Best coffee in the valley! Those girls are superstars. Wanted to leave a review for them, the car on the other side from me looked like they got 6 or 7 drinks, I told the girl not to rush on mine because I wasn’t in any hurry. She was moving as fast as she could and got my coffee out in no time, but as I was putting my money away and getting ready to leave I noticed the driver of the next car after the large order was being extremely rude about the wait. I really felt for her, I was in awe of how she handled the large order and kept things moving. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I know how it can be. I just wanted to say don’t take it to heart, keep kicking butt out there, you guys are awesome and you do a fantastic and impressive job! PS. My coffee was delicious! ;-)

I love the coffee, it is always made well. But the wait is ridiculously long every time. I have timed it on several occasions. 5 min per car! Today I decided to get in line with 1 car ahead of me and 2 cars in line on the other side I was there for just over 20min. Honestly it probably would have been faster for me to drive down the Street to Starbucks and back then it was to sit in line. There has got to be a way for your baristas to be more efficient. This happens to me at all of the locations not just one. In the future I will only stop if nobody else is in line, it sucks as the coffee is fantastic.

White chocolate Americano had hardly any espresso in it. Seemed to be mostly flavoring and water? Also ordered a breakfast burrito and the bacon inside wasnt cooked properly. Ended up just throwing both away.

Only decent coffee shop I have found in montana. Not quite downtown seattle grade but... if you want a pretty good cup of Joe this is the place to get it in the flathead valley. They also do alot of red bull spritszers. If it wasnt the only decent coffee in Montana it would probably be a 4 star rating but it is the best of the area.

So I used to go here every week on payday and today was the last time I will ever go. When I lived in the area my coffee was always amazing and I loved but in the last 10 months it has gone so far downhill that I wont go back. I have gone at least one time every time I have been in the Valley but after this time I will not go back. They have screwed up my frappe everytime I have gone. I have ordered the same coffee from here for 5 almost 6 years and its so bad now that I threw away an $8 coffee because it tasted horrible. The other 2 drinks I bought this morning were good but they were also Hot drinks. I was very disappointed in the fact that they could get the hot drinks right but not my 32oz quad white chocolate carmel frappe with white coffee. I know white coffee doesnt taste as strong but I should have been able to taste the coffee still and I couldnt taste anything but the frappe mix they used. Very disappointing for me since I was a long time customer.

Best place in town, myself and my whole maintenance team stop in every day. Love my Meridian Copper Mountain. Friendliest staff.

Went there today, ordered 3 drinks and 3 borritos. The girls didnt open the window at all and when they did I had 1 more drink I needed to order. They told me I had to pull back around and wait in line again. Completely rude and unproffesional, maybe they should have opened the window before and what makes me finishing my order less important than the other people in line.

Great Customer Service Every Time. Fantastic drink choices ranging from Regular coffee, Teas, Chais, Matchas and White coffee. Their coffee base is not bitter or burnt. Quick turn around from ordering to finished product. I always visit the one right across from the old Herberger Store.

CMC has pretty good coffee. It’s very smooth and yummy! However, they take way too long. It’s not one single barista because every shop always has a huge line of at least 3 cars. There will be one car on each window and two baristas working and they will each sit at the window for at least 10 minutes. I don’t understand how it possibly can take that long. I rarely come here because of this reason.CMC you need to re vamp your workflow! 10 minutes for 2 drinks?! 😣
