Came in during my work break, and was enjoying the silence up until the workers were swatting flies and yelling while doing so. Other than that the coffee was good and the atmosphere is nice, minus the fly swatting. Overall an alright experience.

Dont know why they put this here but ok. Safeway already has one, but I suppose coffee traders downtown gets a little crowded but the Coffee Traders just down the highway has a lot more room to relax and an earthier local vibe. Corporate America can go elsewhere, but if you like Starbucks where youre from maybe you should go back 😉 😏

Great spot for working remotely. Starbucks never disappoints! Friendly service, clean and cozy interior and solid WiFi. Spend 5 hours being extra productive here while sipping on Peach Tranquility tea.Loved the little chalk board they had at this shop with a map of the US, prompting you to mark your home base. Added a little heart to Miami.Good parking, drive thru and central to major retail.

Unfriendly service in the drive through. Not once but twice now Ive dealt with rude snooty customer service. Fraps have more whip than frap. Iced coffees have more ice than coffee and hot coffees have no flavor. Also, unless you order quad shot you can barely tell your drink has coffee.

Delicious chicken n bacon panini funnel cake frap was the bomb so tasty together.

The staff was helpful, energetic and amazing! Only downside, was due to short supplies on hand, not everything was available, which was no fault of the baristas, but they still have to take the brunt of the customers negativity.

Every time I try a Starbucks the coffee tastes burnt

5 out of 5 would poop here again. Fantastic bathroom!

I dont usually give five star but its all about the whole picture, so as we drove in ..it was busy both inside and drive thru, I walked in to the sweetest gal..she made me feel like I wanted to have coffee with her, as I sat with my quickly made coffee ( a new Xmas frazzled one...yum)..she made her way to some of the customers and talk to them like she knew them for years...I just LOVE kind people, ones who take their time...Good JOB!!!Great coffee, superb service

The north store is fast and friendly! They do get busy, especially in the mornings but mobile ordering is a life saver!

My wife and I went in today for an afternoon refresher, and was greeted by Gracie, a new young lady at this location...she was so sweet and friendly! She recommended a new chocolate crumble frap for me and I really enjoyed it! I love how all these girls pull together to get the job done. They help and support each other. Way to go girls!!

See that half a cherry tomato sized tomato? That is all of the tomato in this aptly named Tomato & Mozzarella sandwich. I was pretty much eating Focaccia bread with a cheesy pesto spread. - It was the same disappointment I felt the last time I went and got a venti drink that was all ice. 5.25 plus a tip for a slurp of drink and a full cup of ice...On the flip side, I had a sip of coffee flavored water about every 30 min as the ice melted. A tip for you.... coffee flavored water isnt as good as coffee and just like other flavored waters - doesnt count as real water... maybe just hot beverages at this place.

My pink drinks were not shaken, causing them to be chunky and separate within 5 minutes of leaving the store. Not impressed by this lack of effort that would have taken an extra 15 seconds at most.

Visited on my way to Glacier National Park. The staff was inviting and friendly and my drink was perfect. Would definitely return and recommend.

Luke warm, wont order pike anymore. Asked for a little extra cream but got less. No more tips, Ive given too much already for lousy product.

Lobby is closed and they arent answering the drive thru even though theyre open, I did three laps in their drive thru and even yelled and honked at the window to get their attention, still no service to me or any of the other people going into the drive thru.

The drive thru window staff were very polite and friendly! I always have quick service here and the drinks are usually pretty good. I always get a frappe, but sometimes they have a little too much ice and not enough flavor.

Good people good coffee, cant go wrong.

The reason I usually go somewhere else is that their coffee tastes scorched. Even freshly brewed coffee has that flavor. The sweets we bought were really good and the staff was very nice.

Regular coffee frappe good! Blueberry black tea lemonade also good (but a bit sweet so I order half sweet and it is refreshing). Friendly service👍

I went through the drive thru this morning to get an iced caramel macchiato, and when I got to the window they accidentally gave me a hot one (not a big deal), but when I told them that I had asked for an iced one they decided to argue with me telling me that I didn’t and made me take the hot drink instead of offering to give me what I ordered. I don’t normally go to Starbucks anyways but this solidified for me that I should drive the extra mile somewhere else to get better customer service (and better coffee).

Absolutely awful coffee. I got the caramel ribbon crunch drink and it was literally over half way filled with whipped creme. Barely any caramel flavoring or sauce and it just tasted like straight blended ice and milk. Very unhappy. Especially when the drink cost over 5 dollars for smallest size.

The location is very easy to find and the seating area is very nice. The fireplace defiently gives it a nice vibe. Unfortunately my coffee tasted burnt and was not pleasant. Would go back for seating but would probably get a tea next time.

Starbucks has pleasant and professional servers. I prefer the blonde roast when ordering coffee. It has deep, creamy flavor.

Super cool staff but both times Ive been here the coffee was barely warm and the flavored coffee didnt seem stirred well.

Nice Starbucks in a safe clean area with a view of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and, as usual, the coffee and pastries wee excellent. I would definitely visit this place again!

The guy making the drinks was a hoot. Some parents were trying to embarrass their teenager by having dorky names on their drinks and he played right along and announced them dramatically and loud enough for everyone to hear. 10/10. The drink I purchased was well prepared, as well.

Starbucks is your typical trendy Metro Coffee Shop in the center of town they do an amazing job of making coffee but were one of the first to capitalize on making coffee something more than just a $0.05 cup at your local Diner so many of their things are much more expensive this one is rather small and quaint has a fireplace and sits right next to the center mall

Quick and friendly service. Great location with the patio facing south and near Loews and Costco. Across the highway are more box stores, restaurant, and a movie theater. We are enjoying our Starbucks fix before a movie.

Its okay. The service was fine, but they only have two sugar free flavors to choose from. Not very fun if your diabetic.

Twice in one week employees ignored and avoided me, no eye contact, (I was the only one in line), today looked at me with disgust for asking a simple question (when will the sugar and milk containers be refilled?) acted like I was putting them out for doing their job.

Its a great place. I get heavily confused when using the bathroom. Its tricky because the restrooms are not labeled. Im always worried Im going to go into the womens restroom.

Starbucks is great! If you want fresh coffee Starbucks is the way to go

Overall pretty solid, clean, and very quick. Very honest about a couple different issues that did arise. Very busy.

Went through the drive through. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were served to us cold in the middle, not just not hot, actually physically cold. Then when we left they didnt give us the credit card back. If they would have given us the card back it would have been 2 stars.

Great service, always have a smile and quick drive through time. Coffee ends up run of the mill Starbucks... if youre into that.

Could not connect to wifi as it would not accept internet address. Tried three different addresses, even tried one of the assistants address. Still would not connect. Bad for an internet cafe.

The drinks are consistent! We have a solid experience with our order . .. the waitstaff needs to learn to make eye contact and have a casual conversation.Its become a running joke ....

Went on a drive-thru on a happy hour and a server seemed nice at first until I asked for a replacement since she didnt get my drink correctly and did only give me one straw for 2 drinks. I felt rushed when there was only a car behind me. No apologies. Usually when youre not satisfied, Starbucks Policy is to replace a new drink for you and this server doesnt seem to have a very good people skill. She just wanted to move on to the next order. Disappointed.

Loving that they have stevia monkfruit sweetener as alternative to sugar. Fire felt very nice on a cold day.

I prefer the main street Starbucks to this one any day! The store was dirty, chairs uncomfortable, and the staff just wasnt very friendly or nice. The coffee wasnt bad but I defienently prefer the main street Starbucks to this one.

Service was quick for the amount of customers. They looked understaffed but like i said they still got everything out in a decent amount of time. This is my favorite starbucks out of the two in Kalispell. Keep up the good work guys, and my green iced tea is delicious as always.

Ordered a Grande White Mocha Frap... got a tall and when I corrected them they literally poured the tall in a Grande cup and gave me more whip cream.... really? Nice way to correct your error. It didn’t taste very good either, had no flavor to it. This is why I usually go to Florence Coffee...
