I have visited this location on several occasions, only because I believe sometime people have bad days... This time was the last! There is not one employee at this location that injoys customer serves. They give the City Brew brand a bad image. I will be taking my business to someone who appreciates it and treats me better!!

We usually like this location and pulled in 7 min to 7- not realizing they close at 7 as the sign said open. The drive through had an announcement saying they were closed. Im unsure what open until 7 means here but the coffee shop down the street happily took our buisness right at 7. Maybe some additional training to ensure the services are available during paid buisness hours would be beneficial to the employees working this shift? I do get the clean up right before close but there is no way that extra 5 minutes of clean up after 7 to retain customers can be that trying. 1/5 today guys. Looking forward to a better experience in the future 🤞

I really actually love their coffee. It is bold but smooth. It has great flavor. When I drink the flavored lattes they arent too sweet. You can actually taste the coffee. Love love love this place!

Starbucks knock-off however prices are higher than Id expect. Cozy interior, good place to read and relax. Coffee and food items are average. I wouldnt go out of my way to come here. Pros: Nice atmosphere, food and beverage options. Cons: Average tasting, higher price than Id expect, especially for the quality.

Coffee was good. But didn’t give me a receipt that is asked for. Kind of a disappointing experience in the regard.

I love City Brew. Ive been going there for years, since theyve been open. Back in 2004-2008 they let me put my booklets in their stores when I was doing volunteer work for the Breast Cancer Foundation. I ended up forming a route if you will. I visited EVERY City Brew Shop in the Valley once a week to replenish my booklets.Theyve always been courteous and kind to me there. I dont get there as often since becoming physically disabled but I still make it once in a while. Thank you City Brew.

Clean indoor seating..friendly staff.. drive through available as well. On a very busy corner so getting in and out can be challenging at times depending on traffic but the stop is definitely worth it

Its nice to have a coffee shop that does a good job of competing with Starbucks the coffee is really pretty good but marketed at the same level as other chain coffee shops. they sell water processed decaf which is an important feature for us and have a nice area for doing business meeting or studying for reading and catching up on the news

Ordered 3 drinks took forever... inside... drive through had 4 cars go through before I got one drink. Purchased a cup from them.. would have thought it was like home where you get a free drink with mug purchase... nope... at least the drinks were satisfying service sucked..

It was a nice experience to get a nice hot cup of coffee on the go early Saturday morning with a complimentary newspaper. Serve was quick and polite. I have heard that the atmosphere inside is comfortable and relaxing as well.

What can you say about City Brew except that I do enjoy their coffee.It has a rich robust and mellow flavor that I particularly enjoy.When I moved back to Kalispell about 20 years ago I did not drink coffee very much.But as I decided to go on coffee dates with friends.I learned that a great cup of coffee and a good visit with a friend can be an exceptional way to spend time.I will continue to treat myself to coffee at City Brew.

I usually stop here when I waiting for my car to be worked on. The staff is friendly and it is always clean. When Im there I hop on the WiFi and get work done. Its a nice little coffee shop. I think it provides a little more intimacy than the other ones in town. They have great scones and I enjoy the hot chocolate

Just stopped in for ”Montana Morning Latte”... mmmmm. Always completely clean and fresh inside and service is always with a bright smile from the crew, (even with a crowded 5:00 rush. Crew is patient and accommodating at this location.

So I’m super picky about my coffee, and I usually go to Starbucks because they’ve never messed up my order in all the years I’ve been going there, but I was on my way to an appointment and I didn’t have time to stop by Starbucks. So I went to the south Kalispell city brew and I swear it was like they didn’t listen to a word I said. My coffee was completely wrong. Wrong flavor, not the temp I asked for, I had to ask for a sleeve 3 times, and I didn’t get the whip I asked for either. Their employees need to work on their listening skills. I used to be a barista which why I am picky with my coffee and I know they need to have great memories and wonderful listening skills, which these employees did not have.

Use to go all the time, it was convenient. However we started going almost every day. The thing abought my and my girlfriends relationship is we are bolth diabetics and we where bolth given non sugar free drinks more and more often.

My favorite coffee place! Very good granitas. Went thru drive thru and got a granita, didnt taste right, and I dont like doing this, but I went back in and had them remake it. They did and apologized for me having to go back. Its ok! Mistakes happen! Very glad they were very decent about it because Its hard for me to have to go back to tell them they made it wrong! Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work! There are a few employees who need to work on their customer service skills, but for the most part they are friendly!Ok, messing up a drink is one thing...BUT when you arent friendly to customers there is NO excuse. Had a dumb experience with a Jessica at the north location. She needs to be nice. Just saying. Not only will bad drinks keep people away. Rude employees will also. Its a longer drive to the south location but willing to go there to avoid the rude employees. Very good drinks still though.
