I had an auto accident in which my entire front end was damaged. I took my car to R and M based on recommendations from a few friends. I am so happy I did as my car looks great!! My car was just short of being totaled (new car being leased) so it had a good amount of damage. They took such good care of me. I had just hit a young deer on Red Arrow Highway back in August just leaving work. I was able to drive home to report the incident with my insurance provider who recommended R & M who is not far from my house. I drove it in & they was totally professional, they even took me back home. I love the work they done, in fact like i was told Well make that look like it never happened & in fact it looks better.

I went to see Jordan and Mark at R&M because I had a dent that was preventing my car door from opening, Mark looked at the dent, banged it a couple times and opened my door right up. “Magic hands” is what he said. Better part is that he didn’t even charge me a dime to open my door. God has truly blessed this place. I took my car over to where Chevrolet had recommended and they were going to charge me $1900 saying that in order to even get the door open, they’d have to cut a hole in my door. But I continued to shop around and I thank God that I found these guys At R&M (seeing they had so many great google reviews I decided to stop by) As I mentioned to Mark, I am definitely bringing my car to them to Repair the dent.I highly recommend this place 👍🏾👍🏾🙏🏾

These guys are the real deal! A couple of months ago I had them replace the front bumper on my 2017 Camry. Unfortunately, the paint began to chip off in one area. The bumper they received from Toyota had a defect making the paint not adhere correctly. They took it in and ended up replacing the whole front bumper and repainting at no charge to me. These guys really stand behind their work. I also had them repair an area in the rear that was damaged. My car came out looking brand new again and I couldnt be happier! Exceptional customer service, I cant say it enough!

I have to share this story! Last week, I was driving from Chicago to Kalamazoo to meet my GF so we can drive up north (I was going to surprise propose to her there that evening but she did not know). On my way to Kalamazoo my car started giving me trouble and I got really stressed. Long story short I stopped at R&M not only were they SUPER NICE, but they gave me a free quote ... told me I dont need to spend that kind of money (WHICH IS UNHEARD OF) .... instead they did a quick work on the car AND TOLD ME ITS FREE ... by far the most incredible experiences ive had of customer service at any place let alone a body shop ... I live in Chicago but I with all seriousness will consider driving 4 hours to Kalamazoo if I ever need any major work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

R & M Auto Body did an incredible job replacing my front bumper. Mark was always very professional and the price he quoted me was very reasonable compared to what Ive been charged in the past. It looks really great now, just like new! I will be referring others to get body work done here and I will definitely be coming back if I need other body work done on my car.

By a long shot, the easiest auto damage repair Ive ever had. Ive had a few. One call, then drop off. They called when done (4 days ahead of schedule). I picked up a perfect car. They worked with my adjuster and I literally did nothing. I live that R&M guys are local. The pride of their work shows in my car.They rubbed out my other booboos, detailed the interior and exterior. I felt like getting into a new car. Its an 08 Highlander. Dang...nice work, Jordan & company! 😎✌

I just took my car to R&M to have several small issues fixed, and they did an excellent job. Everything looks great. Additionally, they charged me far less than other places in the area quoted me. They could have charged me for more expensive service, but they instead suggested more reasonably priced fixes that would be just as good and would be more in line with the value of my car. The dedication to helping the customer find the right repair option rather than charging as much as possible is really great to see from a body shop. I will definitely come back for any body work I need in the future, and I will recommend R&M to others as well.

Went to R&M because I backed my car up and like a dummy I had my door open and backed my open car door on a pole and bent the door back, would not close or open more than a few inches, so I go to the shop and Rick (hes the R)comes out tells me he is taking it into the shop to look at it,less than a half hour later he brings my car out says here u go. Unreal,Ive been stressing out since this happened. There are still Good people in the world and Mr. Rick is a perfect example..!!.. Thank You!!! You were a blessing!!!

Went there for an estimate. Very cool waiting area and very helpful staff. They were recommended by a friend. I would definitely go back.

A quality service at a fair price. Fast, flexible. And friendly. Safelite wouldnt replace my windshield because of some minor rust issues. R&M had me back on the road in a few days. New windshield, repaired metal, and no more leak.Edit: they forgot to plug in my interior lights in the headliner, and installed the passenger side mirror backwards so it couldnt open. Easy fixes on my part, just easy missed details. Ill still use them again because I want good body work.

Their estimate was $400 cheaper than the big chain shop. And the final cost ended up being exactly what they estimated. My car looks brand new again. I would highly recommend

I took my Subaru into R and M Auto on Mosel Rd. Kalamazoo, MI to get some body work done. I was comfortable with the price quoted to me, but afraid that when I picked it up it would be inflated. I was assured it wouldn’t be. I got the car back a day early, bonus, and in better condition than when I bought it a year ago at the Subaru dealership! The price was exactly what I was told. As I drove it away I noticed they had cleaned the inside of my car as well as doing a spit shine on my outside. I have to tell you, it brought me to tears. Being 64 and widowed, I find auto places “see me coming…” I highly recommend this business for body repair on your vehicle! A BIG Thank You to all the ones who made my experience pleasant!

The folks at R & M Auto Body do amazing work! They got my car in on Monday and I picked it up on Tuesday and I can’t even tell the difference (replaced my whole rear bumper and the paint is perfect). Even went so far as to wash the outside and clean up the inside. Great shop!

We took our 2006 Chevy Silverado for rear fender, bumper and tailgate work. When we picked the truck up we could not have been more happy. These guys do fantastic work! Not only had they repaired, painted and buffed out the damaged areas, they had buffed out the entire truck. It looked brand new and was blended perfectly! They cleaned all of the interior as well. They go above and beyond and make sure you get a high quality result. We couldn’t give them a higher recommendation.

These guys do great work. Mark is stand up guy. I was extremely happy with the work they did. And when YEARS later my paint began to prematurely chip off, they fixed it at no cost to me.Just go there.

I had a very positive experience with R & M- they were able to get my vehicle in sooner than any competitors I contacted, completed in less time than originally estimated and did quality work. Their website was under development at the time I utilized their services, which made me hesitate to try them. If youre like me, and like to review online before you give them a chance I would strongly encourage you to look past the deficiency in webpage presence. Im hoping not to need any body work on my vehicle any time soon, but if life throws me another curve ball like the one that led me to do business with R & M, theyre going to be the first place i call.

R&M is an exceptional auto body shop. Got in a little accident and immediately started to look around the Kalamazoo area for the best deal. As a college student I was extremely afraid of how much it was going to cost. I found R&M and the associate I talked to (may have been the owner, but Im not positive) was extremely friendly and gave me an awesome deal that was almost 40% less than some of the places I got quotes from. When I got to the car back it looked perfect. I couldnt ask for more and I highly recommend R&M
