The service at Gerber Collision & Glass was great. The receptionist was professional and helpful. The repairs to my vehicle are amazing. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

I went in for an estimate and repairs, the young lady at the front desk was amazing. Susan was knowledgeable in the process and super friendly. Every time I called she was always helpful when Cameron was unavailable.

My car is getting some cosmetic repairs and it was supposed to be DONE on Sept. 2, 2021………. it is SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 and i still do not have my car. and i won’t have it for at least 2 weeks to a month, which i just found out. how insane is that? my boyfriends car BROKE DOWN and it was able to be fixed within 2 DAYS! how in the world can they not have my car done yet? they also ordered the wrong part which put it on an even longer wait. i just don’t understand anything ab this company and i will NEVER use them again or recommend my worst enemy to them. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE!

Very rude and disrespectful! I asked how long the repairs would take so I could get a rental lined up with enterprise, I was told they would know until the repairs are being done I then said isn’t that what I got the estimate done for and I got hung up on.Took my business to K&D Body shop in three Rivers. I highly recommend them

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and helpful from the time I walked in and dropped off my keys to the time I came back to pick up my car. The stand-in receptionists, along with Susan, Kevin, Cameron, and Eli all were impeccable when it came to providing me with excellent service and Five-Star level care for my car. Accidents are no fun, but I would DEFINITELY enjoy coming back to Gerber Collision & Glass if the need should arise. My car went in the last week of august for minor repairs. it is now october 18th and i still have not gotten my car back. was just informed one of their workers broke something else on my car and now i have to wait for that to get in and get done. im supposed to be going home for a family wedding this weekend but probably won’t be able to thanks to gerber. also have barely been able to work due to not having a car. so thank gerber. really. you’re amazing.
