Always have a great experience with Lexus dealers. I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Treyson at Servco Lexus Maui this time and it was the best. The purchasing experience was painless and fast; Treyson was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The car was shipped to me on another island in perfect condition. I will make a trip to Maui just to make my next Lexus purchase from Treyson.

I had my Lexus towed to Servco Lexus as it was the only place I knew of at the time to work on my baby. The Service Department rocks!!! The Service Manager, Melanie, is amazing and promptly took care of my baby with everything it needed. I couldnt be happier with my experience and will definitely bring my business to them...but hopefully not too soon. Lol.

These guys are really great. Ive just had 2 Lexus for the last year or so, and Ive had nothing but good results from these guys. Highly recommended. Theres a reason that people who own Toyotas are come to this dealership to have there maintenance work done.

We took our RX 400H here for a timing belt service and everything worked out great. The service was completed on time and under budget. As long as the pricing is competitive it is a no-brainer to work with the dealership. Five stars highly recommended!

Last week my car battery died and after looking at a few different options I decided to go to Servco Lexus in Kahului for convenience, and because my brother recommended. ( He has his car serviced here, and is also currently looking at buying a new car on the lot from here ).I decided to go here even though I knew I could save a couple hundred going somewhere cheaper, because I thought the quality of service would be higher.After further inspection I needed new brakes as well. Additionally, I decided to get my oil change done at the same time.I decided to get brakes and a new battery here. Tyran in the service center was friendly, informative and very pleasant to work with.Unfortunately, when I went in to get my car ( the service center was closed but Tyran ensured I could pick up on Saturday since the service took longer than expected), a sales representative was extremely rude, abrasive, and long story short, I could not be more disappointed with our interaction. The miscommunication and disrespect was horrible.I understand he ( I believe his name is Derek) is in a different department, but when you work for a company, everyone represents the company .You should all work together to take care of any client properly.I am disappointed that this is where I chose to spend my money, I am discouraging my brother from buying a new car off the lot here, and hope he decides to go a different route and support a different company with future services and purchases.I dislike leaving bad reviews but this one is 100% warranted.

Akira Moriyasu at Servco Lexus IS the best.!! He sold a car to my daughter recently and was above board in the honesty department. He has lovely manners which go a long way with me. He gave both the plus and the minus of three cars we were looking at and was very knowledgeable about tech details, performance, gas mileage and in a very low key manner. I liked him as much as his cars. All in all a really great used car sales experience. This was a transaction with a lender on the mainland but both parties made it go seamlessly. I would buy a car from Servco Lexus and Akira Moriyasu again in the future.

New Service Advisor failed to stay on task and speak to warranty company regarding the needed work for my Forester.

Ugly ass customer service. They dont help u nicely and salemens are lazy.
