The Service Department at BMW of Maui did an amazing job on our 2004 MINI COOPER S!!! The Service Tech Greg Williamson kept us informed of the progress, and made sure we had a nice loaner car to use during the repairs. How nice it was to end up in a lovely 2021 MINI COOPER loaner! We are very happy that our car is repaired. Service was friendly. The mechanic Peter is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was open to sharing information about our car as it was being repaired, which we appreciated tremendously. Our service advisor Greg seemed to always be busy, but was able to provide the information we needed, managed the servicing of our car, and directed communications forward and back as needed. There were various part replacements needed. Parts were not available at this dealership & required to be shipped in. We ordered in the parts personally from another dealership as there was a 30 - 35% mark-up on part costs at this dealership. Some of the final costs were higher than previously estimated prior to taking our car in to the shop & also from what is advertised on the BMW Value Services website. We appreciated manager Shawn making adjustments to our final bill to honor advertised prices and estimates. We also received a complimentary safety check. At pick up, the car’s exterior was wiped down which made it look great. But the interior was dirtier than I’ve ever seen it. There was a layer of dust, dirt, and grass cuttings on every part of the interior of the car. They may have left windows open while the car was parked outside of the shop …. I’m really not sure. Very disappointed about this and was very surprised to receive this way from a BMW dealership, but we’re happy to have our car working great.

Christian, my salesman, gave me the same level of excellent service in buying a used car as I got from the Maui BMW when I leased a new car. He was low pressure and made the whole process very easy and streamlined. It took less than two hours to trade in my old car and pick out and finance the new one.

BMW of Maui is amazing and Greg was really helpful. They send you a video inspection of your vehicle going over the status of your car which was super useful. They gave me estimates in a timely manner and have already scheduled a follow up visit for my car for further maintenance (my car just needs a lot of work done in general). 5/5.

I have been using BMW of Mauis service since 2011, 10 years now, for my beloved MINI Cooper Clubman! I intend to keep this car as a classic in the future (the body style changed to be larger in 2016) and so I want OEM parts and guaranteed service. Over the years it has been mostly good, but then there was a period before and shortly after they moved to their new location on Hookele street. I was outright lied to about needing a new water pump when I went to get a safety check (which they refused to do until said water pump was replaced). Fast forward 3 years later (2020 in Sept). I approached my desire for service, letting them know I am educated and do research about my car and wanted the honest service I had experience in prior years or I would never be coming back for service again. This time I was pleased with my experience. I felt heard and that my service was done honestly. Perhaps due to COVID, I was texted and emailed videos from the mechanic himself, which showed me exactly what was going on with my car. I was then able to feel confident moving forward with the services that were done. This week, I had service again and was VERY pleased with the whole experience. Ron Hancock was very pleasant to deal with, treated me as a valued customer and was kind, exact opposite from 3 years ago. I got a video from the mechanic again and loved the valet service where they pick up and deliver my car back home! I hope it stays this way. In Hawaii, employees come and go so often, it is hard to develop relationships with the people at the dealership, so when you go back a year later for service, you have to start all over explaining that you are a loyal customer, and perhaps deal with someone who is rude whereas the former person you dealt with was great. BMW, of Maui, please continue to deliver the current level of customer service (05/2021) in the future! A L O H A

I was due in for my one year oil change and vehicle check-up. Making an appointment was easily accomplished all via texting initiated from the BMW of Maui website. Appointment availability was good for the day I was requesting. I had no wait time upon showing up at the service entrance. Ron in the service department was very helpful. My vehicle key fob seemed to pull up all necessary information for service staff and work authorization was efficiently printed for my signature. I wandered around the showroom for a little while to check out some aspects of the LCI facelift of the 2021 5 series and glance at other models. The showroom was neatly maintained and the sales floor staff very friendly. My GF picked me up and I took care of other shopping and errands while in town. As promised the service department texted me when my vehicle was available for pick up. So far all of the people I have encountered at BMW of Maui since purchasing from Darius a year ago have been friendly and professional. And of course my 540i has been the absolute most enjoyable midsize sedan Ive ever owned.

I had my Mini Cooper’s annual service and safety inspection completed on June 1, 2020. The service manager told me ahead of time what I needed to bring in for the safety inspection, which was helpful.The annual service and safety inspection were both covered by the Warranty. My car was also washed.My only complaint is I brought my car in on time for the 8:30 appointment and had assumed the service would be completed promptly while I waited. When I arrived, I was informed there was a backlog due to staffing shortages due to the pandemic and my car would not be done until 1:30 or later. I ended up getting it just before 2 PM.If I had been told this when I scheduled the appointment, I would have re-scheduled for later in the month when things got more normal.

I give BMW Maui my highest recommendation for superior customer service, total value, and incredible quality! I recently worked with both Anthony Simone (Sales) and Aka Demesa (General Manager) to procuremy dream car: a 2020 BMW Z4 that is blue with the cognac leather interior.The challenge with car manufacturers today is all the cars seem to be the same dull, boring colors: black, white, and every shade of gray and I wanted something that was more my style. I want blue! So Anthony and I shopped online for sometime and considered ordering one direct from the factory in Germany but I didnt want to wait that long. So he searched and found me the exact Z4 that I wanted in Honolulu and they special ordered it and shipped it to me at NO COST to me.Their finance team gave me top dollar for my trade in, applied a factory discount, and gave me the lowest interest rate that I have ever seen in the industry. All of which made me super happy!Most importantly, upon arrival of my Z4, they detailed it to sparkle, delivered it to my house and then Anthony spent 30-45 minutes with me in my driveway helping my program cars computer so that I could customize the car exactly to my liking. Not only did they get a two-year safely inspection sticker for me, but brought license plates, and then added a gift bag with lots of BMW goodies to top it off and be the icing on the cake. Oh yeah, they even topped it off and gave me a full tank of gas upon delivery.I have buying and selling cars for years, and have never experienced anything like this in my life. I had a battery problem where something was draining it. BMW traced it to a faulty alarm system controller, said the part was unavailable and disconnected it, without asking me, then gave me a bill for $350. So my alarm and remote no longer worked. Turns out the part IS available, if you know where to look. Now I have to buy it and pay to have it installed elsewhere.

Silly small line items added to estimate repairs that added $2000 of labor costs. Crazy expensive!!
