The service was quick, I recieved a replacement phone in a few days. This gave me the opportunity to transfer all my data to the new phone. A return packing sticker was inside, even a piece of tape to reseal the old phone in the box was included.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. He wasnt able to give me the news I wanted to hear, but he nonetheless did a great job looking into my issue thoroughly. They did all they could, and thats all I can ask, really.

If I could give a lesser rating I would. Took my phone in at 10:40 am to have them repair it they said it would only take a couple hours. I get off work and go back and they tell me my phone wont be ready till 6pm. So I drive back to joplin a 40 minute drive from where I live and show up at just after 6pm they tell me its going to be a while longer. So we sat in the parking lot till well after closing hours waiting for them to hand me my phone that was completed and done but they had to wait to get approval to get paid for the work before they would give me back my phone. It was under warranty so they told me samsung had to approve the work so they could get there money.

I called Thursday to get my phones screem repaired. They said they could do it that day so I dropped it off. After work I went to pick it up and they said they had started it but it was not ready. They would finish it FIRST thing in the morning and I could pick it up by 10 or 11. I live 45 mins away so I made an extra trip to Joplin Friday. I got there and waited 45 mins to find out my phone was NOT done. I may or may not have said some choice words. 4 hours later I called and they said my phone was done. I show up and they gave me back my shattered phone. And told me to get out of their store. Im glad I didnt give them my money. They are liars. I took my phone to Cellphone Medics and they had it done in less than 2 hours.

Nate was super helpful. Even though the cost of the part to get it repaired was cost prohibitive, he was honest and helped with leads to a replacement console. Super nice guys and are quick to sort out simple problems and find the solution without making it a hassle. Id recommend going to them, for sure.

At first. I was upset. They took a few days longer to fix my phone then I was initially told. Generally no big dealBut there was no communication during the little fix. It was an honest mistake I feel like. They called the phone they were fixing. But they went and ahead and fixed the back glass on my note 9 since it was a little fractured. For no charge. Which is usually $120ish. Without me asking them to make it right. Id go back.

They are all very knowledgeable and always happy to help.....But the only downfall is their response time back to the customer. This is the second Time I have dropped off merchandise for repairs or diagnostic and never hear back from them on updates. I usually call 3-4 days later and each time they are done with my products. But other than that I will continue to use them. They do amazing work and are very cost effective

They had the best price in town, it was gonna cost me around 165.00 for just the screen on ebay, paid a little more and got new phone and new battery, they just put my motherboard in and it was fixed in a couple hrs. Very Happy I chose them . They will get my business from now on.

Brought in a Mac laptop screen replacement, originally quoted 1 week due to shipping and labor. Ended up taking 4 weeks due to miscommunication among staff about ordering the part, still payed full price. Laptop is functional and has had no issues but very untimely.

I had a tablet there to get the screen replaced and everytime I called they said their working on it should be done that day or forsure the day after . this went on from Wednesday till the next monday finally I go to pick it up on tues and they havent touched it..needless to say I will never go back ..

Great people, I had to send my xbox in twice, first time was because it showed an error code, the next it was because it wouldnt connect to Wi-Fi. Turns out it wouldnt connect to Wi-Fi because it needed a software update. They were kind enough to not have us pay since it was an easy fix. Would definitely recommend.

They were so helpful and polite. They made a simple repair to a toy with no charge. They were unable to repair an item and searched online for another business I could contact. I will definitely be going back when I need another repair.

I made a appointment to get a new screen on my phone. They said it will take 3 hours. I finally got my phone back 5 and half hours later. They would not give me a discount or anything for wasting my day. I would stop by and check on my phone and they keep telling 30 min, then I come back o another 30 min. I will not do business with them again.

If i had the option I would give them zero stars. Customer service is horrible! Kept breaking parts on my computer and charging me extra than what i was originally told when I first gave them my computer. There is NO way i would have agreed to pay as much as they want now all of a sudden!! And they take so much more time because of breaking it more and having to constantly order new parts. Obviously the employees are bad at their job if they cant fix it. They were not being very professional with us. Every time I called to check up they would tell me they broke another part of my screen and had to order another part. It wouldnt have been so bad if they covered the cost of all the extra damages THEY made to the screen and kept it at the original price I was told from the beginning but the DIDNT do that. Instead they told me a higher price from the start because they said i had to pay for all the parts. I understand the parts I needed fixed when i brought it in but not the parts they broke. They said they would take $20 off the price which still left it at a higher price than what I was originally given. Worst store ever. Ill make sure word gets out to everyone I know as well with how I have been treated.

Did a awesome job fixing my stuff

I brought my Nintendo switch pro controller in for repair. They replaced my battery which (to be fair) is what I requested. But they had the controller for 5 weeks and when I got it back it wasn’t fixed. They never did any kind of quality assurance to ensure that the item was fixed. They did the bare minimum and five weeks later I got a broken controller. Never going back.

They miss typed the ID code on the phone. So it took a long time to re program the phone after a screen repair. Not sure if that is true. The guy wasnt very convincing. Had 2 phones fixed in less time

Not happy. They told us it would take 1 to 2 hours,it took 4.we were out of town and had to wait a long time.would have not got it fixed if I knew it would take 4 hours.

I’m not super impressed. Made an appointment online for a free diagnostic. Walked into the store and told them the issues I was having with my iPad, they didn’t look at it or even ask questions about it. Just told me that the screen is going out and that it would be a $140 fix. I didn’t even spend that much on the iPad itself. I guess that’s why the diagnostics are free. Went to another business and they actually asked me questions and told me they’d look at it and determine the issue from there.The business has since replied to this review. I’d like to point out that after taking the device to another business, we found the issue was actually just some corrosion around the charger port. Didn’t need a new screen or anything. Had the employee actually examined the device, maybe they would have been able to pinpoint that issue themselves, instead of telling me without hesitation it’s going to be a 150 dollar fix for a new screen I didn’t even need.

Brought my laptop in because I could hardly adjust the angle of the screen without it acting like I had shut it completely. The techs were able to identify warping where the battery was... turns out my battery had swollen to three times its normal size and was at risk of exploding, which could have injured myself or my family or even started a fire. Very affordable and knowledgeable staff, quite friendly.

I took my MotoZ play Android phone by the local Verizon store to get the battery checked out. The phone would run out of power shortly after a full charge. The salesperson checked the phone itself and said it was good, must be the battery. He gave me his business card along with a uBreakiFix card and away I went after a new battery.At uBreakiFix the technician told me he could order a battery and it would take a few days to get the battery and a couple hours to install. Since my wife has a phone like mine I ordered 2 batteries, they will get the batteries in a few days. This all happened on a Thursday.....Friday I break the screen on mine :-( I called uBreakiFix, they ordered a new screen for me, all would be at the store in a few days. I took our phones back on Thursday a week after ordering, he said give him about 3 hours. After that amount of time, I went back to pick them up. My phone was close to being done.... but they had busted the screen on my wifes phone!! No apologies either! Oh but that cost would be on them, REALLY!! they didnt need to tell me that!!! So now two weeks after my initial visit the just a few days battery and screen replacement on my phone is done. The battery and unnecessary screen replacement on my wifes phone is done. Still no apologies.WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN !!!

Cannot replace pixel screens. Do not respond with a response like my phone wasnt repairable. It merely had a cracked screen. 24+ hours later and your employees not being able to get a speaker working, one that worked both before and after, is not when you say oh, your phone is not repairable! I believe you should know that before hand. It was a cracked screen. How many pixels have you done screen replacements on?

Cleaned up my charging port at no cost

I initially dropped my sons Nintendo Switch off for repair of a charging port on 7/2. I was promised that I would be complete by that evening at 5. 5pm came and went without a call from uBreakiFix. I followed up the next day and was rudely informed by Yuriel (sp?) that it was not their job to call me. I came and picked up said Switch the evening of 7/3. When we got home and my son attempted to start playing, the touch screen was not working, (it worked fine prior to the repair).I then followed up again and was told they would fix it. The following Monday, I was able to pick it back up and was told it was in fact that it was a soldering issue on their part but rest assured it was now fixed.Fast forward to 8/5. We are now having charging issues again so I reached out to uBreakiFix regarding the warranty that supposedly came with the initial repair. I was told to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I dropped it off that evening.On 8/11 I received as call from one of the employees at uBreakiFix informing me that my sons switch was not able to be repaired due to now the motherboard was no longer accepting a charge and they would not be responsible for repairing the device.Today, 8/13, my husband picked up my sons device and the game that was initially in it when we dropped it off was no longer there.At this point we are now out the $110 for a faulty repair and terrible customer service and the $60 to replace my sons game due to a sticky fingered technician that decided to keep something that did not belong to them.I hope you are happy uBreakiFix, thanks for not only damaging a device that was important to my son but also keeping a game that was purchased as a birthday gift. There was a reason you went out of business last time and it looks like that is the direction that you are headed again. My mistake was trusting that you would do the right thing.In response to the “owner’s” reply:The device was never fixed. Bait & switch. Prepaid total amount for repair when I dropped phone off. Then was charged an extra 47 dollars when I picked it up. Bait and switch is illegal.

I honestly came upon this place on accident. I had pulled into the first parking lot I found to spend a few minutes researching where to go in town to fix my phone. I look up while Google was loading and I see this store in front of me. I walk in and tell them what I need done. Everyone in the store was super polite, listened to and understood my situation, and made me aware of all of the deals they had going on. I had no problems leaving my phone there. When I got back to the store about 2-3 hours later (after running errands) they showed me my phone, discussed with me in detail what was going on in terms that I could understand (I’m not tech savvy at all), made sure I was okay with everything they needed to do/had done, and my phone was as good as new! I will definitely come here in the future! Super nice! Super helpful! Super professional! Super reasonable!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They did not mind showing what the replacement parts were like and the customer service was very good in general. Kept all my stuff and gave some good sales advice when considering asurions extended warranty to cover all electronics, not just my note 9!

Took xbox there to fix and $40 later still wasnt fixed. Opened up the xbox myself and reconnected a wire that had came disconnected. Poor customer service.
