This is the worst store I have ever been to and the workers will tell you the wrong thing or put in the computer the wrong thing so you have to pay extra money to get your phones and that the phones arent worth what you pay for them and you try to get them exchanged within 2 days and they wont do it Im switching my services

Walked in dreading the hole new service with 3 lines thing. I walked into a friendly atmosphere, immeditly greeted and in no time a man named Ricky, and a woman who I regrettably didnt catch the name of, I think she said she was the manager but I may be incorrect, regardless they both where very professional, made what is usually a strung out affair very quick and very accomplished. Will definitely do business with them in the future.
Went to go pay my phone bill in the store today but they have signs up now that say you are required to wear a face mask to be in the store when throughout Missouris stay at home order they didnt have the signs up. I am asthmatic and cannot wear a face mask and be able to breathe properly. Had to go load the money onto chime just so i coule pay my bill.
I love Metro PCS because they are affordable. I have normally dealt with the Webb City, MO store and have always had good service. I recently went to the Joplin, MO store on 7th st. and bought a phone. The day i bought the phone the gentleman was helpful. I went in two days later to get help transferring my contacts and pictures cause Im not very phone literate. I practically had to beg for help. Then went in today and was lied to by another gentleman about a promotion for a free phone had ended today and i would have to buy a new one if i wanted to add someone to my plan that was coming from a different carrier. I went to the Webb City store and they said that it had not ended. So Im adding a new line with Webb City. I highly recommend using Webb City Metro PCS they have always been helpful.
The plan unto its self wasnt that bad. however, we had phone insurance, but later found out we had to pay an extra 6 usd a months to get it. but i had no idea i even had the extra insurance, because they didnt even inform me of that when my phone broke. they are friendly for the most part, but tend to get a bit rude behind other customers back. got the free tablet, which not only is trash, but never got my 50 dollars back... it goes on.
Got 4 phones with unlimited everything for $100.00 a month! Its amazing. The phones we got are Samsung galaxy J 7 Prime and they are great phones. Only had one problem,which was my fault,not the phone or the companies. I highly recommend this for all your cell phone needs. Well worth the 5 star rating.
I have 5 lines threw them and only pay $125. Unlimited everything... Data, text and Calling. Keep it up. But get more polite people the skinny black guy that was working there is the way all of them should be going out of his way to help a customer. A+ man.

Clean and friendly people. Weve been with this company for two years now and i dont really have any complaints. Good service and not a bad price for phones and phone accessories. We have 3 phones unlimited service and insurance with hot sopts and pay under $130 which has been great.
If I could just give you a 0 I would. My fiance and I have been customers of Metro pcs and actually started our service at this store in Joplin. The problem is we added my daughter who lives in Joplin, we no longer live there and are over 4 hours away, she went in to buy another phone as hers is not working anymore and she was not able to purchase another phone even though she is on the account. Your employee said that one of us had to be there in person to do it. Unbelievable!!!!!! After 4 years of service I think we need to look into a different carrier. Very dissatisfied customer!!!!
I got phone I hated when I signed up. I bought the new phone I wanted but have not been able to activate and register it. So have to go in store for it. I never had this problem with any other service
Went in to pay when I tried to online and after failed attempts, the guy tells me theres a 3 dollar charge for paying in the store, then to move my due date he said theres another charge for that, well I called metro and they gave me a discount and moved my due date with no extra charge . They were happy to assist me and my concern . So to this store I will never do bussiness in the store any more
Was double billed on December 1,2017 and still have not got my refund and its the 27th of December. Have gotten the run around. Will be getting a different carrier as soon as I get my refund.
The guys there are really nice and they help you a lot and they can give you good deals
I love the ppl there, they treat you like your a human being, they are not rude,or disrespectful. They do take the time to explain the product,ask if you have questions and to make sure that you are very satisfied,They care about their customers.

We were there at the 7th street store on March 1 2017 .After waiting for 15 minutes on customer being helped that had been there long before me . She was told by employee to go on and come back later. Then our turn....My uncle who I brought there to get a simple phone was asked his number . Well he didnt know his number but did have phone. The employee seemed upset that he needed to look on phone for number . Then was asked to take icon from screen .Then replied good luck... Handed phone back again. Said you cant take metro PCs logo off phone. Well derr ...He was asking employee to remove voicemail alert due to the fact he does not know how or care to know how to operate or recieve voicemail. Was handed phone again and told you just need to go into phone and delete voicemail.Well if that is that simple he should have done what he was asked to do ..But on my observations of the employee after hearing the attitude of sarcasm I noticed the holes in the employees thermAl under wear showing from under his wrinkled messy metro PCs shirt then the tattoos . If you want to brag on how good you are ...He mentioned they were number2 store since taking over .Then show some customer courtesy. Every customer is not a technician .Just a 79 year old man that just lost his wife his homes and all he owned . And needs communication to rebuild his life .Metro PCs keep your attitude and probably next month you can keep your phones and services and above all my recommendation to friends and family to do business with your store. .

I had to keep telling the worker I just wanted to add a line. Her continued to try to charge for a new service instead of the $50 for 2 phones service.
The 7th St location fixed an irritating icon on the phone that I couldnt make go away, they extended a sale on phone covers and were courteous and friendly.
Younger cat behind counter was rude and kept trying to correct me in what I had told him about my account. Never tried to look it up and only cared about trying to sell me a new phone on a new account. Do yourself a favor and go to the Webb City location and avoid these smartass young punks who work at this location. Oh and when I asked him to call his regional manager HE REFUSED to.
