The lady who helped us was so kind. First we forgot our masks, so they gave us one. Second we needed a screen replaced on our phone and were having issues filing our claim. Thus wonderful woman sat on the phone with Verizon and went through the long wait time to assist us. I would definitely go back!

My friend and I went into the store regarding a transfer of number from her android phone to my previous iPhone. We were assisted by an employee with the name of Ron/Rob. He switched the SIM card in the phones for us. Everything worked great for 2.5 hours. Then the iPhone read No SIM. He stated that it was the phones problem and that we could TRY to reset the phone. If that wouldnt work then she would need to buy a new phone from them. I asked if he could remove the SIM and then put the SIM card back in. He shrugged and said he could try, then proceeded to say she would probably need to buy a new phone. Again. She asked if she could purchase a new SIM for the phone and if that may work. He said she could buy one, but he doubts it would and that its probably a malfunction with the hardware on the iPhone. Needless to say, we left. She took the iPhone to the Verizon down the road by the mall - and they were able to assist her. The phone is now in use and there are no issues with the device. If you want a sales person who is interested in assisting more then commission, dont waste your time with this business. Go to the corporate owned Verizon down the road. They are worth your time. Yes, we did file a complaint with Verizon Offices as well.

I was treated so poorly it makes me sick. I have been a Verizon customer for years and we have spent a lot of money with them. I purchased a new phone one week ago and I bought the liquid screen protector which the associate applied right there. I asked him if this phone was compatible with my wireless charger and he assured me that it was compatible. Apparently the case that I was sold is not compatible with my wireless charger, but I was informed of that. The phone has been a little glitchy, so I decide I wanted a different phone since there was 30 day return policy. I went back to the same store and was helped by a different sales person. After I explained to her what my issue was, she told me she just had an appointment show up and asked me to go wait in line again. A few minutes later someone else helped me. He first informed me that a restocking fee may apply, I was okay with that. He then inspected my phone very carefully. There was nothing wrong with the phone that I could see. He took it to another sales person to inspect. He then came back and told me there were too may scratches on my phone because I carried it in my purse. I never noticed any scratches before. He said if he took the phone back he would have to pay for it and that he could not afford it. I told him about the screen protector I bought, but he said it is still considered a scratched phone and couldnt take it back. I took my phone back and said thank you and left the store. I will never go back there and I will tell all my friends and family about my experience.

I went into the store due to getting a text from Verizon saying someone accessed my account and ordered a phone on it. I was helped by Ron. He helped me change my password, as well as reviewed my account to ensure I was protected. He also advised me on how to protect myself in the future. He even took the time to look at my account to ensure I am on the right plan. Great experience with this guy and this store! He definitely knows hos stuff! Thank you!!

We are 80 years young and needed to upgrade our flip phones. We jumped into smart phones. We were assisted by Logan Lewis, he was wonderful refreshing and very helpful with our leap into new technology. He has called to check on our progress and has helped us understand our bill. The store was beautiful and an upgrade from the old business that was there. Location is perfect just off interstate 44.

I went in upset because I was having issues on my phone and Ron was extremely helpful. He not only fixed my issue with my phone but he took the time to go over my account with me and saved me money on our bill. He has restored our faith in Customer Service and that it does still exist. All of the people working there were very polite and fun to be around. The female that worked there named Susie was also very friendly. She complimented our visit by the conversation. Great people! Highly recommend!

He did give me some good options to think about with staying. I will definitely be back because of him. I came into your store earlier this week on Range Line and was immediately greeted by one of your representatives at the door. I was very impressed to have the door opened for me! Wow! I needed some things done with my account and was not sure where to go since I have tried before to get things accomplished by calling in. The rep kept assuring me that he was going to get me fixed up! My plan was fixed and my bill was explained to me so I could actually understand it. I was also told about this new thing that makes my car safer. I am sure that I will get this as soon as i get my finances straightened out, and will come back to see him. Thank you so much for having people like him!

Came into store to MOVE over from AT&T. Kyle greeted us and set us up with 2 NEW Phones and 2 Gizmo watches. Kyle was amazing the entire time. He was more than helpful. He was very kind. He treated us like people instead of a sale. He was very fun to joke around with and tease. Definitely happy with the new location and the people, a definite reccommend for anyone and everyone. Ive been a Verizon customer for many years. However, AVOID this location. These folks are like bad used car salesman. (I had Ron and Jeff) They sold me a phone, I found it had scratches then refused to returnAvoid this store at all costs!!!They are dishonest and their corporate customer support simply wastes your time. Go to the factory store on North Rangeline. These people are not interested in customer service.

I was told when working with an employee at this location that adding a military discount would be easy and all I had to do was get the picture of the DD-214. I have now been moved to working with Ron on this and the process has now gone on for 4 months, between not returning my text messages and telling me now I have to contact verizon and figure out the issue on my own, this has been one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had. If you are in the market for verizon services, I highly recommend using another location.

I came into the store yesterday to get help finish setting up a phone we got for our grandson. The representative helped us set up a new iTunes account and activate the phone. It ended up getting dropped in the toilet last night so we had to come back into store to get another iPhone. The same representative assisted us and she was very helpful knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely go back to her when I need anything from Verizon.

He spent time explaining the service and we did not feel that we were pushed. Ron is very knowledgable of the product. Very friendly and would recommend this store and ask for him personally. I had the best experience at the Joplin Verizon store!! Ron and Susan worked with both my mom and my in laws who are older!! We switched both of them from AT&T to our plan!! Today I chose Cellular Sales because my phone had an error message and made me factor reset my phone. This caused me to lose all my contacts and pictures.Austin was able to help me by restoring all my pictures, contacts, and apps that were deleted.I would love to come back to this store for any technical issues, or to purchase a phone because Austin was very kind and patient with me. We purchased our new phones and switched from A T and T to Verizon last night. We had some issues - ATT had not given the correct ATT account # and we were not able to receive calls- emails set up voicemail or use Facebook. The gentleman that helped us last night - Kyle was off today and he suggested coming in to the store for help. We did and Susan did !!! She was able to get everything switched !
