Good cell phone service from there.

Only issue is how long it takes

Arrived at store 45 min before close to get 3 new phones 2 on one account 1 on another. Which I informed them of the last phone while getting first two. After getting first two phones I went to get third phone and was informed Im sorry I forgot about that phone we closed out the register we cant do that tonight. I live 45 min from the store and this was a phone for a grandmother that had broke hers earlier in the day. So its either drive back tomorrow or wait until Tues to get one shipped.

Waited 30 minutes to get in, then the Associate had an attitude about him... We have new service and off to a bad start.

They are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Had my phone stolen and went to have it turned off. The guy didnt really want to help me because he wasnt making any money. He said he got my phone turned but he didnt. He turned my husbands off instead and then he wouldnt even help me with the insurance. Had to go to Norman, Okla to get help for my phone.

As well as having the prettiest associates, they are extremely knowledgeable and always take care of my phone problems very quickly!!!
