Store never opened, even during open hours. Customer service is a no go.If you want good customer service and reliable help go to the boost store in Webb City. They are kind and will surely take care of you

So there is a real savings if you live in town, if you live in far reaches like ks or carthage you probably wont get a signal, inheritately the problem is this branch was sold about 2 years ago, you wont find any loyalty for service. Temporary savings maybe, if you can afford to go somewhere else. Really bad company to deal with after 10 years of service my husband was charged a normal upgrade cost. Pretty bad! The owner who owns these branches is evidentally a screwball!

When you go to this store for business....during their posted hours you never know if they will be there or not. Most of the time it is a wasted trip. Doors are locked and the phone rings and rings. The employee when one is there does not like to help you they just tell you to call tech service. We will not be going back there.There is a store in Webb City that is open when they say they are thats an idea isnt it.

Had a very nice store experience with Kyle at the Rangeline location across from the mall in Joplin Mo.. He started my new service for 3 lines and 3 new phones with courtesy and professionalism.. Very nice and knowledgable.. Love Boost prices and service areas...

I would definitely go to the Boost Mobile in Joplin to deal with Aisha she will get things done thats the sales rep to deal with

We had to wait for 2 hours outside the store before even getting to enter and speak with a representative, I understand that with covid-19 there are precautions to take into account but if you are going to make people wait outside then you should have more than one rep working. If it had been that I was the one who was in the market for a phone provider I wouldnt have waited that long before I left and I wouldnt be back but it was for my girl so here I sit still waiting.

The Springfield stores that are supposed to be open until 8:00 tonight have been closed since 7:20. I have called about 50 times between three stores. Hopefully they are open tomorrow morning some time when they wanna get around to doing their job.

The website says the store closes at 8pm.. we drove from Kansas to get service through Boost and when we arrived the doors were locked and the sign said store closed at 7pm. There were still employees inside the store, yet we tried to call and they wouldnt answer. Not a very good form of business ethnics.
