Cheap food at expensive prices

Easy to get car and caravan into. Massive bacon an egg bap was perfect break on our journey North East. So good we marked our map for future ref and logged it on Google maps.

Lovely place to stay and have drinks and food. Enjoyed our stop off for break from traveling. Good, hot, hearty breakfast with teas, to which we thoroughly enjoyed. Lots of parking space and all staff really helpful and friendly. Will definitely stop off there again.

Great place to stop off for a great cup of tea. Extra tea bags n extra pit of hot water. Large jug of milk. Fantastic bacon n egg sandwich. Excellent service. Very clean. Welcomes dogs. Seating outside for a sunny day. Ample parking.

On returning home from closing up our caravan for the winter months we always call at Beechwood Cafe for our breakfast and all the times we have called we have always been pleased with the excellent breakfast we have always had also the price is very reasonable.

Just got there before closing but still got a GOOD welcome and a very nice large Lasagnea. Many thanks ladies. M & S

Staff really helpful, but the place needs a good scrub, the toilets niff a bit. Breakfast wasnt great, everything was swimming in tinned tomatoes and juice. Bit off-putting. Wish Id opted for bacon sandwich. Scones looked great, we got some to take away. All in all couldve been better.

Love this place. Right down to earth. Food and drink really good and reasonable prices. Always a great stop off point on the way to the coast.

Call at this cafe quite often on way to east coast the food is very good generous portions and always hot not lukewarm and you get proper mugs for teas and coffee not little cups nice choice of cakes and buns we sit outside if possible lovely hanging baskets.

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. My son likes the chocolate cake.

Our favourite stop for a bite to eat on our way to the coast.Take note that the cafe is closed on Tuesdays .(couldnt see a notice anywhere about Tuesday closure so was disappointed recently to miss our bacon butties!)

I asked for a bacon sandwich NOT well done but received a very Well done one instead, I couldnt blame the cook as I dont think the lady taking my order was taking much notice as she also was charging the customer before me for his tea which he stated was in his price of his breakfast.

Clean and tidy. Food was hot and filling.Sadly let down by a dog at three tables down constantly barking and yapping at other customers.No signs anywhere to mention it was dog friendly, if I had of known, I would have gone elsewhere.
