Sip Auto Body was recommended to me as a direct repair shop for my insurance. My car was in an accident and they told me it would take about 3 weeks to repair. They were able to finish in just over 2 weeks, which is awesome.When I went to pick it up, I noticed a large ‘S’ shaped crack down the middle of the windshield that was certainly not there when I dropped it off. It was very obviously unrelated to the damage from the accident, and not visible or documented in any pictures taken by myself or my adjuster before dropping it off there. When I confronted the guy about the crack, he tried to tell me it was there the whole time, and never fixed because it wasn’t mentioned by the adjuster. Now I’m stuck paying for a new windshield. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Spoke to a gentleman by the name of theo, I was looking for a quote on a 2008 nissan versa, with out examination he gave me a quote of $9,000.00 with an extremely condescending tone. I told him the car wasnt worth that much nor is it in such bad condition. It was apparent he didnt want my business. They must do well.

Direct repair shop from Allstate. Beautiful work. My car looked like it had never been hit.

The guys did a great job getting my can fixed, it came out almost brand new.

Sip Auto Body is the absolute worst place that I have ever conducted business with in my entire life. They treated me like a criminal when there was a misunderstanding in regard to the insurance. Still, they were unapologetic and treated me like a liar when they found out that I was, in fact, being honest. I love to give good reviews, but Sip Auto Body doesn’t deserve that honor.

Fixed motor on my window. Pleased with their work aside from them leaving white paint in 3 areas of my all black vehicle.

My car has been in the shop for over a month and I was supposed to get my car back on a certain day and now I have to wait 1 more day just to get my car. It doesnt make any sense for them to give me a date and then say the next day

Used these guys 3 times through allstate claims. The job is always very well done, on time and within the claims estimate.

Business owner was obviously trying to scam us and make a small problem look major. AVOID

He charged me too much for nothing.

Do not give business to them as the boss is rude.

Out of budget and expensive
