These guys helped me out last year when I crashed during a snow storm. He towed us, gave us an excellent quote on repairs and gave us exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend them again, amazing family owned business.

This is a great place! I consider myself very lucky to live down the street from them but if I had to drive across town for their service I would. Friendly, fast, reasonably priced what more do you want in auto repai.

I came to this shop and was treated poorly. After I told the owner my needs and that I wanted to get an estimate somewhere else; he snatched the business card off my hand... laughed at me and sarcastically told me Good Luck. This place clearly doesnt care about business when theyre treating potential customer this way. But, after reading these reviews closely; Im better off.

I went to Gioias about two months ago to have my car fixed. They have amazing service. I usually wait a few months to see if the shop actually did a good job doing work on my car, hence me making this review now. The cars feels and drives like its brand new. The people working there were all so nice and they really know what they are doing. They even taught me how to fix minor problems in my car should I ever have any. The people working are really passionate and always looking to help. I recommend people to go here for any issues. I would definitely come back here again.

Overpriced. Car came out nice but theyre shysters

I would better go to agency, they are highly overpriced. Stupid decision of mine to go there. Whats the point of good service if it comes for exactly 3 times the price. Sorry but I feel cheated.

The guys over at Gioia Auto REALLY know what they are doing. I had got my car into a accident over on Tonelle Avenue where I had rear ended another car and damaged the front side of the bumper. Anthony helped me out to get the car back to the shop and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. The repair adjuster from my insurance company wanted to junk the car at first but the guys over at Gioia took care of me and were able to work something out with the estimate of the total repair. I’m happy that they came to an agreement because my car still ran fine and was mainly just cosmetic damage. 3 weeks pass by and I couldn’t be anymore happier with what they did.. the car looks brand new! Thank you guys so much and I’m happy I was taken care of and everything went smoothly. Recommend them to ANYBODY!

My father has been getting his car fixed there for years and it’s been great because of the grandfather that works there that gives honest work. Now this business is ruined by his scamming sons. They like to change prices on you upon completion. To back up what they said so they don’t sound like they are scamming you they will claim to have done other jobs on your car so that’s why the price went up. Regardless with that being said, that isn’t right when my dad asked for just one job only. ALSO, BEWARE if you pay with credit card they are gonna say that they have to add a $25 charge which is extremely ridiculous as there is no sign that states that and no one said anything about that in the beginning. Thanks guys you lost a customer because the sons of the owners want to be lazy workers and try scheming people. Good job ruining it for your dad guys.

Its the worst body shop you will ever find.everyone working here is old they cant spot the damage or anything.they fix one thing and then they call you saying thr is something else damaged.it happened 5 times and when they said its ready take it .we took it and my brother was driving car on highway the tire they put came off on highway lucky he was going slow..so dont ever go there ..!!!!
