Alan and Tony are the best. Had really bad luck with two different vehicles this year: a deer t-boned our Highlander and a tractor trailer crushed the front of our Camry. These guys are upfront about everything and do everything in their power to work with insurance (Geico in our case) to get things done promptly. The work itself looks great—you’d never be able to tell either car was ever damaged. Thanks fellas!

I brought my Toyota Highlander 2021 for fixing the rear right size bumper and some scratches on the left side (based on Allans suggestion). We discussed, fixed a price. I dropped the car off on Tuesday. Allan wrote the price on their business card and gave it to me. He told me the car will be ready on Thursday. I waited all day on Thursday, no call. On Friday (today), I finally got the call to go pick up the car. I got there to find out that on the bumper is fixed (great job on that I must say). However the scratches on the left side of the vehicle were not fixed and Allan was not there. The guy in the office called Allan, he completely denied saying that he was going to include the fixing of the scratches in the price that he originally gave me.Some of this is on me because I blindly trusted this guy (Allan) based on his words. I didnt ask for a formal document that states clearly the repairs that needed to be made. I was really disappointed. True professional are honest and keep their words.So, my advice for everyone, when you drop off your car, is to formally request a paper that says clearly what repairs need to be made to your vehicle. Do not trust them based on what they say. From my experience they are not trustworthy.

Took my SUV in a few weeks ago, Dealt with the Manager i think his name was Alan. He told me they would handle dealing with the Insurance company and that I would have no worries at all. They finished all the repairs needed including painting in record time. I was shocked with how smooth and easy everything went and wont hesitate again next time I need anything done to my car. Great service, no wasted time and Alan was just the nicest guy to deal with. He made a stressful situation feel like a warm summer breeze.

I went there with my Dodge Durango after it got hit from the back and the whole back part was damaged, as soon as i walked in there i was rest assured that i was in good hands, Alan was so helpful he got in touch with the insurance company and the rental car company I didnt even have to do anything or worry about anything.
