We are out of town and just passing through and got two flat tires. They were so helpful and nice. They were even willing to stay past closing if needed to make sure we were all taken care of. Thank you!

I understand..I really do..that companies have objectives and standard procedures but anymore whenever I have to go into anyplace that has salesmen I feel like a minnow in a shark tank. When I come in to have a simple job done I am not keen on being given a list of all the things they find wrong with my car. That being said..they got my car in at my appointed time, the techs were very friendly and nice. The charge to repair a flat was a bit much but my bad for not buying the road hazard option with the tires. Not much of any place around to while away your time while waiting except Dunkin Donuts.

Ive used Michel Tires Plus for any tire needs and other repairs.The people are awesome, kind and honest. Nobody has ever tried to do more repairs than are needed, that is rare!

Asked to have my left front tire plugged. I was told they couldnt get to it. Other than putting air in a tire, this is the easiest job there is. Turns out if youre not there to buy a set of tires or some other BIG MONEY repair they have no time for you. If they had helped me out with this minor job I would have been back at another time with a bigger $ job. Now, I will never go back and I will tell everyone to steer clear of this place. Not real smart Mr Tire salesman.

The Jeffersonville location is awesome! Facility is up-to-date and clean...plus all staff wear face mask when speaking with customers. Paul is the best! He really listens to the customer - friendly and helpful to all who come in the door. I had issues with a hard to find oil leak - instead of sending me on my way with some condescending, lame story dye was placed in my car so the leak could be traced. A few days later car was inspected and I was given the news straight forward without instilling fear or using big tech jargon. They fixed the problem and my car now purrs like a kitten...the mechanic is a godsend! I appreciate being treated fairly and politely. Thank you to the guys in Jeffersonville!

Just picked up my work car after an oil change and tire rotate and balance. Great service. Also was informed by Josh about the upcoming promo of $100 off a set of 4 tires. Went in because CV joint went out in car, learned radiator needed to be replaced. Service is A+ and amazing customer service. Would take my car here if I was in the area again in a heartbeat. Yes there was a wait but its a mechanic shop. I expect to wait for my car to be fixed.

These guys have been amazing today. Im 7 months pregnant and my car starting shaking pretty badly and pulling to the right, so I was worried about the safety of driving it. I called and they said they were backed up and they were down several technicians but that if I could drop it off that they could have it done before closing time. It is my only vehicle so I arrived at 3pm and did not mind to wait until close (since they close at 6). They were so polite and I explained the issues with the car and they checked my tires as soon as I arrived and notified me I needed a new passenger front tire and that was likely the reason it was shaking and pulling. They were knowledgeable, polite, professional, and gave me options for replacing the tire. Even with their backed up schedule, they managed to get my car in for a tire replacement, an alignment, and a tire rotation and Im more than sure they will have me done before closing at 6, because they took it back around 4:40. Either way, no complaints!

Reasonable prices on some tires. Very happy with employee at 10th St jeff store Jessie. He was great but cant say the same about most of their employees. Feel they could be better trained and educated considering how important vehicle maintenance and repair is. They put the wrong size tires on one of my vehicles in the past. Was not an enjoyable experience. They also tend to tighten the nuts down so tight, if I got a flat it would be impossible for me to fix myself.

This place has squeezed in a work for me a few times now. Josh especially is very good at his job, these guys are really trying.

I have done business with Jessie at both the Clarksville and Jeffersonville stores, most recently on June 28, 1010. The guy is the consummate professional and the teams at both places have always performed quality work. They deliver as promised and did not “nickel and dime” me the way many other service centers try to do. I highly recommend them.

I bought 4 tires and had them mounted on my truck, the tires were not balanced very well when i left the store so i went back and they balanced them again for me and the problem was not resolved. So i took it back and it ended up being a bad tire. Michel tires plus replaced the tire for me no questions asked and i was on my way. My truck now rides smooth as can be and i love the tires. I will buy tires again from this location because of the great service they provide to their customers.

Weve been here a few times for basic car needs, and have always been helped by Jessie. Hes always very courteous, attentive and straightforward. The work done has always been great, but the consistency of same people there gives a feeling of family and trust. We really appreciate and recommend them.

I had 2 tires replaced on the front of my vehicle Jan.2 2020.I noticed tire pressure sensor stayed on.I checked air pressure in tires all fine.I took it back to Jeffersonville Indiana.I was greeted by Josh very helpful and friendly.He informed me damage was done during tire install.They replaced sensor no charge.Awesome customer service a great group of guys.I highly recommend their honest, reliable and knowledgeable service.

Quoted my husband over the phone $70 for a new tire and $35 for a used. My young daughter goes in to get a used tire...they quote her $47.99 for a new tire. Clearly that sounds like the better deal. Now after all the hidden fees the cost is $70.00!! She doesnt have $70.00!! What a bunch of douchebags, taking advantage of a young girl and lying to her about the true cost! They list ALL of my families business. We will pay more for honesty.

We are from out of state and they fixed our popped tire within an hour. They wanted to get us in and out to get us back on the road. Josh had great customer service and kept us laughing when we were getting frustrated. Cory, the technician, put our spare back and put our suit cases back on top and filled our spare with air. They worked us in on a busy Sunday when they did not have to. We appreciate it so much!

The service was amazing in October 2019. After dealing with several less than competent businesses, it was refreshing to find a place with in stock tires and they did the work in 2 hours!

Went in for patch in 2 tires, slow leak in one and seen nail in another. They was honest in saying only one needed patch because nail hadnt penetrated one tire! Grateful for their honesty. I wouldnt hesitate to go back for that alone!

Ill try and keep this short. I was visiting a friend in Jeffersonville, Indiana from Coatesville, Pennsylvania. I drove so, needless to say, its a long drive. The day I had to leave, I got a puncture in my tire. I got referred by an employee at a local Autozone and Im happy he did. Wait time was reasonable and the price for the fix was great. They were new tires as well and after driving on that repaired tire for 10 hours straight, I can confidently say the repair was successful. They helped me get out of a pickle and I am grateful for that. Very friendly staff and they were understanding of my situation. THANK YOU GUYS! Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

For starters, my wife and I WERE regular customers at this Michel Tires Plus. Unfortunately due to our most recent experience we will be looking for another place. My wife attempted to get an ESTIMATE for repairs/maintenance to her car. She received a quote from an Acura dealership and we wanted to compare prices. She attempted to call on 3/31 and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Max. She relayed the conversation as being tough to understand because he mumbled and unhelpful. So I called back to try to get clarification. I also spoke to Max who informed me he was the assistant manager at this location. I tried to get an understanding as to why he could not provide information to her questions. Max told me they needed her to bring the car in because they needed the VIN and other information (he never specified as to what this was). I was confused as to why she couldnt simply provide that information over the phone. Ultimately, he was not going to provide any answers to our questions and I informed him I was happy to take my business elsewhere. He certainly didnt seem to mind and neither do I.

Always fast and courteous. This is the only place I will go to get tire work done. Even when I didnt have an appointment Jessie made sure he worked me in so I didnt have to go around with a nail in my tire. That is how you do business. Thank you Jessie.

Had a great experience at Mikes. I took my BMW there and didn’t know exactly what the problem was. Instead of Jacking up the price for some unneccesary repair they informed me that I simply just needed new tires. They also gave me four upgraded tires for the price of the base level tires. Very pleased & will be back!

Very pleasant professional experience. I have been to another Michaels Tire closer to my home. They dropped ball on a major repair. I haves traded with Michaels for about 5 years.Other stores should be trained on customer care by Paul on 10 st in Jeff. Corporate better take care of you my friend. Since we moved to Jeffersonville 6 months ago, I took our car here twice for oil change and checkups. Both of the times, we had good impression with the staffs, making appointment over the phone was smooth, they are accurate about the price and waiting time. They are polite, professional and responsible for their job!

Decent place. Gentleman are polite. Plan on sticking around for awhile though if youre not dropping off your vehicle.

Customer service is great here! This is the only place we will take our cars to be serviced.

One of their best technicians put 2 seals on when changing my oil. Then claimed I had a bad oil leak instead of checking his work. Tried to blow my engine up. Wouldnt recommend letting adam touch your car. Very sloppy work.

Service is horrible. Had two new tires put on and one repaired. Picked up vehicle after service and tire was flat. Had to wait while they fixed it. Drove off, again, and three miles down road center cap of rim flew off and hit vehicle behind me......nightmare!! They still havent let me know how Im to be compensated for missing center cap and flat tire. Stay away from this place

Had a flat so I came in with my spare on to get it changed. I asked them to check all of the tires, because I had been losing air in all of them, even though they were practically new tires. They replaced the flat, said they checked all of the tires, and put a new valve stem in one. Within a couple of weeks I woke up to 2 flat tires on the passenger side. On the Driver side I found that the tire they sold me had 26 lbs of pressure in it, and the other one (that I assume they replaced the valve stem in) had 45 lbs of pressure! These tires are supposed to have 33-35 lbs of pressure and 44 lbs is the maximum. I met another guy there who said the same thing happened to him. To add insult to injury, they tried to upsell me on a front end alignment, which would have been worthless, since they didnt fix the tires or inflate them properly. Dont walk away from this place - RUN!

The best place to get tires, wouldnt take my jeep any place else. Carl is great, honest and helpful & knows what hes doing.

Came here with our company sprinter van about a month ago. We left the van with the manager who looked at it and said they couldnt do our alignment that day but it would be ready the next morning. The next day they called and said they were sorry but they couldnt fit the van in the building. Why make us leave it? We wasted a whole day. This store is incompetent. Leave your car there at your own risk.

Jesse took excellent care of me. Customer service, communication, and professionalism is excellent at this location. Ive been a customer for over a decade and Ive been to several Tires Plus locations. This one on 10th street is doing it right! Bonus: Dunkin Doughnuts is only a few yards away.

Car not done when promised and all the things i asked to be replace wasnt done. Vehicle was on rack for 20 minutes and no one working on it slowest service ever took over 45 minutes after closing to get 4 tires put on my car.

Went in for two new tires and an alignment. My tire rods needing replacement and they tried applying heat to adjust them without asking. They could of broke the car beyond function. When they finally told me what was going on they sat around for 2 hours before they quoted me a price for repair. I took my car else were for repairs and payed less than quoted.Beyond tires, take your car someplace else.

They took my friend’s car in at 7am then never called her about any of the details. By 3pm they hadn’t even taken the car into the shop, then tried to charge her $3000 for her trouble. Mysoginists who suck and lie to women who seem vulnerable. Would not leave my own car here EVER and I feel so bad that my friend had to go through this ordeal.
