During my last visit I had an issue any other shop would have overcharged me for. This team didnt. They went out of their way to look at my service records with them and gave me the benefit of the doubt.For years I’ve been bringing our vehicles here. They continue to take care of me and reinforce my status as a long-time customer.

Excellent customer service! We were traveling from South Carolina to Wisconsin and randomly got a low oil light in our car. We were passing by here and I called to see if they could fit in an oil change. The guy told me they couldn’t change our oil but we should stop by to be safe and get it topped off. We stopped by and the guys there were nothing but nice and helpful! I highly recommend tire discounters and have had nothing but great experiences but this location especially!

Not good! Roger was not a good representative for Tire America. One of the Davids did well. Tyler did well.Ive been going to tire America since the store opened. The last three visits were not good at all.When the personnel make a commitment to have work completed by a certain time I expect it to be done. Rather than a few hours, often its not done even on the same day.Is this really how to run a business?

Made a 3:00 appointment for oil change. Waited around and was told at 5pm they couldnt get to me. I complained for them to make it right. I was given a free oil change the next day. I would give 2.5 stars. I am still considering not going back.

I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment. I was checked in by a gentleman that seemed newer. I spelled my name and street several times, only to be handed a receipt at the end with nowhere close to the correct spellings. I also told him we had been there many times and should be in their system, to which he said we were not (not with the spellings he used anyway). He never asked me why I was there (I assume my husband discussed this when he made the appointment). The gentleman that brought my car around after it was finished said no words to me, other than my total. He placed my keys on the counter when he walked in and went straight to typing on the computer, I assume to summon me. He gave me my total and handed me a receipt. When I got back in my car, every single thing that could have been adjusted was, which seemed excessive since the guy drove it about 100 yards. They were quite quick though, with only about a thirty minute wait for my new tires to be put on. The next day, the manager called to see how things went. When I told him the details of the rather rude interactions with the other two gentle and followed up with, but I must say, they were very quick with putting the new tires on, his only reply was, thats all I was interested in, thanks so much!, and he hung up. It seems like perhaps, a small or even fake interest in the lack of general politeness might be in order, but thats just my opinion. Just a quick, thanks for spending $400 with us today would have sufficed. Two stars for lack of effort that is so simple.

Very helpful. Ran the diagnostic check for the Check Engine light. When they found it was just a loose gas cap (within like two minutes) they didnt even charge me for it. Always nice customer service here.

Alignment work fixed my tire issue on my Jeep. They changed the oil in my BMW M5, and they just repaired my flat tire on my X3. Excellent customer service from manager Mike.

I will never be back to tire discounters because of this GM. He was extremely disrespectful and talked to me like I was less than dirt. I will make sure I run tire discounters name into the dirt on all social media outlets! Do not shop here!!!

I have been a long time customer. In the beginning great service. Over the last year or so had wear on tires that was abnormal told needed new tires etc. (Tires were 60k purchased in 2017) Today, took a new to me car here and I had 1 tire valve that was different than the rest, so I could tell if my tires were being rotated. Guess what they werent! So all the times Ive gotten oil changes there Im confident they were probably a solid 90% of the time not rotating my tires with the oil change. I will never go back here will never recommend the company to anyone again.

*** UPDATE 1/9/18****James went above and beyond to resolve the issue with our new tires. This just goes to show that they are human and things happen but they will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Thanks for the extra effort.*** UPDATE 11/20/17****James had me come in so he could take a look and immediately ordered us a new rim, talked with the online chat group to fix the communication issues, and said he was going to check their pressure gauge to correct the over inflation issue. Just having an issue with the tires we selected now and James is doing everything he can to make it right.*** ORIGINAL REVIEW ***Multiple issues on my visit this weekend.-Used the online chat screen to schedule my appointment for Saturday morning on Wednesday. Arrived Saturday morning lugging our 3 children along to find out that the chat representative didnt forward the details of what tires I wanted ( A recurring issue lately according to them) which meant they didnt have them in stock and couldnt get them until Monday. James was understanding and gave a discount for the inconvenience.-When we picked the car up Monday the tire pressure light came on immediately after starting the car. Found that all the tires were aired to over 40psi when the vehicle detail plate calls for 35. I dropped the air pressure back down to 35 in the parking lot and it fixed the light as they alert for too high of pressure as well.-As I was working on lowering the air pressure I noticed that there was a gouge 3/4 of the way around the edge of the back passenger rim. I understand that this rim already had a gouge in one of the spokes from a previous wreck but just because it wasnt perfect doesnt mean the same care shouldnt be taken with it as any other rim.

Overall I have had a good experience with them they put new tires in my vehicle about a year ago. Since then I have had a free alignment because I bought the tires with them, I went today to get a nail out of my tire a d get it fixed and it was free! The place itself isnt the cleanest or fastest but overall pretty good!

My tire blew out on the highway and they were close to closing and I called them in a panic. They told me to come despite closing in 30 minutes and they got me right in and found me the cheapest tire. Mark at the front desk was super sweet and seemed to care a lot about getting me the safest and cheapest option. Awesome, awesome place!!!! Oh and whoever changed my tire was nice too...not sure what his name was but thanks!!!

Very disappointed in the service I received today. Called two days in advance to schedule an appointment for an oil change for 9am and specifically selected “wait in store.” My husband took the car in before our appointment time and by 12pm the car was still not finished with its oil change. When he asked the staff how it could be taking 3 hours for a scheduled oil change appointment, the response he received was “appointments don’t really matter.” This is very disappointing since we have been getting our vehicles serviced here for several years. I don’t think we will be back after today’s experience.

Had my vehicle towed in @ 5:30pm for an unrepairable flat tire. They got me right in even though they were very busy and replaced it before closing. Roger and all their employees are always helpful and professional. They continue to exceed my expectations every time I need their services.

This company is horrible. Do not trust them. I dropped my car off for an oil change. I called at the end of the day to let them know I was coming to pick it up. Not only had they not done my oil change, or the rotate and balance I requested (since I bought my tires there and its supposed to be free), they handed me a couple thousand dollar quote for things they said were a very big safety concern. They never bothered to call to let me know any of this before I showed up. Instead they let my car sit there all day for absolutely no reason. I left feeling extremely frustrated and stressed. Then, when I got in my car, I had to move my seat back forward and it sounded AWFUL. My motor felt like it barely had the power to move the seat anymore, and it was working fine when I took it in as I had adjusted it that morning after my boyfriend drove it. When I called the store to let them know this, they called me a liar. I then called corporate multiple times til I finally got a call from a manager. I missed the call and have been trying to get ahold of him ever since. Its been several weeks of me reaching out, leaving voicemails when his mailbox isnt full, and getting no response. I finally emailed them expressing my anger, and they had the nerve to say theyve been reaching out to no avail. Mind you this guy called me 1 time, as opposed to me having reached out 15 times. They do not care that they caused destruction to my property nor do I have any confidence they will try to right their wrong.Oh, and I took my car a couple weeks later to another business. There was no issue with my oil pan nor anything else (I asked them to check on everything tire discounters had me stressed about). I left there spending $120 for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. Tire discounters will lie to you to get your money. They cannot be trusted. I regret having gone there in the first place. Please do not give them your business.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience yesterday. My son ran off the road and shredded both is passenger tires. (Thank we had just purchased him for Christmas last year) We had it towed to Tire Discounters. They called me immediately, everything was covered under warranty and they had his car done by 3:30pm. Great experience to a day that started off rough!

I have bought tires and had other work done on my car. Referred many people there, including my daughter. She went today to have an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate her tires and when she questioned them as one tire has a different stem valve and it was in same place. Then they lied to her and said they did. It was obvious that they didnt. Wont be back.

Top notch in my book. Had an issue that would have been covered by road hazard warranty but declined coverage at time of original purchase. They worked with me on 2 new matching tires and I was charged $125 less than original quote. Plus, I now have the hazard plan on all 4! Seems like almost a Christmas miracle for me. Thanks guys!

Dropped car off 3:00pm on a Friday..told them they could wait until Monday to fix....no rush... had it ready couple hours later..great job!!

This morning I visited Tires Discounters with quite a different kind of tire to have repaired it was my riding mower front left flat as a pancake, I took it to these guys. Mark walk right up and offered his assistance. He was not sure if he could help or not. But what I appreciated was that he took the time to help me! I left there happy and satisfied my tire was fixed in a matter of minutes. I purchased a full set of tires for my F150 from this same place in 2013 still riding just as good today. I needed to get a sensor replaced and had heard they would be the most cost effective. This turned out to valid, but it goes beyond that! While the store isnt about luxury, the staff was knowledge, helpful, and courteous. Not just to me, but everyone who walked through the door. One guy needed a new tires they didnt have in stock so they offered to take the old tire now and have it ready when he came back. They worked with another customer in setting up the payment that helped him out. All the while, still taking care of their appointment customers. Truly a helpful and dedicated staff. We need more places like this who still care about the customer as much as taking money.

Went to Wal-Marts auto center to get a tire today 10/6/17. I had gone there Monday but was told they took their last car at 6:30 since it was closer to 6:40 I left and was only able to come back today. I get there at 6:05 and am told they are not taking any more cars. I speak to 2 managers they assure me the car will get done tonight. Now I am concerned that they will back up my car but as one manager tells me it will be done right the other foes outside to talk to the crew. I walk outside only to hear the guy tell the manager he is leaving at 7pm that will leave one guy back there and he doesnt have time to do it. I tap the manager on the shoulder tell him to forget it and that they have lost a customer and leave. I then call tire discounters and James answers. I ask him what time they take their last car he says they close at 7 and asks how soon I can get there. I am on E but at the gas station near them and I tell him that and he says come on by I am going to come back here for all of my future tire needs as well as oil changes! Will took care of my care and was very patient with me even offering to stay late as my daughter had my old tire in her car with my hubcap on it. The customer service here on a Friday evening has been EXCELLENT!!! Way to go guys and thank you again!!!

I bought my rims and tires at this location. Great manager and install staff and they do great quality work. Waiting is a bit long, but as long as they do a great job the first time, Im satisfied! They remove my chrome rims and tires in the winter and put on my factory rims so they dont get damaged by the winter road salt. They put them back on in the early spring and inspect, balance and rotate them for free! Definitely a 5 Star rating for this location!

Glad that Discount Tires has opened. While the staff at Tire Discount is very friendly and knowledgeable about the tires and pricing, the wait is unbelievable. For me, it didnt matter whether I had an appointment or not, I waited over 2 hours, once for a flat tire, and once with an appointment to have four new tires put on the car. I really dont know where the workers are because it seems like most of the time the Bays have cars in them but nobodys working. The excuses usually that somebody didnt show up for work.

Got the best deal on tires I have gotten in years. Fast friendly service. Discounts is wright, rebates to be remembered. Saved hundreds on this deal. Will be back shopping here again. Service on my cars good prices and quality work too.

The price was reasonable when you add oil n installation and balancing. The guys here were very nice and upbeat. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me. Installation took 1.5 hours. You can wait on site or walk over to a nearby restaurant. So far the tires are great. Ill come back the next time I need tires.

Zachary Fain was very kind, courteous, and helpful! I went in for an oil change, as well as figuring out issues with my tires. Come to find out, I had 2 that were dry rotted and extremely old (its a new to me vehicle and I wasnt keen to checking this before purchasing sd van). He took time to explain different tire options and prices as well as showing me different tires! I was able to make a well informed tire purchase decision that was best for my family and I. The entire time he kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle. I will never go anywhere else! He has earned my business for life!

My first time going in they did great, replaced a warn out tire...but this most recent time I asked for new wiper blades and an oil change. They drained the old oil but did not put new oil in...could have blown my engine....DO NOT RECOMMEND!

These guys saved myself and my family from a blow out when I called from the expressway. They got us in immediately and accomodated my kiddos with free waters and TV shows. The building is clean and the techs are nice and well trained. The only thing I would change, or add I should say; is shades. They would help so much in this location where its so open and bright. It was so bright inside that I had to wear sunglasses.

Custom service is great here. They stay very busy, but thats what happens when you do a good job. Been going here sense they opened for oil changes, tires, and even major repairs. They even let me buy my own parts and put them on for me. I dont take my cars anywhere else.

These guys are the best. Everyone should buy their tires here. Since I paid for the tires they have switched a wheel that was damaged and rebalanced it. As well as rotated my tires all at no charge.Very pleased

They literally refuse to do anything other than put you on hold if you call them. They will not answer questions and are not helpful, in the least.But hey, if you enjoy 0 customer service and repeated 10+ minute hold times... THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU.

I had a tire blow out on me at 3 am on my way to work Tuesday. I have a VERY unpredictable work schedule so I was worried if they could get me in this week. Luckily, they were able to get me in right away. I got a great deal on the tires and found out that my front brakes were on their last leg so I had them do that also. The guy that worked with me was AWESOME!! I don’t remember his name, I believe he is a shift manager. This is the 4th set of tires we’ve purchased mostly on different vehicles we’ve had. Very happy customers!

Without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my 41 years on Earth. I made a 3:00 pm appointment to have 1 tire mounted and balanced on my vehicle. I stood around for over a half hour while the desk attendant tried to find “Mike”. After another ten minutes I was told they probably wouldn’t be able to get me in today despite my appointment time. I said you have to be kidding me? I had an appointment for 3:00 pm and I’ve spent at least $1900 in tires and installation at this store in the past month. The desk person said, “I don’t like the way they do appointments here either.” Waste of my whole afternoon. Said “Mike” would call me, of course he never did so. I will never spend another dime in this store and I would encourage everyone else not to waste their time on this place. They don’t care about customer service and the entire waiting room was full of disgruntled customers getting the same treatment. I am going to make it my personal mission to steer as many people as I can away from this type of incompetence. I only hope that that owner or corporate will contact me so I can relay exactly how horrible their staff are....plenty of other shops in the area.

Apparently my previous 3 star review of this business was deleted?My recommendation is to only patron this business if you need tires or possibly an oil change. While they offer other mechanics services, they consistently do not perform mechanic services on my vehicles. For example:1.) HVAC system broken two years ago. Tire Discounters technician recommended system replacement for ~$500. Turned out to be a bad solder joint = $60 repair.2.) Oil pan gasket replaced a year ago due to oil leak. I requested an oil tracer test at least 4 times and has yet to be performed.3.) Oil pan gasket replaced 6 months ago again (under warranty), but I am still unsure where the actual leak is coming from.4.) Oil pan gasket replaced 1 week ago again (under warranty), and oil source unknown. It seems they are just replacing the gasket and hoping that fixes the problem.5.) Car brought in after power was lost while driving on interstate. No diagnostic services provided. Technician claimed he jumped the car and it started fine. Car is still unable to start. Problem very clearly fuel pump related yet no fuel diagnostics were performed. Recommended general maintenance and couldnt say with any level of certainty what the problem was.Update: problem was related to fuel sending unit, thus the car was completely out of fuel when transported to the mechanic. Their claim that they jumped the car and it ran fine is extremely unlikely. If they had tested the fuel pressure line at all it wouldve been a clear signal that the fuel pump was NOT the problem.Only once in the last six years have they resolved an issue that another mechanic misdiagnosed. Every other time theyve just wasted time and left the problem unresolved. I do not have confidence that the services I purchase from them are actually performed.In conclusion, if you require an oil change or tires, I would recommend this business. Theyre friendly and generally quick to get things done. If you require a mechanic, absolutely get a second opinion before having them do anything. This location does NOT have a service tech available to diagnose engine problems.

They were swamped on a Saturday when we had a tire losing pressure as we were headed out of town. Mike was helpful to get it fixed for us and on our way. Great customer service!

Great place and the staff is friendly but theyre a little slow.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and well kept. They replaced and aligned all four tires in about an hour. The location is awesome because there is a Heine Brothers Coffee next door with free wifi that you can get some coffee and a pastry while you wait. I will definitely be going back.

BEWARE!!!! They will tell you anything to make a sale. My wife went in for an oil change and they told her the oil pan was bad. When I questioned them they ask me who serviced it last and they were the ones who did all the oil changes for the past 3 years. They also said it would be $629. I told them not to touch the car and I took it to Big O. After the oil change, I told them what Tire Discounters said and they told me that there was nothing wrong with the pan.

It was okay I guess.. maybe if you like 4 almost 5 hours of waiting that kinda sucked I was late for a meeting. But it seems they did they did their job ( I got all 4 tires replaced ) they also seemed like nice people, busy though, and also their bathroom was kinda gross.. BUT all in all OK

I brought my 2010 Mazda 3 in for a scheduled oil-change, tire rotation and tire balancing. The service was prompt and the managers were polite. The staff let me know that a tire rotation was unwise because my rear tires were close to being worn out and that having thin tread would make driving in rain and snow dangerous. To help me out they supplied me with a coupon that will save me money when I buy new tires. I am grateful for their honesty and the fact that they were keeping the drivers safety a top priority.

Customer service is not great, last time I went to get my oil changed and the car tire was flat. The guy who looked at it plugged the tire but it has a slow leak now. Used to love this place but the old employees left that were excellent, the new employees dont seem to care about what kind of job they do. Next time I need my oil changed I will be going to the competitors.

Overall good experience. Can in to get an alignment. Took about an hour but when I got my truck back, I noticed now to go straight my steering wheel was turned 25 degrees to the right. And also there was some noise coming from my sway bar. Soo I came back the next day and they fixed it all for free and within 20 minutes. They were extremely nice throughout the whole process and where able to get my truck aligned correctly the second time

I got some basic services done: oil change, tire rotation & alignment. Typically on a busy Saturday this can take up to 3 hrs. but this time it only took 1:50. And because of the alignment package Im in, the total was about $34. Im really happy with the speed & value of this service.

Great service. Walked at like 10am with a flat tire and needing all 4 replaced. Allison was great and knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision. I got 4 tires and an oil change and was back on the road by 1120am.

Had to wait for 3 hours after I had already set a appointment but they where short staffed and Im not the most important person in the world most people just dont get that they arent the only people in the world and think they should be put at the top of the priority list even if they just walked in off the street tire discounters has always done quality work for me

I went in early and got in and out quickly. The gentleman at the front counter was very nice. Ive never seen anyone perform such a juggling act of trying to check people in, answer the phone, and take things from people coming in the door behind him but he managed it well.

Friendly service,but had to go back to the store to get tires rebalanced. Car was shaking at 70mph. I cant tell if my tires were fixed properly cause i still a slight vibration.

I have been going to this location for a long time. They do good work and they really do seem to have very good prices. I have never had any issues with the work that they have done on my vehicles. They are always busy, and you will probably be in for a long wait if you go without an appointment. Even with an appointment, I have had very long waits.

If they treat their work the way they treat the customers I’d head the other way. When I walked in one guy was helping a customer. The other was having a loud personal conversation on the phone. I’m new to the area and after being ignored for 10 minutes I googled tire stores near me and left. There are a lot of tire stores in the area to bad the one closest couldn’t earn my business. I’m now at Michel Tire on 10th street.
