Had a flat tire this morning. I had purchased my tires there about 6 months ago. Got to the store about 645 Amanda the sign said they didn’t open till 8. Asked a guy who worked there if they could help me out, had me back on the road 20 minutes later. Dennis Johnson was a great help.

Ive been using Big O Tires for years. Never once encountered a problem or treated poorly. Their prices are always within my price range. Very satisfied customer.

This was the best car experiences I’ve had in a long time. Even though I just went for brake pads and rotors on Saturday. I can’t believe how fast it was & how easy it was to get in & out. No problems! The man at the counter was sooo Nice! Reminded me of my dad. Oh & the price was 200 dollars less than what another place had quoted me for. Thank you!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but today was definitely subpar. I had an alignment scheduled for 9 AM, showed up on time, and handed over the keys. I told them to call when they were finished or if they needed anything and popped over to the grocery store to kill some time. I went ahead and headed back an hour later and they proceeded to tell me they didn’t do the alignment because the tie rod ends were preventing it, and that it would be an additional 200 dollars than what I was quoted for the alignment. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they would have told me as soon as they found out, rather than waiting until my alignment was SUPPOSED to be complete. Save your time and money and go to the one in New Albany.

I love big o. Family friends with some of the guys that work there for a long time. Super nice staff- willing to explain whatever you need them to. Prices are just a wee-bit high, but I honestly would trust maybe one other place in Jeff with my car.

They do a nice job. Weve had 4 different vehicles serviced here from basic oil changes to more extensive repairs and theyve done good work and are cost competitive too. Guys at the front desk are knowledgeable and friendly.

I usually refrain from writing bad reviews, but the two times Ive been at this location Ive had issues.The first time I ordered specific tires for our van. When we went to pick the van up and I noticed the tire wasnt seated around the rim completely. Being a tire and service technician in the past myself could not understand how this was missed. It was extremely easy to see as it was on the outside part of the rim. Next the tires were the completely wrong size, AND the wrong type. They messed up in everyway possible.The second time, I was given blatant lies about their trying to order me a rim for my car. He acted like he was extremely busy the entire day, but then told me when he did call, he waited for 40 minutes on hold. I would bet every dollar Ive ever made that he forgot to call (which is fine - just dont lie). I asked if I could speak with someone else regarding the rim; Ike, told me that he was the only one I could talk to and definitely was not professional.Shame on me for trying twice.Avoid this place like the plague

Following a malicious action on the part of someone, I had three flat tires on my car. Had to get a flatbed to have the car taken up to Big O here in Jeffersonville. Josh and the team determined that fortunately the air had just been let out of the tires, fixed the tires, and didnt even charge me a penny. What an excellent service experience. You can be sure thats where I will return when I next need to purchase tires or have suspension work done of any kind. Appreciate you guys!

Got 5 total trailer tires at a very competitive rate. I took the wheels off of trailer and they had the new tires mounted within about 30 minutes of dropping them off at scheduled appointment time. Staff was friendly.

DO NOT TAKE YOYR CAR HERE ! Such a HUGE disappointment. I was from out of town, and i was traveling through Jeffersonville Indiana. I came across a car problem, and a local recommended me to Big Ole Tire. TERRIBLE IDEA. They charged me 380$ and didn’t even fix my problem with my car. My car is still making the noise that they said they “fixed”. I’m so disappointed and so terribly upset that they took advantage of a young female who was not from that town. Not to mention, i expressed to them SEVERAL times that i was traveling back home to Ohio (6+ hour drive) with my two year old. I told them to tell me what was wrong with the car and fix whatever was wrong to make sure i was driving a safe car for my TWO YEAR OLD. This company let me down and completely disappointed me. They let me drive off their lot with a car that was unsafe for not only myself, other drivers on the road and a two year old !!! They still took my money, fixed something that didn’t need fixed, and refused to help me after i told them my car was still making the noise and it was still unsafe. Also, they looked like they had 16 year olds working here !!! All the “mechanic” Kids were soooo young ! I came in from the back entrance and they had children … children around 10-12 years old washing cars in the back !!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!

I really cant express how much i would avoid this place. While waiting in line to complain about the person i help, i was listening to 2 other customers, in a line of customers, being upset with workers.One was because they had been there for a ridiculously long account of time with them trying to find his truck that he was called to pick up. No keys. No paperwork. No visible concern. The other older gentleman came in to try to figure out how he had been charged for someone elses repairs on his credit card and given the paperwork and receipt. Sloths would have shown more get up and go. I was there to complain about a problem that was not fixed but actually created a new one and my much older client was billed for. Until i questioned their documentation, they were not going to credit her nor fix it no charge. Would not go here. Discount Tires in Clarksville has been our new go to or, ANYWHERE else for the other items.

Went in for a 60$ oil change left with a 500$ broken windshield and the manager chris is very rude when it comes to resolving the issue would not recommend go somehwere the techs are ASE CERTIFIED and know what they are doing this big o is a JOKE

This store has top notch people working there. My church was helping a young man get tires on his vehicle who could not afford them before going to college. Danny and Ike worked with us and helped us out to make sure this young man had proper tires before heading off to school. They showed interest in him and by doing so made an impact on his life. Thank you gentleman and Big O for doing good in this community. We need more people helping each other in this ugly world.

They had a week to get my tires in the shop. When I got there they did not have them so they installed a different set of tires. Tires that are Inferior to the ones I ordered. What should have been a 1 hour remove and replace, took them 2 hours. I do NOT recommend using this place. I can get BETTER Service at other tire shops!

Been a customer for 20 years, so it hurts a bit to rank 2 Stars. The new shop is beautiful, expedient, and fair price. The problem is, I dont know if the work Im paying for is being done properly, or even done at all anymore. Ive had two vehicles serviced there over the last 6 months, that rolled out the door with obvious additional problems, that needed a dressing immediately. They soon became dangerous problems. I know they have a tight schedule, and customers get upset when they are delayed, but Id rather wait an extra 1or 2 days to have a safe vehicle.(Specifically) 1. squishy breaks (fixed 2X), that led to total break failure 2. tire replacement w/alignment, and a broken control arm was not spotted.

Love these guys! They have been so helpful with my car repairs, and always friendly and upbeat.

By far the absolute worst shop I have ever dealt with. Went in for oil change and tire repair. Paid for service and left with a damaged oil pan that has to be replaced. Not sure how we took the car in without an oil leak at all but we left with a leak consisting of about 1 quart a day and have to replace oil pan. The owner has a poor attitude and told me its not his problem. Have had numerous problems with company vehicles as well like broken wheel studs during tire change that dont get replaced. Have paid for alignment on work van and had to come back the next day because alignment was not done (not sure how it was forgotten) paid for tire repair due to a screw in the tire and returned because same screw was still in the tire. T

My check engine light came on. The code said I had a bad fuel injector. The dealership couldnt get me in for several days so I called Big O to see if they could do that repair. They said yes and got me in right away. Come to find out a squirrel had chewed a wire to the injector and some insulation around it. Danny called me back and told me they had fixed it and only charged me $20. I really respected the honesty from him . I feel like they could have replaced the fuel injector and fixed the wire and charged me a whole lot more. I have had a tire repaired and an oil change there in the last few months as well. Their speed of service and customer service has been outstanding on all 3 occasions. They will definitely be my go to place from now on services that they provide. I just wish I had found them years earlier. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I was there on March 16th & I had my oil changed on my 2020 Hyundai Accent. The total was $120.44! If I had known that it was going to be that expensive I would have gone somewhere else. I couldnt believe the synthetic oil was $55.75. Anyway I am very disappointed.

Went there to get just a simple balance & rotation and my vehicle sounds and feels worst then when I brought it to this so called company the worst place to go I suggest that you get them done some where else.Update so went another tire shop had them go over there work and I had a belt busted in my front tire, ain’t a tire shop supposed to let you know things like that...reply ....You should of been Concerned when I took my vehicle to you, I’ve already taken care of the problem no thanks to you!!!Good day SIR

This is a good tire store.

Fast, but the tires were inflated to different pressures. Passenger side were at 37 and 39. Driver side were at 45 and 42. They didnt have the tires from the website, so they gave me a comparable set, but the new ones were not on sale, so the $3/ tire difference turned into $200 difference. I should have thought that through, but I still feel lied to.

Since relocating from Indianapolis I wanted to make sure I was bringing my vehicle to a reputable place. Big O never fails to deliver. Danny has immaculate customer service every time. Any time any one in the wait area has anything else come up they (service techs included) are always kind and courteous when handling customers. Thank you all for everything you all do! Wont be taking my car anywhere else for services! Highly recommend!

I have many years dealing with Big O Tires and never in my life have I seen one that is completely and utterly dishonest as this one is. Will lie right to your face and never blink. They are all about meeting quota and ripping their customers off to get their goals met!

My whole family has always went to big o for tires. For as long as I can remember. My dad just took his truck up there to get a front end alignment, he was told that the lower control arms and bushings were all bad and loose and they were not able to do the alignment without replacing the bad and loose parts. They were going to charge him over $800 to replace all of this.He took the truck to a different shop to get the alignment, the mechanic stated that the people at big o lied, the lower control arms and bushings were good and tight. Got his alignment done for $70. This is not the first time big o has done this. Dont go here. Dishonest people.

I was on my way out of town when the tire pressure light came on. I got off the exit and came to Big O. My tire was going flat and my 2 year old was asleep in the back. The tire was almost flat, then Corey happened to be walking by and stopped to ask if we needed assistance. He took the tire and fixed it without taking payment. I was in tears because I had my baby and if I had a blowout on the interstate, I can only imagine the damage that could have happened. Thank you again, Corey, from the bottom of my heart. Your attitude, kindness and generosity will always be remembered

We always take our vehicles there for services, oil changes, etc. Danny is who we have worked with alot and on this issue we had on my fiances van we worked with him as well this time. I cannot say enough good things about danny. Danny took the time to make sure everything was taken care of that was wrong with her van. Thanks danny! Its much appreciated!

I am always treated well at this Big O store. The people here are always very good to deal with. I am however somewhat disappointed in having to come back multiple times after a break job many months ago as the breaks start to grab after a month or 2. The staff couldnt have been nicer to me and they take care of the problem as soon as I bring it in but It is not pleasant. But I would still highly recommend them

Never actually took my car here because they wanted to charge me $167 for 1 tire that had a flat. Complete rip off. I got my whole set of 4 with labor for $360. Thankfully the next shop I called is charging me $88.

I started coming here about a year ago and my experiences have been pretty good. They seem like they genuinely care their customers as people and not just customers. Theyre very personable and will answer any questions you have and explain details. They also back all the work they do. I plan to get most of my work done here.

The two ladies that work there are very kind and one of them helped me get in and out this morning with my wheel alignment. All of the staff is friendly and makes you a priority!! I made an appointment for 3pm to get my oil changed and my headlights replaced. It was my first time at a Big O, I went inside and told the guy at the counter I had an appointment, he was nice & went out to get my mileage and everything. He made sure everything was right (that I wanted my headlights & oil changed), and I told him I already bought the headlights & they were in my passenger seat. He’s wasn’t very detail oriented & didn’t ask me any other questions, didn’t even give me a price estimate. He said I was good to go and I asked him what time I should come back & he said 2 hours, and that they close at 6pm. So I’m out eating and he calls and said it’s finished (it had been an hour and a half). So I got back and they only changed 1 headlight! I asked why when I wanted both changed and he said it was because they other one worked and it would’ve taken an extra 45 minutes. Okay? I guess they didn’t want to do it? Idk. And then he told me they replace one of my tail lights because it was out. But they didn’t call to ask if I wanted that done? What if I was someone on a tight budget? Also I assumed they would put in the suggested oil since he took my mileage & read the oil cap. But no. They gave me standard oil instead of high mileage (I have over 100k miles on my car). Maybe I should’ve told them but I told him it was my first time there & he never asked me anything. I wasn’t upset, just annoyed really. Sooooo then I go home to check my fluids and everything. Open my hood to see this! The old headlight and a tool left behind, under my hood. But don’t worry guys, they filled up my washer fluid lol. It was $66 for a standard oil change, 1 headlight replaced and I guess 1 tail light (I didn’t know it was out so I guess I will take their word). I personally won’t be going back. I only went there because where I normally go is temporarily closed.

Big O was very flexible with my oil change appointment time. They were quick and I encountered no issues. I will definitely be back.

The folks there always do a great job. I just wish they had someone who works there understands trailer wiring. Oh well, they are into cars and trucks: not trailers. Nothing wrong with that.

I felt like I was treated honestly and the price was fair and the service was fast with a decent waiting area. Ive been to a few shops around town and this one is the best for sure so I know Ill be taking my business there for now on and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience this past weekend. I had an unexpected out of town trip. They fit me in within an hour of closing, were super nice about it, didnt mind that I had my dog with me, had a nice outside area to sit and wait AND gave me a gift certificate for a free oil change, on account of it being my first time there. I will not be going anywhere else for my oil changes in the future.

We have done service with Big O tires in Jeffersonville for a number of years and have had good service and have enjoyed the relationship until now. We had tires inspected mid week by them on our Sonata. The only problem that was noted was a recommendation for an alignment. We had that done today. When my wife left Big O today, she noticed that the tire sensor was reading low. She immediately returned after literally going no further than the bank across the street. They reported finding a cut in the tire and wanted over a hundred dollars to replace the tire. After I called while my wife waited at the shop, they agreed to replace the tire at their cost but they appeared clearly angry and accusatory in their tone. leaving my wife almost in tears and refusing to give her any paperwork on the tire. I find it hard to believe if they inspected the tire earlier in the week and it was fine and they had just aligned it, that it was a coincidence that five minutes after picking it up, the tire was almost flat. unless it was damaged at the shop. We are extremely disappointed in their attitude toward a very long term and loyal customer!

Super nice folks here. We were passing through this town and had a blow out which required a tow to get here as our spare tire was stuck (from rusted locking assembly). They quickly got the tire freed with their tools and changed it for us. When we went up front to pay, the owner or manager said no charge. Wha? This was amazing as he could have charged us whatever he wanted because we were stuck and desperate to get back on the road. Thanks again!

Such a relief when you can find good help and good prices for services you need! I went to Big O Tires yesterday in need of brand new tires and an oil change and i was taken care of instantly and in and out within an hour and a half (that is with them going to another location to pick up my 4 tires). Thanks to Danny and the rest of the very helpful and friendly staff that work there. Recommend to any one in need of tires or any other services needed!!

Service writer wasted two hours of my time telling me they could get it done before I needed to be out the door. I even let him know I could come back in the afternoon if that worked better. He said no, we’re good. Wasted my morning.

Took my company truck in for an oil change and new wiper blades today. I arrived about 930 am without an appointment. I was lucky and was able to have the work done while I waited. I was quoted about an hour wait time. Roughy an hour and ten minutes later, I was back on the road. Nothing but good things to say about this locations speedy service and friendly staff. A+ guys

I got an irreparable flat, called around to every other tire place, and no one had tires in the size I needed. The associate at big o said they could order 1 tire in the size I needed and have it their that day, or i could go to a different tire size that would be easier to get in the future because it was a size more places would have in stock.Ended up getting the different tire size, buying 2, and having all 4 tires rotated.From the time I got there to the time I left, it was only 30 minutes, and they were incredibly busy.Very fast service and helpful.
