Stopped by on my way home from work to see if they could pull a bolt from my tire. The very professional and nice man behind the counter got my truck right in, tire plugged, and when I went to pay, he passed me a receipt with a zero charge! I tried again to pay and he said to just come again. Goodbye Michel Tires...who couldnt plug my tire for four days!Ill be dropping off donuts as a thank you for the great service!

Jake was very helpful in getting me into the right set of tires. He was considerate of my safety and as well as my income. He got me in and out in timely manner too. He so friendly. I went in to get my tire plugged because I had a screw in it. The service was great and they fixed it pretty fast. A couple days later I’m on the highway and at about 60 mph my steering wheel was shaking pretty bad and it kept pulling to the right. My car is brand new and only had about 400 miles on it at the time so I knew that it was something they did or didn’t do. I took it to the dealership that I bought it from to have them take a look they told me that they didn’t put the weights back when they fixed my tire. So, I’ll never go back because that is an amateur mistake and should’ve never happened. If anyone goes here, I’d definitely inspect the work before you leave because they just might forget to finish the job.

Very friendly and helpful staff! One guy even fixed my glovebox free of charge. Open door policy, you can come inside and see them work. Manager was super helpful and even let me order my own tires. No pressure to buy from them, they just want to help you. They gave me a detailed account of my service and even walked me through the parts I didn’t understand. Definitely will return.

Only giving 1 star because 0 isnt an option. I took my car here a couple months ago for some tire work, wheel bearings, rotors, an alignment, ect.. and during the time it was there, they noticed my Serpentine belt was bad. So we had them replace it. The day I went to go get my car, the serpentine belt popped right back off. Turns out, not only was the belt they put on the wrong size, my tensioner pulley was also bad. So we ended up replacing that, and then once we got all that fixed, we found out that my Left side rear speed control sensor for my ABS was missing. Making my ABS try to kick on almost everytime I stop, which can do serious damage to break pads and rotor. I spent over $2000 for them to fix my car, just to get it back in worse shape than it was in before we took it in. Will NOT be going back and will not recommend anyone else going here.

This place was fantastic when it was Ken Towery’s. It was our go to place for basic maintenance and when something was wrong. Since it has switched over to Tire Choice, the place has became a total SCAM. I took my car in for an oil change, asked them to check a tire that kept going flat and to fix my rearview mirror that had came off the windshield due to the glue just giving out. When I went to go pick up my car, they claimed they couldn’t fix the mirror due to cold temps (the glue wouldn’t cure) and there was nothing wrong with my tire. Ok, didn’t think any more of it. The next day my fiancé takes his car up there, asks for an oil change, fix the windshield wipers that weren’t working and check the brakes... a few hours later, they call with $2,400 worth of repairs. We ask them to go ahead and fix them windshield wipers and change the oil and then we will pick the car up and decide what to do. (At this point, we’re thinking it may not even be worth fixing, as the car is 10 years old and has 100,000+ miles.) Soon after we get the car home (less than a mile away from Tire Choice), my fiancé goes to drive the car again and it’s completely not drivable. It’s like the front wheels wouldn’t even move. He calls up to Tire Choice and speaks to the manager who tells him, it sounds like a coincidence and that each car is checked over thoroughly by a manager to ensure quality assurance before it is returned to the owner. Basically saying, there was no possible way something may have been put back together incorrectly. So here we are thinking we’re just going to have to buy a new car but after thinking, we decide to take it somewhere else to get a second opinion. 3 days AND ONLY $300 later, my fiancé’s car is running great.Looking back at it, not only did they obviously BS more than $2000 worth of repairs on my fiancé’s car but after talking to the guy where we got the second opinion, my rearview mirror is fixed, in the same cold temps Tire Choice couldn’t fix the mirror in and my low tire pressure light is back on after Tire Choice assured me nothing was wrong. I can’t help but think they forgot to check it and when I asked about it when I picked the car up, they just made something up because they didn’t want to admit their wrong and put the car back up on the lift.Do not take your cars here people unless you enjoy supporting scam artists!

Went in today for a simple oil change. I was privileged to meet the new General Manager. I have been coming to this location for a few years now and Im really happy to see the turn around in staffing. Very honest guys to work with. Michael the new General Managers is very knowledgeable and has brought a totally new atmosphere to the building along with some new skilled help. I would highly recommend this location for all of your automotive needs.

I dont feel like I got good service at all from Ken Towery Tires Choice I went in to get an oil change the other day they did a service and looked at tires I asked him to do that they said that rotors and brakes need to be replaced I said okay set me up for a Time come in Saturday morning the Master Mechanic came in and said well the guy that did the repairs at did the oil change wasnt really qualified to find the right problems so you proceeded to tell me that there were more problems there and problems with the suspension however he could do a quote on the suspension its still go ahead with the other repairs tires brakes and rotors so I sat there but was supposed to been a 2-hour repair turn into an all-day repair and I believe that I should be compensated for the rotors and the brakes especially the rotors because they went through the same vendor twice and did not get the information right they got the wrong Parts they couldnt seem to Jive on who knew which rotor was right for my Chevy S10 in the Master Mechanic had told me that he had a Chevy S10 so I was suspecting that repair work that he had done alluding to suspension repair that he claims are that the other technician who supposedly was not qualified said that needed to be done so I think very clearly again that Ken Towery for Tires Choice Auto Service needs to credit my account for the cost of the rotor repair work youre alls thoughts what do you think

Convenient, quality go to place for auto repairs; oil changes and odds and ends. and sometime tires. Had some hit and miss employees in the past. They are back on track with Mike. Previous head mechanic had a friend of mine back three times to repair an issue. Previous female sales associate wouldn’t go $20 less for two tires to match competitor, so i went to competitor. Free air. update: changed names. Previous female associate has returned. Better places around for service. Look for the fake reviews that have five stars.

They did an excellent job with checking out my car. I was in and out within 20 minutes! The staff there is extremely kind and welcoming, specifically the manager, Shawn. It was a very pleasant experience, being that I was so nervous about my car. I would definitely recommend checking out Kens, if you want fast, friendly and effective service.

Bill at Ken Towery’s provided excellent service addressing my TPMS issue. I had another shop state they could not perform this service due to inexperience. Not only is Bill knowledgeable but takes the time to explain how the system works which makes him a go to for information. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Bill when you go.

Brought my car here for an oil change because I had a coupon. Was told I couldnt use the coupon. Chose the deal that came with tire rotation for $47.72 but they didnt rotate my tires, said it wasnt necessary. They had a deal going for $14.99 for basic oil change which is what I got, but I was still charged the $47.72. The tech got grease all over the interior of my car that I just had detailed and Ive acquired an oil leak since this visit. Wouldnt recommend them and I wont be back. Ive had better service at Walmart.

I have been coming to the 10th Street location in Jeffersonville for several years for both routine maintenance and repairs, and have always received excellent service. The staff is friendly, they always work me in if Im having a problem, and when repairs are recommended I am kept updated about the plan and the cost so there are no surprises. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for oil change said it would take 20 mins...asked them to call when it was finished they never did...went back an hour and a half later and my car still hadnt been serviced ..stated they thought I was at work??? Im not from this area at all, we were coming from michigan headed to Nashville and when we were about 200 miles away from our destination I ended up blowing out a tire due to a gator back in the road. They were amazing and helped us out, the staff was very polite and we were back on the road within an 1hr. 10/10 reccomend this place, great staff and great service.

Bill is awesome. Thought I had a major problem with my vehicle and Bill found the real problem and it was a much cheaper fix. These guys could of charged me a big bill and I wouldnt have known any better, but they were honest and fair. I will trust these guys with all my automotive repair.

I was entirely impressed with the end result of my service, and it was a frustrating trip! I went there to get a flat repaired and drove in on a spare on a Wednesday. Someone at the counter told me they were short on labor and couldnt do it, so I went to the location in Clarksville, where they informed me that my wheel was cracked and we couldnt get a seal on the tire. They informed me that it would be very difficult to get a new wheel, even the next day when shops were open. With a team of four of my friends and family working all day Thursday to find a wheel somewhere in the tri-state (or that could even be shipped in quickly), we had nothing by Thursday evening. I came back to this location to get my spare rotated to the back for the long drive home on Friday, and the guy (sorry I didnt get his name) told me he could get my wheel and have it there the next day. He was on the phone and had it lined up in a few minutes! I came back the next day, and the wheel was there, I went to get something to eat, came back and I didnt see my car in the shop. I then realized they already had it completed! I checked my trunk, and didnt see my spare, incredibly, instead of just throwing it in the trunk, they actually reassembled the jack and spare and stowed it away to manufacturers specifications (a chore I was not looking forward to)! I just wish I couldve caught this guy the first time around and had him tell me not to worry, it will be done by the time you need it! That wouldve saved me about 24 hours of worry, frustration and bothering several people. As nice as the guys were in Clarksville, they dont have this guy that has knowledge and is willing to apply it! Thanks again.

I can not express how much I recommend Ken Towerys in Clarksville. Jim, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I needed and got everything taken care of at a reasonable cost for a single mom. His staff was friendly and assured I made the right decision in my purchase. I had my son with me and they were friendly and courteous and didnt make us wait forever. Overall, it was a fun, easy, and adorable resolution to my tire and alignment problems. They have a great team, and I highly recommend them!

Charged me an arm and a leg to replace my starter. Felt comfortable and that they were helping me getting it in and done within a few hours. Now its loose two days later and Ill have to pay more now to get their mess up fixed

Took my car for an oil change and specifically mentioned the fluids needed to be topped off- it was to snow later that night. They told me thats part of the oil change. The next morning, it snowed and I go to use my washer fluid, and its empty. Then by the next day, my car is making a noise like I needed power steering fluid. Its like Ken Towry drained my fluids and neglected to top them off.Then I call to proclaim this major lapse,Tim answered, and his response was, Im sorry about that. We should have filled the fluids. And then he hung up.My friends dad had taken his car there for years, but I guess things changed once they were bought out. I wish there was some credibility left in corporate auto stores. Never again will I hope Ken Towry is honest, thorough, and prides itself on customer service. Thats not who they are anymore. ☹️

Sent my college age daughter in for 2 tires. They charged fair price for tires $151.98. But for some reason my total bill for 2 pantera touring tire was $300.43 for two tires. Watch this place! They are shady!

I use to Like coming to this place they always took great care of All my vehicles I brought to them UNTIL RECENTLY. I brought my car in for a Transmission Flush last year the tech didn’t put the cap back on so I had to bring it back cause there were problems “Obviously” brought it back he reflushed it and over filled it. I drove it for a day a day n 1/2 and more problems occurred I even had to have it towed back to Ken Towerys now know as Tires Choice in Jeffersonville. 2 more Techs from that store looked and Said they fixed it . Wrong it’s only gotten Worse 😡. To make this short cause I could go on forever all of a sudden THEY CAN’T FIND THE PAPERWORK ON THE FLUSH AND THE OTHER WORK DONE TO IT.. so now It’s my problem to fix. I WOULD NEVER TAKE Your VEHICLE there. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER TAKE MINE THERE EVER AGAIN. Worst car place ever after this. Wanna take your money and Not fix your S/!t right the 1st time or 2nd n 3rd . And some how “Conveniently “ Lose the paper work where I paid for the Transmission Flush. And None of the 3 techs that worked on my car Work there anymore!! 🤔 Hmmmmm Imagine that!!!!! Good points: After my initial purchase of new tires, I have had my wheels rotated and balanced multiple times at no additional cost to me.Bad points: It sometimes takes longer than you think it should and the waiting room is icy cold.

Went to have oil change and tire replaced that was covered under their tire insurance still cost me 180.00 . Although the tire itself was discounted still charged me for insurance on the new tire, and to fill it...Offering rebates on tires but never recv the rebate. My first trip with this car there cost me 1200.00 for 800.00 tires. Charged me for alignment never seen results or proof it was out of alignment. Seems they have to find something to charge you for extra every time you go. Seems a waste to have the tire insurance. They pulled a razor blade out of mine and said it wasnt leaking and was going to leave it at that until i showed them it was leaking....Said its just in the tread and although they removed the blade themselves they didnt want to replace the tire ..
